We have been coming here for a minute now, the front office staff is simply outstanding and needless to say the team who works in the back with the doctor just the sweetest. Yesterday though Alicia's presence was definitely missed. She's always so sweet and greets you with the biggest smile, and HELLO (genuinely sincere) that you actually feel cared for and not just another chart patient. I didn't see Alicia and definitely missed her genuine smile. Ivy was the only one who greeted us and called my daughter by name which I feel it's so important. I also want to thank the tech who has been working with my daughter. They understand that kids are wary of getting braces so they make it the most positive experience possible! They have an amazing waiting room with games, books and fidget toys. They have a snack bar and even iPads the kids can use! All of the staff we have encountered has been so kind and gentle explaining everything that was happening every step of the way to make my daughter feel as comfortable as possible. My daughters both got their braces here. 4 years after my daughter finished treatment, she had an accident where her front teeth were broken. She needed root canal and, of course, her top retainer no longer fit. Visiting Dr. Miller's office 4 years later...it was like we never left.
