One thing I love about this place is they sell by slice too, which is amazing for a two people family and also if we want to try two different flavors, it works perfectly. Ordered two slices one combo one chicken pesto and bbq wings. 1 bbq wings we couldn't even eat they tasted funky and burnt and tasted like they took them off of a old burnt rack that they haven't clean before. It's like when you have some food crumbs left on the rack in the oven and those food crumbs burn and when u put them in the sink and start scrubbing there's a particular smell that comes from it, and that's Excatly how the wings smelled. They also just dumped the bbq sauce on them and didn't even bother to mix it. The combo slice looked miserable toppings were just thrown on and I could barely see any mushrooms or bell peppers. We have been here in Tracy for almost 28 years. When this pizza place was opened and we heard all the great reviews from our kids getting the BEST large pizza slice with a can of coke for 5 bucks after school, we decide to try. And boy it didn't disappoint!! We bought X-Large LA (which is our favorite) for years! The owner, was the BEST. Always knew you by name, and made the BEST pizza with his family. Even had relatives visiting from the East Coast for holidays and asked for his pizza. Sadly, now it's the worst. Where is the owner??? Won't buy there anymore. The service was amazing the workers were very friendly and I felt like I was a regular when I walked in, I definitely will be now. We did have to wait 25 minutes for the food, which is actually extremely reasonable but it felt like more since I was hungry. The pizza was quality, I could tell they werent holding back on the toppings but they didn't overdo it either, it was hot and yummy. I think the best option is to go by the slice though I did get a whole pizza. I absolutely LOVE this pizza. I always order thin crust. I add fresh mozzarella cheese and it is melted to perfection. On the phone staff can be abrupt but when you get there, they are so nice. We called back at 8:15 and asked if there was a problem, I repeated my order and gave him Asad my name and he checked and said it was coming out the oven and I said great no worries. At 9:15 pm the pizza arrived and it was COLD and it was the WRONG PIZZA! It was a sausage & pepperoni the whole pizza. We pre-paid $45.00 plus tip for a COLD WRONG PIZZA! So we called back to let them know and absolutely no remorse, no customer service. It was handled in the most unprofessional way you couldn't even imagine. Don't eat or order from this place, their rip offs! Go to Mt. Mikes or Hella Pie or Dominos or Round Table! At least they understand your order and English, and you normally get what you want! I maybe should've taken it as a red flag when I walked in this evening to be greeted by blank faces, the cashier sitting at a table browsing their phone, and the cooks visibly tired/exhausted at the sight of my party and I. But, I've heard good things about this place a couple of months ago - since trying Milano out for the first time today though, I understand why they've seemed to have gone a bit downhill recently (as also commonly seen in other reviews). Came in Sept 18 at around 8:40pm and ordered 4 orders of slices (which nicely, came in their own box - 1 order comes with 2 slices each). My party and I ordered 2 pestos, a southwest chicken, and another type which I forget (and unfortunately I wasn't give a receipt). We left with 4 orders of the southwest chicken pizza (despite just ordering 1 order of it...). I normally wouldn't be too upset at this but given their poor service, I guess I wasn't too surprised. We were the only customers there at the time too. As for the actual taste of the pizza itself, we ate it anyways since we were already long gone from the restaurant and to my disappointment, it too was extremely lackluster. The chicken was super dry, there was an overwhelming amount of veggies that hid the lack of cheese and sauce on the pizza, and the tip of the pizza was burnt. It doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be because even my partner who raved about it having tried it multiple times in the past even didn't like the pizza, which is pretty rare. I'd probably steer clear from here if you're looking for late night food. read more

I REALLY wanted to give this place 4 stars but I CAN'T. The food is great and the pizza is awesome (huge slices) but forget trying to eat here altogether. There's literally NO PARKING. The owner picked a terrible spot to open up a restaurant here . It's crammed in between other food places/shops and a horribly designed Starbucks with a drive thru that makes this place IMPOSSIBLE to get to because it blocks the entrance!. To make it even worse, right across from it is In-N-Out Burger! The only way to get good from here is to drop someone off to pick it up or have it delivered. Sure they have a few tables inside but the parking nightmare is not worth it and those tables are as good as gone. I'm not kidding either! Save yourself the trouble and get it delivered! If you do decide to eat here, I guarantee you'll have to park across the street at CVS because the idiots who shop and eat in this center will piss you off or hit your vehicle. The whole Fountain Plaza is both a joke and a nightmare, considering there's no parking, no running fountains and only a small strip of unheard of shops and restaurants. And to make matters much worse, they're opening up a hotel right next to it. Find out for yourself, I dare you to try and find a parking yet alone enter the damn place because cars are backed up into the street causing traffic!! Whoever designed this Fountain Plaza seriously never finished high school or attended it for that matter. Ambiance is horrible and not worth it for any pizza no matter how good it may be. Due to the inconvenience and craziness of the shopping center (right next to In&Out burger) I had never stopped or given this place a chance. I had family in town and we decided to order a pizza for dinner, and since we all know and enjoy the Milano Pizza in Manteca, we decided to give this location a shot. The pizza is not only very affordable, but it's delicious! We ordered a Combo pizza, half with no vegetables since we all have different tastes. The teenager of our group said she only wanted pepperoni, but we figured she could pick the sausage off. When we arrived, we realized you could buy pizza by the slice (1 slice = 2 slices in size, similar to Costco's size) so we ordered her a slice. The owner was running the register, was very talkative and friendly. As we checked out, he opted to comp the slice of pepperoni pizza. We'll definitely be back here next time we're in the mood for pizza. read more

There are a few issues with this place. 1. The employees sit right outside the front door smoking cigarettes. This is a regular occurrence. On multiple occasions I have walked by to get to Starbucks and there is heavy smoking. Smoke away from the doors. 2. It takes me a while to reach them to place an order. The last time I attempted to order, I called several Times to no availability. 3. The pizza they advertise on their doordash page DO NOT look like the pizzas they serve. That is misleading to those whom are searching for a Neapolitan style pizza. I attached an image. 4. While the pizza isn't bad, it's not great either. I order here because they are only decent halal place. The other halal pizza place in Tracy is a definite no. The dough can use improvement. For a reference.
