They just opened, so I'm reserving judgment here but suffice to say they are working the opening bugs out. The servers are new and the kitchen staff is new. The opening staff is from out of town but Everyone was very nice in spite of their obvious flaws. Clearly they were not ready to open, everyone was not trained for opening and many apologies were made for poor quality and service the place is set up well. Came here for a friend's birthday party! This place is a okay with their ample space and TV's. Sure they have a $5 house margarita, however it's served in a soda, and not a cocktail glass, and is a little watered down. Bartenders are on the outside of the bar, not in the space, when it was crowded. I had to repeat my order to several bartenders, as they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off! The pretzel was good with a choice of mustard and cheese sauces. The chicken fajita was a solid B, but not anything outstanding, some of the onions and peppers were stuck to the pan. Guacamole was good, but costs $2 extra. Servers were friendly enough, however our bill was messed up by $60, as there were a few items that were added to our bill, though the waitress was gracious enough to make the necessary corrections. I had a chicken fajita and it was really good. The chicken was seasoned well and the toppings were fresh which made a big difference for me. My tortillas weren't as warm as I like them but it was okay. Our server was friendly and attentive! Although we were stuffed, we ordered the warm donuts with chocolate & caramel sauce and it was soooo good! The ambiance was cool, a lot of TV's if you are a sports fan. A couple nights ago I was staying at a nearby hotel and I decided to walk in to order my meal to go. I met this young lady by the name of Janiali. I have to say that she was very pleasant and helpful. As she was helping me she has this vibrant smile that made me comfortable to order. It turned out her recommendations were great. Location is great and aesthetically it is has a cool vibe. Went there on a Friday at 6pm and had to wait although a good portion of the tables were empty (staffing issues I guess.) I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and was told 5 mins after order "we are out of pulled pork" - ok. I went with the spicy chicken sandwich which was a big disappointment. While the chicken was nicely cooked it lacked any flavor except for the Franks Red Hot which was lathered on it. It lacked anything unique or even good and the Franks was just not good enough to stand on its own. Service was ok - not great. It's a shame because I live close by but I'm not sure I will give it a second chance. read more

This was our first time here and honestly it was terrible. The service is disappointing and we had to wave down other staff to get attention. Food was way overpriced due to the fact the portions could not even feed a child. Food was subpar at best and the drinks were overpriced. So, when you first walk into this place, it looks quite promising. But once you sit down and realize how unbelievably terrible the service is, you start questioning why you even bothered coming here. I mean, ordering a steak was totally my bad--I should've known better than to expect anything decent. I asked for medium rare, but what I got was basically a hockey puck. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Our waitress did not check on us one single time and we had to hunt down other people to give us our check because she was nowhere in sight. The food was also beyond disappointing. The nachos were overpriced and came with one strand of shredded chicken and was basically just a pile of chips.
