Took forever for our appetizer to come out, our waitress walked passed us more than 5 times before taking our drink order and the worst part is, we didn't even get our food. The manager had to comp our 2 meals and our cocktails. We're waited about an hour for our food and like I said it still didn't come out. I'm starting to think they didn't cook our food. This location sucks and if I could give it a 0 star I would. The manager is trash. He was supposed to come apologize but wasn't man enough to do so. I won't be back here EVER read more

Bacon cheese fries app were horrible. Dry fries and hardly any cheese. Steak and cheese tasted like the meat was under a heat lamp for an hour. Chicken in the Ceasar salad was extremely dry. Not a good first experience. Won't be back. read more

First time going here and wow, it was great! Very reasonable prices and the food was outstanding. I don't usually rave about a place but this place is worthy of it. While everything was delicious I really want to highlight two items: the French onion soup and the margarita shaker. If French onion soup is on the menu, I order it. This might be the best I've ever had. I actually said that about another restaurant recently but this beats it. And finally, the margarita shaker. For $11 you get 3 plus drinks in a shaker. You would easily pay $30 for this quantity anywhere else. Great service as well. read more

We've been to several different Miller's Ale Houses and this one by far is the best. It is a lot more accessible and friendly. Our service was great and the food was good. Restrooms were clean and there was plenty of parking available. Nice atmosphere. read more

We went here opening week as I was very excited to be getting a new ale house in Annapolis. First off the decor is fabulous everything looks very good and they had alot of beer on tap to go with the plethora of TV screen I will probably be using to watch football this fall. The staff is also suppperrrr friendly and pleasant so 5 stars to those two things. We ordered mozzarella sticks as our app as that is the one test item we get when trying a new restaurant. You get alot of mozz sticks! Unfortunately (as a common theme for the rest of the food) very underseasoned they were bland and all I could taste was the oil which had an odd after taste I was very surprised at this and let down. The marinara sauce served with it was a little greasy as well. My wife ordered the loaded fries with zingers, I think it's called the mountain. Again, She told me it was underseasoned and the zingers were supposed to have the parm garlic sauce but it was barely there like I couldn't tell they had any sauce on them but the fries and zingers both lacked salt. Finally the only star of the night was my Mac and cheese. IT Is So Hard to find a place that cooks pasta al dente, this pasta was cooked perfectly and the cheese sauce was delicious and I was very happy with this dish, it however comes with zingers that were again underseasoned. I am looking forward to giving it another chance as it was opening week and the kitchen is probably tweaking things, I will always come back for that Mac though! read more

I've heard so many great things, so I was excited to try Miller's Ale House. I even registered online because I figured I would be a return. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed when I got home and realized there was no Blackened Chicken or Shrimp on my Blackened Chicken and Shrimp Cobb Salad. I paid $15 for that salad. The "zingers" were oversized chicken tinders, and are just okay. The sauces are good. The service was slow because a large party was dominating the staff (tip magnet!). Absolutely no overwhelming reason to go back unless I can't get in anywhere else. Solid meh. read more

My family and I dined at Miller's Ale yesterday evening. Our hostess was nice (didn't catch his name) and our wait was minimal given it was a Saturday night. We were seated within 20-25 minutes, and our server (forgot his name as well) was a very nice young man who was very patient with taking our orders, especially our little ones who can be pretty picky. Unfortunately the kitchen has caused this review to be less than stellar. Of our 5 orders, only 1 was made properly and that was a kids plain hamburger. For the others, one received the wrong side (asked for fruit, got fries), one burger was missing sauce, another burger was missing onions, and they forgot the bacon for my chicken BLT sandwich. They were able to correct everything within a reasonable amount of time which I appreciate. However the food, specifically the chicken BLT lacked flavor and was very dry and rubbery. We were originally excited about eating here as we've been to locations in Orlando, but after last night I doubt we'll return. read more

There is a surcharge for Togo orders for the packing which isn't disclosed when you order online or call. Drinks were bland, got a mango Mojito mught as well ordered mango juice with mint and ice. Entrees were tasteless and bland. Wife ordered Salmon brocoli and mashed potatoes. Salmon lacked seasoning and was rather bland, brocoli was bag frozen and mashed potatoes were not real, tasted like a box or pre frozen type. Wife ordered fried shrimp as a side. They too were from.a frozen bag/box, over fried unseasoned and tasted horrible. I ordered some bowl mi mi's or ci ci's but it had a very small piece of chicken with bottled chichuri, a very bland cilantro rice, tastless corn and pickled onions, pico, and sauteed shrimp. Shrimp was ok, chicken wasn't enough for a 5 year old. I was really hoping to like this place looked like a new spot with potential. To be honest I wasted a hundred plus dollars on some very pre fab food that wad bland and tasteless. Unfortunately I will not be going back, totally disappointed!!!! read more

My server was horrible. She didn't check in. I asked for a refill on water after I finished mine in which she didn't give. I had to go to the bar and ask the kind man for a refill on water. His manners are the only reason this isn't a 1 star review. The food took 40 minutes to come out. And guess what. MY WINGS WERE PINK!! I came into millers ale house once again and the expectations were nothing less fantastic. We came in we were greeted by the Sam and Neil. They both had big smiles and were very welcoming . We got seated in at our booth. We had Sarah as our server. Neil and Sam asked use if we had been here before and said yes we were bringing in our family. They were visiting from out of the town and the power had gone out. We had a wonderful time. Sarah was very attentive and great personality and recommended some great dishes to us to share. my colleagues and I ordered lunch yesterday from Millers online, it was promised at 2:23. upon arrival it was not ready and the server had a major attitude. once we brought the food back to work, we realized an entire meal was missing, there were no dressing for any of the salads and the lettuce was wilted- when we called the restaurant for a refund we were told they do not handle that to go through millers online, however there isn't a place to request a refund online. This is not the first time they have messed up an order for our team, but it will be the last. we will absolutely share with our clients to no go there for meals. read more

Everything is normally 4 - 5 rating. Sitting at the bar i usually get fast service. I get help by jole or phil any they are both amazing always friendly! Food is good and beer is good here. I'm never disappointed with the burgers here. Be careful though because I showed up and suddenly the price had changed and they had new menus. The vibe in here is always pretty good. If there is a crowd you can just sit at the bar and order. It's more of a place for 35 and over in terms of the bar vibe but during lunch you can't find better specials. It's great overall for families and date nights. The menu covers all of the bases without being overwhelming. Oh, every time I come here I order the cheesecake. I wish I had read Thin Line R.'s review before I selected this place for dinner. Fune, our server, was great. Restaurant not ready for prime time. Ordered the Shrimp and Chicken Cobb Salad. My husband did as well. I have seen more children on a Kid's entree. My husband had even less. Flagged down our server to order some Zingers so we could have some chicken to eat with our salad. Manager came by after our server let her know about our issue. Even after admitting our portion was on the small side, the most we could get out of her was 10% off the Zingers. Really? The Long Island Ice Tea tasted like lemon-flavored water. She ended up taking 10% off the bill. For $4.80, we would have preferred the additional grilled chicken to make up for the deficit chicken amount. Lastly, the Zingers are nothing without sauce. Just some plain unseasoned chicken strips. I love the Is so Busco but when I order it to go they put all the products into one container, and so the soggy vegetables and mashed potatoes were pressed up against the pork. Common sense would say, we should put this in separate containers..It can be hard to find good help so I get it. If it was up to me, I'd let folks enter the country legally, at least you would have reliable workers. read more

the worst service i've ever seen in my life. our server was the bartender and i'm not sure if he was new or just the worst server in the history of restaurants but he was atrocious. the server took 15 mins to take our order, we ordered an appetizer and it never came, the entrees took 30 minutes to come out, the server never brought refills, and we had to flag down a different server to get the check. there were maybe five tables when we were seated so there's absolutely no reason service should've been that bad. read more
