Long story short; I got into an accident on the freeway and this shop was in network for Progressive insurance. I chose Miller based off its reviews and I was not disappointed. The entire left side of my car was in shambles, and it now looks brand new. On top of that, they had drove my car to the gas station to put a couple bucks in (because my gas light was on). Definitely not necessary, but they went above and beyond. "Hey man.. you're spending on getting your car fixed. Last thing you need to see is the gas light on when you get your car back." I take care of my car and I was super upset that I cracked my bumper. Looking for a body shop was frightening given most places reviews. I was going to take my car to Penske Collision Center because that's where Mercedes Benz "recommended" (reviews = yikes) but I ended up taking my insurances recommendation + Yelp reviews and went with Miller Collision. Super easy drop off process. They checked in with me when they said they would (no really, they said they'd call me on a certain day, and they did) AND my car was done when they said it was going to be done. I was most worried about the work because it needed a new bumper and felt that you can always tell when there is paintwork - it's just never the same. BUT I can hardly tell and I have a keen eye for this type of thing. It is black which is really easy to mess up in my opinion. All in all, Miller did a fantastic job, returned my car with no additional damage as other places do (based on reviews). They didn't put a whole bunch of miles on my car (based on other places reviews) or use up my gas. They detailed my car inside and out. And the work was great! Based on that I would highly recommend. First off, I selected this location because of the high reviews it had. That ultimately turned out to be a sad mistake. My girlfriend got in an accident on the 14th of March while I was away and this shop came up with raving reviews. Once her car got to the lot the next day, they assured us the quote wouldn't take longer than than a few days; that she would have an estimate by the end of the week at the latest. It wasn't until the following Wednesday they had finally contacted her. She didn't get an actual quote until the 30th of March. The whole time having to pay for a rental on a weekly basis to get to and from work. They worked extremely slow, barely kept in touch, and to top it all off, an item was taken from her car when she went to retrieve her belongings after the car had been sold to a third party. I emailed them this last week regarding the missing item and have yet to receive even a response. My advice? Unless you want to be left in the dark on the time and cost for your repairs, take you business elsewhere. read more

This is a long overdue review for Miller Collision. Unfortunately, I had to bring in my car the week before Memorial Day weekend. They quoted me about 10-12 days worth of labor hours, and I completely understood and made other arrangements without my car. They surprised me by calling me the Friday before Memorial Day weekend to let me know they put a rush on it just so I could have my car back for the holiday weekend! Miller Collision's Yelp rating speaks for itself - but if you're still on the fence about whether or not to use them, consider this: I went to Miller to have my carbon fiber roof completely resurfaced and clear-coated due to some rock damage. The cost was reasonable, and I had been referred to them by an auto shop I trust implicitly. Unfortunately, after a couple of months, there was some cracking in the clear coat caused by unforeseen circumstances. I reached out to MC, and without hesitation, they had me bring the car in to completely redo the roof (including replacing weather stripping on the front and back). The roof looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Additionally, they completely cleaned the car (inside and out) before I came to pick it up, simply as a courtesy to their customers. This is where the story gets a little weird - but not without a gratifying conclusion... Due to my job, I wasn't able to pick up my car during normal business hours, so I requested that they park it outside their shop, and I would have my wife grab the keys earlier in the day. Without going into any unnecessary details, I found that the front bumper had been inadvertently damaged while parked outside the MC facility. Not without frustration, I reached out to Jaron and asked what they were able to do for me. Once again, without hesitation, he asked me to bring the car in so they could assess what had happened. Within the week, I had my car back, with a front bumper that looks better than it did when I bought the car over 5 years ago. Despite the unfortunate circumstances requiring repairs - Jaron and Miller Collision far exceeded my expectations for both their customer service and quality of work. I ran over something that fell off of a utility truck on the freeway, blowing out my tire and my wheel on my Audi. My insurance suggested Millers and I am glad they did. The customer service is amazing! Jason and David both went above and beyond to make sure that my car (and me) were taken care of (concerned for my safety, David even came out to the freeway to pick me up so that I wouldn't have to wait for the tow truck). Miller Collision and Jason are amazing! My car was hit in a parking garage and needed repairs. The person's insurance, Progressive, brought me to Miller Collision for some bumper and taillight repair. The receptionist/staff were welcoming, kind and friendly on the phone and in person- they said to come in for a time estimate, they were readily available to start the repair process right away, AND they were able to finish the car ahead of schedule by one day. I met Jason when I picked up the car and noticed that they washed the car AND cleaned/detailed the car as well. They went above and beyond in every way. After I excitedly drove home, I noticed the tow wire connector looked amiss. I called them, Miller said to come right in and they'd look at it right then and there since it'd be an easy fix. I brought it in, they fixed it right away and I was out the door again in 30 minutes. Even though the claim was completed, Jason and his team took care of my car and me.
