Was staying at the Hilton Milwaukee. Very convenient location in the lower lobby of the hotel. I wish I knew his name, but the bartender was absolutely amazing - very engaging, knowledgable, and friendly. I ate here several times and enjoyed everything that I orders, from the hot dogs, to the bowl of chili. I will definitely eat here again next time I am in Milwuakee!

PORK SLIDER TRIO

I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did. I tasted two of their drinks: the raspberry lemon drop and peach mule. Both were equally as tasty, tangy, and well balanced. They weren't too syrupy or alcohol forward. I decided to do well sized entrees: their famous buttermilk battered cheese curds and the pork slider trio. This was my first time tasting cheese in Wisconsin, shame on me. It was packed with flavor and had depth to it. Definitely adding curds to my bucket list everyone I'm in Wisconsin. The pork slider trio was a nice balance of softness with the buns, tender meat and sweetness from the bbq sauce. I have nothing but positive remarks for Miller Time Pub & Grill.

Cheese curds and a soft pretzel
Stephanie D.

Honestly only came here cause the people I was with wanted to eat here. If I was alone I wouldn't have gone because it's a bit too expensive for me. They ordered the appetizers for the table so I was able to try the cheese curds and the soft pretzel. The pretzel was good. Just a pretzel. But those cheese curds.....OH MY GOD YUM!!!!!! I could have eaten that entire thing by myself. For my main meal I ordered the classic cheeseburger which came with fries. Fries were ok. Nothing special. Burger was good and very seasoned. Lots of flavor from that thing. The food is good but I personally don't see myself paying that much for food like this. $17 for a small burger is not in my budget unfortunately. Once is good for me. I'll find a cheaper meal somewhere else.

This bar is located inside the Hilton City Center. I arrived late in the evening and was glad to know this place is open until 2am. I sat at the bar with a friend and was helped by Luke who was so incredibly kind and attentive. The menu here had some great selections but I opted for just the cheese curds, which were amazing. They came out hot and fresh and paired well with my beer. This bar is definitely worth visiting. Great service and great food.

New Glarus Spotted Cow

I wanted to try authentic fried cheese curds. Holy smokes!!! This place did not disappoint. Very very addictive. Enjoyed a locals only beer called the Spotted Cow, and it was fantastic. I ate at the bar, and the service was great. The restaurant is a really cool old American beer hall type atmosphere. I loved it.

Cheese curds were great. Came here for a happy hour and the drinks were great. The service was alright, we had to flag down our server a few times for refills.

We came here after a convention across the street. Their service could have definitely been better. It took a while for our server to take our order. They were busy when we arrived but I don't think it should have taken that long for us to put in our order in. My son and I both wanted to try their Beer Cheese Soup and we were going to share cheese curds and a pretzel. But they were unfortunately out of pretzels. How does a bar in Milwaukee run out of pretzels? We really weren't craving anything else so we just ordered their soup and the curds. Both were really good. The beer cheese soup came with bacon, and was served lukewarm. The curds were perfectly fried. I had to drive back home to Chicago so I didn't do any drinking, but I'm pretty sure everything would have tasted better with a beer. I'm not exactly sure if I would return anytime soon. There's definitely better options in Milwaukee, with better service.

Cool displays next to ever booth

The price is high but so is everything else in this area. Nice pub food selection, and plenty of beer options, make this an easy spot for anyone attending an event nearby. The decor is fun, with lots of beer history on display. Service was mostly quite solid, with enthusiastic staff. They do get busy, given the nature of being next to a massive event center. Plan ahead.

Great service and very clean. Cheese curds were excellent. Good beer selection. Plenty of sports on the TVs.

Fun spot with good food. Especially for inside a hotel. Perfect after flying in. Bartenders are fun and the crowd has always been great.

I tried the chicken tenders and the cheese curds. You can customize your tenders with different sauces and rubs, which is great! They were the juiciest tenders I've ever had. I loved the concept of District Fore, it was like Topgolf meets arcade meets backyard cookout. They offered many different games, such as a golf simulator, darts, and more. They usually only allow customers to rent out a game room in hour-long increments, but we were able to pay for a half hour of darts because we only had that much time before we had to leave for our event. I really appreciated the hospitality from all the staff during my visit to District Fore! We didn't eat dinner at District Fore, so I only got to try the cheese curds. They were so buttery and crispy, and the cheese pulls rivaled those of the Chili's mozzarella sticks! They were also much bigger in size than other cheese curds I have had during my time in Milwaukee. One order of the cheese curds appetizer was the perfect size to share between the four of us. I would love to see a District Fore Social open in my hometown, because I would definitely love to go back!

Swingin' Door Exchange - Carrots and Grilled Beets!! Delicious

I surprisingly don't have many options in my "MKE - Fish Fry" collection that are near downtown, but Swinging Door Exchange was one of them. I was pressed for time, so I placed a to go order rather than dining in. I got the combo fish fry (two pieces of cod, two pieces of perch, and three fried shrimp) with potato pancakes. I was also very easily talked into the half rack rib appetizer. The ribs were good, even though I prefer sauce that's more sweet and smokey. Their sauce was on the tangy side with a tease of spice that really only became noticeable when the majority of the half rack was gone. If I were in the mood for ribs as my main meal, I'd consider getting theirs as an entree. The two potato pancakes weren't homemade; instead, they were premade hash brown patties that some other restaurants also serve with their fish frys. These were perfectly acceptable in lieu of homemade pancakes. The cod tasted great, but the breading didn't hold up very well. Either the fish itself was too wet or the two block walk back to my car allowed for condensation to wreck it or possibly both. The perch was not yellow lake perch but probably something like pike perch. Even though both kinds of fish and the shrimp were all good sized portions, $29 feels like a lot. I wouldn't say no to it, though, if I were dining in next time and avoid the extra cost of their takeout fee. Shout-out to the bartenders working that night. The bar area was absolutely packed, but both of the ones I talked to about placing my order were friendly and helpful even with being super busy.

I'm happy they are doing so well and have multiple locations now! We just wanted a drink and a quick bite to eat and being during a baseball game, lots of places in the area were busy. There was a good crowd there watching the game as well. It's an interesting setup, reminds me almost of a living room (with dining tables) and then the small bar area is to the side. To order food, you do it through two wall kiosks which I like because you can look at options and not feel rushed unless there's a line. Outside they have tables and a tv as well. I choose a veggie sandwich which had a good kick to it! The smaller size was good enough for me. It was a bit confusing how to get your food, from what we understood, you have to go through a door to get to the kitchen window (bathrooms are that way too) but no one calls your order number or anything. I'd suggest an improvement on that way you know your food is ready or maybe we missed something. Overall, I would return and would like to try other items on the menu!

You do have to place your food order at the bar, which is kind of a downer. It isn't a traditional restaurant but more of a bar that serves food. The bartender was very friendly and took our order quickly. The burger patties were great. A bit thicker than traditional smash burger patties but were cheesy, flavorful and juicy. The fries were awesome and plentiful. You can get a dusting of flavor on your fries and I got lemon pepper on mine. My only "complaint" for the burger is the brioche style bun is a bit overpowering and too much bread for the burger. I ended up just eating the patties, but this is my personal opinion. They had a cooler with self serve water which is what we chose m. Again, not a traditional waitstaff butt we were checked on after we got our food.
