We drove down to Estero to try to the new Coopers Hawk restaurant. I was delusional and did not make a reservation and call me crazy but no food is worth waiting two hours for a table So I look across the parking lot and see Miller's. The menu consists of bar fare and creative cocktails. Friendly staff, ambience is clean and updated. My steak and salad were really good , so was the house made Sangria. Price for two people for dinner with two drinks was 54.00 with great service. So I didn't get to try a new restaurant but I definitely found one I will return to again based on last night's experience. Guess things happen for a reason. read more

First time at a Miller's Ale House. Great experience! Maddy was awesome. Super friendly and attentive. We had a great conversation with her while sitting at the bar. Food was OK. Didn't love the Caesar wrap (soggy lettuce and chicken lacked flavor), but I definitely saw other options on the large menu that I would try next time. Great spot to watch a game. The ice cream cake Capt Jacks has cookie crumbl, fudge, and heath that was the best. The service was amazing with quick and personable servers. And the restaurant was very clean with a sports bar atmosphere and TVs on pretty much any open wall space. read more

Second visit and the experience was great. Our server Dave was friendly , efficient and helpful with suggested items. We settled on the wings extra crispy and they were exceptional. Some of the best I have had. Got sauce on the side and it came with celery and blue cheese. We also ordered the cobb salad with shrimp and chicken but it was huge. My husband and I split both and still came home with 1/3 of the salad. Great food and great experience. It helped that we arrived around 3:30 in season and got a table. Last night's service was absolutely awful. My buddy and I came in to eat, and our server was extremely inattentive. Typically, I sit at the bar where the service is always good, but when I chose to sit at a table, it was the complete opposite. Waitress didn't seem to care at all, didn't refill our drinks once, and was constantly hiding in the back. With service like that, how can you expect a tip or for customers to want to come back? From now on, I'll be sticking to the bar, where the service is consistently better. read more

Price is great. Location awesome! Service is hustling but might need a bit more training. The way the food was put on the table was a bit alarming. I halfway expected to be wearing it. I am sure a bit more training will help. But for a place that just opened I was expecting the food to be more on point. My steak was super tasty... but the texture was like it had been soaking in water and then tossed on a griddle to heat it up. It's was kind of mushy. My Caesar salad looked like it'd been sitting in the refrigerator for days, with wilted mushy green stuff in it. Not appealing at all. The broccoli was done well. Three of us went to Millers Ale last night and had a great dinner. The service from the friendly staff, the food and drinks were great. Don't bother. Was seated for lunch quickly. However we watched as employees walked around, talked to each other but never even acknowledged us! Waited at least 10 minutes and no one even approached us. We left. They weren't that busy and had plenty of employees working. Unfortunately they weren't interested in making money. read more
