Very disappointing experience. On July 16, 2026, at around 12:00 PM, I stopped by this location to grab a sandwich before going to work. I had four Subway gift cards that my mom had purchased for me. The manager and another female employee are indian, they spent more than 10 minutes trying to figure out how to use the gift cards. They checked the balances, and my cards had money on them, but they still couldn't process the payment. Because they couldn't figure it out, they held up the line for over 10 minutes. I was running late for work, so I was forced to pay $12 for the sandwich with Apple Pay instead of using my gift cards. I asked the employee for the phone number of her manager so I could report the issue, but she refused to provide it and simply told me to contact corporate. A very frustrating experience. read more

Paid extra for a soda *bottle* but when I picked up my order the lady refused to let me get what I paid for and forced me to use the cup for the soda machine, WHICH would not be a problem whatsoever IF they even had the soda I paid extra for on the soda machine. I made an error on the app, so I went into the store to ask for the correction. I didn't want to jump the line, I just wanted to amend my order, before they crafted my sandwich. The woman (who was working alone at midday) dismissed me and told me that they were very busy. I had already ordered and paid for my sandwiches. For the life of me, I can't figure out why I didn't deserve to be heard? I was not loud, I was not rude and I waited in line until everyone in the restaurant (including a woman who entered the restaurant AFTER had been served) before I spoke with the additional clerk who did come in a few minutes later. My request would have taken no more than 10 seconds to address. After they created all the sandwiches they created mine. I was seething, but I managed to leave with no additional words spoken. Horrible service and poor food quality. I ordered a salad and surprised to find out they don't chop anymore. Chicken tasted raw even though quickly zapped. I'm a Hispanic and 100% support minority business owners, but that's no excuse for poor quality of food and service. No plastic knifes to cut the not chopped salad and when I asked for pepper (thought they usually ask if want salt and pepper, hum) Anyways, women hands me a pepper grinder that needed to be wiped down, gross! I can not believe how rude staff could be managing this place! As soon I walked in I noticed their was no customers and only saw two woman one very young and the other one older lady with her long hair. I place an order of 6inch veggie sandwich because I am vegetarian and I I wanted very simple vegetables, since I am not getting any meat and they were very greedy with the portions to make my sandwich which was tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, and pickles. I had to ask for fresh tomatoes because they had old mushy tomatoes that don't even know how long they had them out and I was worried to get stomach aches is why I told them to bring out fresh tomatoes . They were not happy that I even requested to bring out fresh vegetables! Avocado isn't even included as a type of "vegetable"! When I asked why the young girl started loudly screaming at me! My fiancé and I came here on 7/3/2023 around 9:00, 30 minutes prior to closing hours. There was a young indian guy working at the time, all by himself. There were 4 parties in line and the party in the front was ordering 4+ footlongs. Anyone working in customer service would've been easily overwhelmed and stressed in his current situation but the young man remained calm and focused and still provided friendly customer service. The store was clean and ready for closing. He handled the last minute rush of customers professionally and without issue. There was even a younger gentleman in front of us that had anger issues of some sort as he was hitting himself and pacing back and forth while waiting in line. Once it was his turn to be served the employee working informed him that they were sold out of the certain sandwich he was ordering and of course the guy lost his mind over it. However the employee was very calm and friendly still, and overall handled the situation really well. Unfortunately I did not catch the employees name but to the young gentleman working that night THANK YOU. We appreciate your patience and kindness. Our sandwiches were made properly and tasted delicious. We left without any issues. read more

Terrible experience. Ordered online and the employees gave away our BOGO sandwiches to another lady who claimed to have our confirmation code. Instead of just remaking us the sandwiches they made us pay full price for two new sandwiches. It was ridiculous. How can a random lady walk in, take our order? There was an Indian girl yesterday wearing glasses, I believe, she was working alone and there was a line of customers. She was working very fast and actively. I noticed her movements, she did not missed even a customer greeting while making my sandwiches, I ordered 4 footlongs and she hardly took 4-5 minutes to make them. I especially asked her name when she was making my sandwiches ,she told me Yacna, that was hard to pronounce but I really appreciate her work. I walked in at 11:39 I wasn't the only customer in the store. The 2 women were in the back stacking boxes. They made eye contact with me TWICE before saying I'll be with you... I watched two flies land on a piece ham, then 2 minutes later the older lady came out and started on my 6 inch sandwich The younger woman ended up coming over to take over and asked me if the only sandwich there were mine. As she finished my sandwich I told her I also wanted a bottle water and she said "huh?" I replied a bit louder asking again for a bottle water. She nodded her head sideways and said "ok" my total was 8.32 and as I left I grabbed my bottle water out of the fridge. As I got in my car, she came outside screaming saying I didn't pay for the water! I should have read other reviews about honoring corporate issued coupons. They did not honor a coupon for my family until I returned in person & discussed the coupon, the verbiage (sandwiches ordered were not in the exclusion fine print) & the excuses I was given.
