We've visited this location multiple times since it opened with no problems and good food and service. We visited probably for the last time this week for dinner. Server was nice but the kitchen needs desperate help quickly before first timers never return. Much like other recent reviews the kitchen is failing the servers and the customers. We waited over an hour for our meals that arrived to the table incorrectly prepared and missing items. The server was nearly in tears because they are caught in the middle. Another server stopped by to apologize too and said they recently got rid of the kitchen manager and they are giving a new one a chance. Whatever they're trying - it's not working. While we waited other customers were experiencing the same lack of kitchen perfection which will be a shame since there are so many other Annapolis options - some customers will undoubtedly not be returning since the service just isn't there right now. read more

Went there today and waited 35 minutes before a server even came to our table. We tried to get drinks at the bar while waiting for server and the bartenders totally ignored us. Awful service. Finally when someone came she was new her first day and really had no access to even order our food. read more

3 out of the 4 times we have been to Miller's Ale House the service sucked. Most of the time, the food tastes good but the you can tell that it has been sitting in a window waiting to get picked up for a while as the food is always cold. At our last visit, it took 40 minutes to get our food after alerting the manager of our situation. The manager, Donathan did not do anything and was able to get all of our food proving that it was sitting in the window. I will be contacting the General Manager and corporate office about our visit. read more

very bad service , bad food quality , no hospitality, if they were giving us a favor , they said happy hour after 10 pm , but they charged us regular price , which was so expensive regarding the poor quality of food , and service . I went to this restaurant for the first time recently. Our waitress was very nice, but she was a little ditsy. She kept forgetting things. The nachos were awesome! It was the larger size. Queso was really good. I got the mahi mahi sandwich with nothing on it, and the fish was good. I didn't like the veggie medley of squash, onions, and weird sauce. I like squash, but I didn't like the overall of the veggies. The chocolate brownie dessert was yummy! I'd go back again. it is pretty popular because it recently opened. read more

It is corporate - been here 4 times and it is ok. Should be better. Great layout and all yet there are like 50 people working there yet they all just seem to run around. My wife and I sat at the my outdoor bar for 15 minutes and zero service. We left. I went here with friends another time and we all agreed it was 'sterile'. They have this like house margarita and it is the worst one I have ever had. Also they tried to raise their prices and the 'whole what is on special what day' is confusing. Heroes has the same number of beers and the bartenders serve you right away and know your name. For sure could be great. Fix it. read more

This is just another typical sports bar with too many tvs. I just got back from dinner with friends. If you go, do NOT get the fish tacos. The mahi was almost as tho it was seared last week (at least 3 days) and then re-heated in the microwave. Dry, over-cooked, almost burnt at the edges. Some was in-edible and I had to pull out of my mouth and set aside. Had to ask for salsa -- they didn't have anything on the tacos like crema or salsa. No flavor over-all. I expected a strong cilantro/mexican flavor. The flour tortillas were warm and soft...best I can offer. Friend asked for prime rib (Friday thru Sunday dinner special). They were out so he had to ask for something else. Really??? You offer a special for the weekend and don't have enough food to cover the specials? Other friend had a steak that was very dry. Nothing to put on it to help so she dipped her steak bites in another persons au ju from their sandwich. One good thing...restrooms were very clean! We came into millers ale house last night. We were greeted by Neil the host. He welcomed us and told about some of his favorite things on the menu. He showed us the bar and asked if we dined here before. We said we went to Florida. We were here visiting family. Neil made sure our table was nice and setup and told us how great the food was. His favorite thing was the burgers. He showed us all the beers. He was very professional and. Maria our server was wonderful and treated us like family. We definitely like to feel like we are welcomed in a restaurant. Thank u Neil and Maria. The food at this restaurant was amazing the service was something else to say the least. I am not one to normally write a bad review but the service my friends and I received was awful. Our server was the most rude person I have ever encountered in a restaurant EVER! I was a part of a party of 6 and 2 of us arrived before the other 4 we informed the wait staff of this and they told us no worries we can go ahead and seat you. Once we were seated our waitress came over and we informed her that the rest of our party wasn't there. She then insisted on everyone's drink order so we just said water for all when she returned she proceeded to ask us did we know what the others wanted because she didn't want to wait and have to keep coming back. We apologized and asked for a few more minutes. Everyone arrived we ordered and when the food came out 5 of the 6 people at the tables order was either messed up or missing something. Then when it came to our bill we asked to split it and to make it easy we each clipped a pen to our respective receipts when she came back 30 minutes later none the less everyone was charged incorrectly and one persons card was charged for two meals. We informed our server and she rolled her eyes at us and said I guess I will fix it but this is your fault. When she came back with the fixed receipts they were still wrong but instead of making the situation worse we resolved the issue using venmo. The final straw was 4 of us went to the bathroom before leaving and our waitress was in there cussing us out to her coworkers calling us the f word and the b word and a whole bunch of other comments that had no place to be said. When we walked in the bathroom she made direct eye contact with me and keeping complaining and cussing as if we weren't there. At this point we had enough and spoke to a manager they helped to resolve the issue but gave only 3 people a coupon for the poor service when all 6 of us were clearly effected. Safe to say I will not be returning anytime soon. And if you get Daysi as your server best to just leave before she curses you out too! read more

My gut told me this place would be like Applebee's with more televisions, but we decided to swing in for dinner. I should have trusted my gut. Once we picked up our sticky menus and shouted at each other over the sound of televisions tuned to different channels, we should have split. But our server was very nice and took drink orders right away. Drinks didn't show until we tracked down our waiter to remind him and to put in an order. 30 minutes later and still no food. Our waiter was apologetic, but either he didn't try to get our food out faster or he wasn't able to do so. We eventually told him to make it to go. While waiting for it to finally show up, my wife went to talk with a manager, who seemed concerned before disappearing disappearing. We took the food and left. When we got home we determined that it wasn't bad, and is relatively inexpensive, but there's no reason to ever go back. read more

We decided to stop in to try this new restaurant in the Annapolis mall area. I'll start with the good, the drinks were above average. Now for the not so good, we showed up on a Sunday around 5. The restaurant was not busy, we were seated right away. We ordered our drinks and waited about 15 minutes to get them. For food we ordered two apps the fries and zinger mountain and potstickers (as our dinner) and the fish and chips. We waited 40 minutes for our food and it was cold. We were approached by a restaurant coach, who we provided feedback on our meal to, she was sympathetic and we saw her go to the Manager to tell him of our concerns. Here is where we will share the bad. From where we were sitting we were able to see the kitchen, food sat in the pass for a very long time, and all of the tables around us were making the same complaints we did. We watched the Manager raise his hands when he was told of our complaints by the coach, and he seemed more bothered than concerned. After waiting 45 minutes for cold food we were asked to wait for the Manager to come over and talk to us which we did but after 10 minutes and seeing his lack of concern we decided to leave. We eat out in the Annapolis area all the time and we're so disappointed. Worst part for us is that we watched so many great places close because of the pandemic and this is what replaced them...so very sad and disappointing. read more
