Brand new addition to Wesley Chapel/Lutz area by the Tampa outlets. It's a great location and place to watch sports and they have fantastic food and service. One thing that really struck me was we sat at the bar to eat and the wonderful bartenders, TJ and Hannah worked so well together and they have a folded paper with their names on the side facing the guests and they ask the guests names and have those written facing them. It's a personal touch that I absolutely loved. I had the Cobb Salad with Blackened Shrimp & Chicken: Field greens, hard-boiled egg, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, Roma tomatoes, red onion, applewood-smoked bacon, blue cheese crumbles which was nice and fresh. Goodportion of chicken and shrimp as well. Also had the Zingers Mountain Melt: Zingers tossed in choice of seasoning (Caribbean jerk for us), Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, applewood-smoked bacon and scallions on a mountain of seasoned fries. This place has a great location but it feels like it's underachieving so bad. I want to like this place I really do. The food quality could be so much better. I understand it's difficult to get good help these days but do you have to put the slowest guy you have by himself on the main bar? When I came in last night at 10:00, I went straight to side bar when I saw him . This is simple food. Make sure the burger is cooked to medium and hot. The onion rings need to be hot and crispy. The chicken needs to arrive at the table, hot and with the correct sauce. Give us the fresh lettuce not the B lettuce. You have to get the fundamentals right if you're going to charge these prices. It's no fun to go out if you get weak service and subpar food. Do better. read more

Stopped off here on the way to Tampa with family and will NEVER go back. The food I ordered was not very good and I ordered it without any protein but when the bill came, they charged me for chicken. I told the waitress that since I never ordered chicken, if it would be possible to pay whatever they would charge for something without meat. The manager was very polite and told me he took $3 off my meal and I was very content with that. After we left, my sister in law let me know she overhead a different waitress (was wearing a black shirt, black hat, and glasses) making fun of me to the manager, saying that I was just complaining to get at least 50% off. I couldn't believe a staff member would openly mock a customer like that, especially so close to where other people can hear them. Why would I pay for something I never ordered in the first place? Tonight I witnessed something I haven't witnessed in a long time, a server that when the food was brought to them at the bar, inspected it as if it was their own and went out of their way to make sure it was right before the customer received your order. I tried to order a takeout on the phone. I requested chicken instead of shrimp on a salad. They said no. I asked if they could ask. I was transferred to some other person and they had to check. I held for 5 minutes and was hung up on. I put the order in on line for curbside. I sat outside for 10 minutes beyond the check in time. I went inside and was ignored for 10 more minutes. Decided to try this place on a whim on a Sunday evening. My wife, daughter and I were seated immediately and greeted by our waitress. The decor of the place was pretty typical of that modern bar look with plenty of TVs. So I ordered a French Onion Soup and Prime Burger. Both were very decent and the server was absolutely magnificent, I wish I could remember her name. The burger was cooked how I ordered and tasted pretty good. The French Onion soup was ok, nothing special but it certainly was edible. Once again, overall good. I think I would definitely try this place again, the food was good the service was good and overall I had a pleasant experience. We stopped by here before doing some shopping because, we'll, have to get our energy up. The TV stations showed a small variety, the temp inside was perfect for us and the lighting was as expected for a chain in the middle of the day. There were about 10 tables sat and 2 at the bar. So a slow lunch while we were there. We ordered the wings on special (12 for $8.99), my son ordered the Philly and my husband tried his luck with the Queso Burger. Our appetizer of wings came out hotter than Stacy's mom, but came out with our meals. I learned two things about Miller's today. #1 They do not season their wings. #2 They hand bread all of their breaded/fried items. So if you wanted breaded wings, there is the option to get the 35 shrimp or calamari breading on them. I'll also mention, the wings were a good size compared to what we have been getting around the region lately. So I ordered another round of wings to go because I felt it was a great price for freshly, although unseasoned, dropped wings. 4/5 The Queso Burger was juicy and had plenty of toppings. 3/5 Philly was hot but could have had a bit more flavor and tenderness. 3/5 Capt Jack's is the best dessert we've had behind the Hula Pie in Hawaii. She was having more fun than the rest of the customers combined. She was quick with the water and then with our drinks. She asked if we were in a hurry, which we weren't; so she asked if one of us would way her down. She promised to be watching our table for the wave. My husband's old work used to do Millers to go for work during their week for their weekly deals like burger day etc. food, atmosphere and service was great. After a beautiful morning my wife and I came to meet with family to try Millers for lunch. I really enjoyed the food here. I had the chicken wings while my wife had the chicken pasta bake, we also had some appetizers, pickled jalapeños and spinach artichoke dip. I've never had pickled jalapeños but I definitely will order them every time I come here. It reminded me of fried pickles only better because it had that nice spice to it. There were plenty of TVs to watch sports and lots of seating. Although we waited for a bit it's understandable considering the time and day we came in. The service was fantastic and we were always checked on by our waitress. This place made me feel like I was at any other American restaurant although this place had more of a sports bar feel to it which was nice. Was superrrrrr excited when we found out Miller Ale house was coming to Lutz. Quite disappointed when we came here for lunch. I had the mountain melt and it was just 'OK'. This was our staple every time we went to the one in Tampa. Even then, the last time we were there after the Bucs game, it was "Meh". We thought maybe it's bc they're slammed from everyone coming from the football game-- the food was just alright. After trying out the Wesley Chapel one, we immediately thought how it was exactly what we felt when we last ate at the one in Tampa. They advised us at the front that the wait could be up to two hours, which was fine, we just walked over to the outlet mall next door while we waited for our table. They put us all together near the bar and our server, Tony, was awesome. He was on top of drink orders and entrees and came around to make sure everyone had what they needed.
