Always a five star experience. I love this place prices have gone up a little bit over the years, but you get what you pay for. Been coming here for at least 30 years. Never had a disappointing meal.

Solid Jewish deli food. Service was excellent. We had pastrami on rye, stuffed cabbage, a corned beef cabbage potato knish, motzah ball soup & split pea. Everything was very good. The knish was something wonderfully different. I wish there was a bit more potato filler but still good nonetheless. Pastrami portion was generous and tender. Soups were spot on. While the cabbage was cooked well and a good portion, it had a sweet taste to it. Not bad but not my cup of tea. If I'm in the area, I'll be back. Mill Basin Kosher Deli - In!

The best deli in NYC. So special in flavor and decor. A mirrored deli counter welcomes you in where you can order take out or to go. We sat in the very spacious dining room. Coleslaw & pickles arrive at the table. There are lunch specials daily. We both got those. Ate: Mushroom barley & matzoh ball Brisket Sandy & huge salad Frank Root beer Total : $56 Firstly, the coleslaw and pickles are delicious The soups were both great but the matzoh ball was perfection. My salad was ok, but it was not the best deli order. The brisket on a buttery brioche was also perfection. I found out the made the turkey salad with fresh turkey and picked up some to go which I would order again. Perfection.

Came here after seeing a promotional video by burratebabe on Tiktok. I ordered pastrami on rye with mustard, side of pickles, coleslaw, Russian dressing and fries to go. Total came up to $35 or so and I waited 5-6 min for my order. The sandwich was just ok. Opened it up and no mustard so liberally applied some. Pastrami meat was warm, but dry and under seasoned/salted. It left a lot to be desired. Sandwich itself was smaller than I expected. The best thing was actually the coleslaw. Customer service was great.

Stopped by on Thanksgiving before going to my friend's meal but we wanted to try their hot dog and their knish. But I didn't want to lose my appetite for Turkey. So we shared the hot dog and knish. Was delish. Will come back for the corned beef and/or pastrami. They were so warm and welcoming to us. There were people having an afternoon meal but also space for us to sit and enjoy our snack. Place had a very comfortable atmosphere. Definitely coming back when we are in the neighborhood .

My wife is from the area in Brooklyn and was craving Jewish food. We were visiting and went to see if it was as good as she remembered. We were not disappointed whatsoever. We ordered a ton to eat there and bring back to NJ. The cook/waiter greeted us and was very welcoming and friendly. The pickles and slaw they give at the start tasted excellent. We each ordered Dr. Browns sodas. For apps we had stuffed derma, corned beef & cabbage knish and chopped liver. All were delicious and made well and were served quickly. Yes, the service was excellent, kept table pre-bussed and server was patient and very nice! For entrees, wow man! I had the Gourmet Delight triple decker combo sandwich w tongue, corned beef and pastrami. It was divine! Others had pastrami sandwich and kosher Reuben (no cheese or Russian dressing), both enjoyed and took half to go. We also took home rainbow cookies, noodle pudding, and stuffed cabbage. Yeah, we let gluttony get us this time. Can't get food like that in Jersey! Looking forward to going back!

I waited for about 45 minutes, while waiting I picked up my chips and a white peach ginger ale. I also talked to the girl in front and she explained that you can get your sandwhich on a hero or roll. I ordered a chopped honey turkey with onions, pickles, lettuce and mayo. The guy who made my sandwich was soo friendly and patient. I just put my trust in him to hook it up lol. He also asked if I wanted to add the chips and I did. Overall my sandwhich was better the next day after it firmed up. The flavor was good but the texture was soft, mushy and just not what I want in a turkey sandwhich. It ran me about 12.00 and it was worth the experience.

If that's not the most Brooklyn thing ever, I don't know what is. Same sandwiches, different blessing. Everybody says order the pastrami, so I listened like a grown man should. Pastrami on rye with spicy mustard absolutely slapped. Smoky, juicy, perfectly stacked, and messy enough to ruin your shirt with honor. Then came the beef brisket on rye with a cup of au jus for dipping... and brother, that dip should be studied by scientists. Pure perfection. Washed everything down with a Dr. Brown's root beer like it was 1957. No fake trendy nonsense. No deconstructed sandwiches. Just old-school deli greatness that punches you directly in the soul. I went with two friends so were able to try three different sandwiches and to be honest, they were all just alright. The food: Roast Pork Special- Fried Eggplant, Provolone, Broccoli Rob- The texture of the pork came off a bit dry, the eggplant was good but kinda gets lost in the sandwich so if I literally had it on it's own I would have appreciated it more but who eats fried eggplant by itself? The rob was nice it added a nice crunch but didn't offer that much flavor. Giuseppe Special- Eggplant parm, meatballs, melted mozzarella. I couldn't get over how soggy the bread was. It was like wet paper towel to me. Soggy bread and everything kinda tasting the same made it underwhelming. Nicky Special- It just tasted like salad in between bread. There was so much veg, that was the main thing I remember in that sandwich.
