The quality of making sure everything is done properly as far as giving treatment options to ensure the patient has the outcome that they want made me feel very comfortable. I have been seeing Dr. Miller for a while now and I am probably one of the worst patients with staying on track with my trays... I joked that I am on the 2 year plan now. But it's been a very rough year for me. My last 2 appointments, have followed major deaths in my family. My mom in January and then my dad last week. My 9 year-old son has a big tooth that came out before a baby tooth fell off and many teeth are thus misplaced. When we came here for a free consultation, one of their staffs, Alicia, and Dr. Miller were very nice and friendly. Dr. Miller is very professional and suggested us to do only what's necessary, which is more efficient and takes less time compared with other orthodontics, who kept emphasizing how bad it was and wanted us to sign up the whole big package without disclosing all the expenses. The price and payment package here are clear and reasonable and I really like it that they don't oversell. We've been going there for three months. All the staffs, especially Alicia, are still as friendly, caring, professional and fast as they were at the beginning. The wait time is usually short (given that we're on time). So far so good! I came to Miller for an Invisalign consultation to address some minor orthodontic relapse. Like many teenagers, I didn't wear my retainers as I should have following my initial treatment with braces over a decade ago. Dr. Miller and staff are incredibly warm, kind, and open. I was both surprised and delighted with their exceptional customer service. Stephanie, their treatment coordinator, is personable and very knowledgeable. She makes sure that potential clients know the ins and outs of recommended treatment and works closely with you to address any financial planning. All questions are answered openly and honestly; transparency is 10/10. In addition, their prices are more than fair. I had shopped around at other cosmetic dentists/orthodontists for Invisalign prior to seeing Dr. Miller. While other places tried to tell me that I needed full comprehensive treatment (complete with extremely high price tags and treatment times), Dr. Miller was quick to determine that this wasn't the case. Instead, he straightforwardly told me what he believed would be my best treatment and walked me through every step of his simulation/plan, while also being sure to address any concerns. I couldn't be more excited to reach the end result. While I have yet to start treatment (waiting on my first set of aligners), I'm excited to start my journey with Dr. Miller and his wonderful staff.
