Wings are not their thing. Service was good; house salad was very nice. But the wings. The wings were a disappointment. And I know wings. The first disappointment was learning that when you order a dozen wings that you can't get 6 in one sauce and 6 in another (of course, you can order (2) 6-wing servings at a higher pricepoint and get two different sauces). I can't say I've encountered this before. Seems a silly policy to annoy a customer over. The second disappointment was the cook on the wings. The meat was cooked well-- no complaints there. However, the skin was something I can only describe as "soggy". I enjoy a little bit of crisp on the skin (at the very least on the tips), but this skin was nothing but a flaccid letdown. The last disappointment was their teriyaki sauce. I'd describe it as a loose mixture of honey, water and some sort of flavor (I guess it was teriyaki). The wings were generously sauced, but it was so loose it mostly dripped off the wings and pooled on the plate. The flavor was unremarkable. Service is absolutely horrendous, from bartenders to servers, actually tried a table today and service was just as bad as the 'drop in the fryer' food... this place should count their blessings and clutch their dollars tight, the only reason they're in business is because people kill time before the movies start next door.. the servers here should stay here, they couldn't hold a job in the food industry area anywhere else. This is the 4th time and 3 have been bad. I have read the reviews and thought Ok it will be better. Couldn't have been worse. Elika was our server and I have never had a ruder server. It was like she was pulling teeth. First took close to 10 min until anyone acknowledged us then she look at us like what do you want. She didn't know what the fish on fish and chips was and was annoyed we wanted to know. Left and finally came back to take order. Got food - fries ice cold. Fajitas barely enough for two. I cook better. Never came back to ask how things were. Sitting there and finally had to say we want our check. Never asked for another drink (she gave me a 9 oz and didn't ask 6 or 9 - NOT acceptable what if I was driving) or desert. I hate to mention but she had on short shorts that you wear at a strip club or night club in Vegas and lets say she should NOT being wearing them. My 82 yr old dad was embarrassed. Not a decent look. Paid the bill because my husband asked for the manager but was told he busy with another table. Never came over. Asked for him / Justin (i believe) when we left. He listened and did NOTHING. Said i should have mentioned it to him earlier. Said he would talk to her. Unbelievable. I am in sales management and in no way would I have a job if I was like either of them. I scheduled a luncheon for 33 woman at Miller's Ale House and wanted to commend Len, the restaurant manager who was extremely helpful in coordinating the luncheon. He had an area set aside for us and our waitress Mia was awesome. Orders were taken and food delivered in a very timely manner. The food was excellent from salads to burgers all food was very tasty. Kudos to Miller's for making this luncheon a success. We do this monthly to celebrate birthdays and this is not our first time at Millers. read more

Stopped at the Millers ale House for lunch after a show. Three of us had a quaso which wasn't bad. I've never tried it so I can't compare it to others. The other person had a flat bread with cheese and mushrooms. Had to send it back because they put tomato sauce on it. She is allergic to tomatoes. It took 22 minutes to get another. Saturday night at the ale house - Naples was good. No wait for a table. Clean restaurant, quick service. The server was very nice and helpful, she took care of all our request in a timely manner. Nice size crowd with a very calm atmosphere for a sports bar. The food was well done and had no issues. Plenty of drink specials large menu with big portions. Wings Cheese sticks and burgers are so so. Quesadilla and nachos are above avg. Wednesday is 11 dollar lobster night. And they usually have bucket/ pitcher specials since most every table seems to have them. Plenty of TVs. Bar service seems to be more attentive to the "regulars". One of the regulars even noticed me waiting and said that when he had a bar. They made it a priority to give special attention to the customers that are infrequent or new who could become a regular. As a country club trained bartender, we were trained in service with pride in our profession. Scanning the drinks for subtle requests like an empty near or on the rail, a nod, a wink or even if a drink is off center on a coaster and anticipating needs of our members. BTW no tipping at the club we were on a fair hourly rate. Not to mention benefits. The Patio is open and spacious. They have pool tables and arcade games for kids and adults inside. I never give negative reviews unless they're well deserved because I hate bashing on restaurants. But folks This was by far the worst meal I've had in Collier county. The restaurant itself is gross and disgustingly dirty. Bathrooms were foul. Everything was sticky from the floor to the chairs and menus. Smelled like mold when you walked in. Clean silverware but that's about where it ends. Our server was clearly in the weeds and hating life. But I can't blame her. Half the restaurant was seated and the other half was empty. There were four portable air conditioners because the AC was out on that side of the restaurant. Our entrees took a long while to come out because they were clearly short staffed. Once they did come out I wish they hadn't. I've never tasted such bland tasteless food before. I have no idea why this place has business. Terrible menu. Terrible decor. Terrible food. Nothing had seasoning. Portions were a joke. The waitress had had no clue what basic ingredients they had. My wife asked for salsa and got diced tomatoes. The other woman we were with asked to have all chicken on her Cobb salad (instead of both shrimp and chicken which it comes with). She was told it would be a $10 up charge to take the shrimp off the salad. My god I've never heard of such nonsense before. We were with friends so at least that was enjoyable. Went to this restaurant because a friend suggested it. The food overall was okay. I ordered a burger and asked for it to be medium rare, just to see if they would leave any red in the middle. They brought the burger cooked all the way through, more like a well-done instead of medium let alone medium-rare. Otherwise, it was a normal burger with nothing fancy on it. The person I was with ordered the zingers and asked for ranch as they have a stomach issue with blue cheese. When their food came out, they got two servings of blue cheese dressing. Not sure if this was just an issue with our waiter or if there attention to detail is not up to par. Might be good to go for some easy drink specials at the bar. Overall, a subpar restaurant. I went last night with colleagues. The place was jammed due to Bike Night and being Friday, of course. We were able to squeeze up to the inside bar for a few pints. They were ice cold and served up quickly each time. You know me, Fridays are my wing nights, so I was pleased to see they added "Jumbo Wings" to their menu. I ordered naked wings tossed in medium bbq sauce. After 10 minutes, our friendly bartender informed me that they battered the wings and was sorry, to which I promptly told him I didn't want them. He said no problem and they re-fired the order. I was surprised that a manager brought my corrected order within 5 minutes and an apology for the mistake. Very classy, Ale House. We have always liked this place, but $4 diet coke and iced tea is ridiculous!!!! WE WEREN'T EVEN OFFERED A REFILL. We eat out at least 5 times per week (we're retired), and this is the only place we eat in Naples that we pay more than $2.95 for non-alcoholic beverages. We have been to the Naples Miller Ale house 2 times and had a bad experience twice. The 1st time we asked for a table for 6 and were told it would be a 20 minute wait, after 25 minutes they called us but only had a table for 4 so another 15 minute wait. The 2nd and last time (we will never be back) We ordered 4 beer at the bar and ask for a table because there were no seats at the bar. We were led to a table and sat down but when we said we were only going to have a few beers and no food ( it was 2:30 pm) we were told we could not sit at a table unless we ate.So they made us get up and sit at a bench even though there were several open tables. Stopped in for ribs. They were a Monday special at @$12.00 rather than usual @$15.00. Would have been worth it at higher price. Just a hint of spice, fall off the bone, full slab, served with cole slaw and a side. I picked sweet potato fries - excellent! Dinner mates chose mashed potatoes and broccoli both of which reported to be excellent. Full bar. Booths, high tops (long tables with stools for community seating) and patio which is surrounded by a half wall and allows smoking. Excellent service. Try it if you're in the area. Returned for the rib special last Monday. Although I frequent Miller's often, I could not have been more disappointed. 5 of us ordered the rib special. When they arrived one of our rack of ribs were 2" in height. All were over cooked and dry. 3 of us could not eat them because the sauce was extremely spicy. There was an up charge for sweet potato fries. The broccoli was over cooked. We sent back 2 of the plates because they inedible. They were kind enough to comp 2 meals but we all agreed that we would return once more and if the quality does not improve we will not return. read more

10/4/2020. Uber Delivery. I had Uber Delivery on a Gross Rainy Sunday Evening. Ordered the Fried Calamari, it was ALL Rings, which I love!! I don't like the Tenicles most places put on your plate. Like a fried spider...no thanks.. These Rings were Perfectly Tender so you know they are very fresh. If they're rubberery, they're not fresh. Served with a side of sweet sauce. Almost like the plum sauce at chick fillet . I also had tarter sauce in my fridge and a squeze of lemon. The Chicken Fajitas are Wonderful! Tons of grill flavor in the chicken.
