We stopped for dinner on a Sunday evening 9/10/23 and what a huge disappointment! After we ordered our food it an extremely long time for our food to arrive and when it did it was by far sub standard. The vegetables were cold, baked potatoes cold and hard even the potato that was replaced it came out the same. I ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs and shrimp which were room temperature and had no flavor to them whatsoever, my wife had the Ossobuco which came out extremely dry , dry to the point when the waitress say it she brought out a brown gravy which was for mashed potatoes to try and moisten and make some kind of flavor. When the bill came I was shocked to see that I was paying $9.49 for a beer, like I was at a sports event! Our son had a burger and he ate all his food without complaints, but you could serve him a cardboard sandwich and he would be ok! I will say though we did have a great server that gave us great service. We left Miller Ale house feeling like I just wasted $115 for a meal that was a huge disappointment. Most of our food was mediocre - my husband's ribs and broccoli were puny and pathetic in presentation and taste. My steak salad was tasty, and my son's food was decent, just nothing out of the ordinary and certainly NOT worth a 30 min wait. Your service is terrible. Sat at bar, Courtney cleaned up area from previous patrons, dropped menus ans walked away. Didnt ask if we wanted anything. Sat another 10 minutes and nothing. I got off work and went directly to dinner here. I can not and will not drink anything but water while working. We got a seat an hour or more after arriving. I had 2 drinks at the bar awaiting my table. I am a friendly person who will chit chat with anyone. After being seated and my husband finished his meal while I was still eating mine, my husband ordered another drink and I didn't BUT before I could say anything they said I was too drunk or inebriated to order another because 3 people said I had too much to drink. ITS AN ALEHOUSE I was told by the general manager, John French I believe as I so upset I am not sure of the last name that I was drunk upon entering the establishment. If being friendly in any way is considered inebriated then I can not agree with that policy. Bad bad service and the food was not good either. We've been to the Sarasota location multiple times and have always enjoyed it. Tried this one last night and were extremely disappointed! It was a Friday night and busy but our wait was only about 10 minutes. The service was lacking but I believe our server was stretched thin. The mozzarella sticks came out and got about 12 sticks they gave one little cup of marinara. We asked for extra when we ordered and got two tiny cups, definitely need more sauce but the server can't get it, she's got to order it and wait till the kitchen gets around to getting it. By the time we got the third sauce we were done and one of our party took one for the team and had two sticks dry. Three of our four food orders arrived and we dug in. The fourth arrived when we were just about done our meals. It wasn't anything difficult-a burger. The burger..no condiments on it at all or even on the side or on the table. Another wait. Snother wait for ketchup and mustard. The extra sauce for my ribs would've been nice however it came when I was already done! The signature zingers were mediocre at best and their version of hot sauce is barely mild and not all of the chicken tenders were even sauced! We waited (again) forever for our server to bring our check do we could just escape the place and she never showed. Another server saw us looking and asked if we needed something. Told her we needed our check so she went to get it. 5 minutes later our server comes to the table (without our check) and informs us that only SHE can get our check. Umm then why didn't you bring it with you?? Needless to say we will NOT be back to this restaurant. read more

Staff was great. Food/drinks delivered quickly. My food was cold. They warmed it up when asked. The flavor of the fettuccini Alfredo was nothing but salt. A lot of salt. And I am very used to eating salty items. I ate it but it was rough. My friends food was average and the steak on it was rather tough and seemed less than fresh. It was also freezing inside. I would consider my husband and I connoisseur of Miller's ale House location! Ha Ha The new location near our house in Wesley Chapel definitely did not disappoint. We went in with the expectation that it's a new location and everyone has their initial growing pains. I would say Miller's ale house knocked it out of the park! Not only was our server very attentive but they seem to have loads of extra staff available in order to prevent any major issues. The manager walked around to our table not once but twice to personally check on us. They also had some sort of team leader who was walking throughout the restaurant and taking notes I assumed for employee feedback later on. Our overall experience was great. read more

We have had good experiences in the past, this was our first time time going this late and my recommendation is to stay away. We arrived at 10pm it took about 45 min for our food to arrive it was all over cooked dry and didn't have any flavor. The restaurant was on the dirty side I had to hold on to chairs as I walked to the bathroom because the floor was greasy and slippery, we sat near the kitchen and as servers walked through the door I could see the trash was overflowing and all over the floor. Our server was good that's why I gave it 2 stars but I feel like the place was just clearly managed extremely poorly. read more
