This guy knows his stuff. I've had wasp problems for years. Another guy would come knock down a nest or 2 and they were never gone. Met with Kevin and I must admit he seemed uncertain about remedying my situation, and after he had to reschedule once, I was starting to get skeptical. But he showed up, found where the nests were and under the deck where it was hard to see and even eagle eyed one nest in a light fixture by my front door. We had a really bad bug problem as well as some issues with rats, so we called Mills and they came out. The bug treatment was really effective and we went from having our patio covered in every type of insect imaginable at night to having it totally clear. We signed up for quarterly treatments from them because we were so happy with the results. Roger also did exclusion work all around our house to make sure no rats were able to get back in. I was having a horrible time with rats in my attic and when I went on Yelp and saw that Mills had over 70 five stars reviews, I didn't hesitate to call immediately. This company is a class act. They came out and had their masks on, shoe protectors and were very knowledgeable. In the attic they set traps and went all over my deck and side yard to see where they were getting in. They found a huge hole that had been under my water heater that a skunk was using as a hideaway. When I woke up the next morning a took a peak at where the trap was, the skunk was in it. They came over immediately to get the skunk and cemented the hole. They also removed the rats and set more traps. I had a problems a few years back with raccoons and the company that I used did not do a good job in securing everything and the raccoons ripped right through the chicken wire and steel rods that were placed. Mills went all over the outside of house and took photos. They showed me the photos of 12 or 14 holes that rats could get in my attic, and did a great job using cement to close them. They set more traps and came out again to go around the house and cemented every hole possible so they could not get back in. I dealt with Andrew, Cameron, and Drew. They were a pleasure to deal with and knew exactly what to do. They did an outstanding job! I would give then 12 stars if I could. They could not have been nicer or more professional. From the scheduler Paula, to the guys that came out, I knew that they would do a great job for me. They are so honest price wise and went the extra mile to make sure that all my needs were met. I needed an exterminator for the first time. I asked for quotes from a few places on Yelp. Mills had a great price and they responded very quickly. I made an appointment and when I had to change the appt time they did without any problems. I gave them four stars because they were supposed to arrive between 1-2. At 2:30 I hadn't heard from them so I called to check-in. They finally showed up at 3pm. Roger was very friendly, and did the work quickly. He even called me when he arrived, as I requested, so my sleeping babies didn't wake up. All in all, great service! read more

I came to Mills Pest after many failed attempts to solve a rat problem. I decided to call the professionals and am glad that I did. Mills Pest is extremely prompt, professional and knowledgable. Roger came out and did an inspection of the property and gathered information from me based on what I was experiencing. He then drew a map of all possible entry points for rodents and came up with plan for trapping and exclusion work. They were very prompt in scheduling trap checks and checking to make sure the problems were resolved. After the initial exclusion I heard some noises and they were happy to come back and reinspect with some additional exclusion work. My problems have now been solved. Based off of the quality work they completed I have decided to have Mills come out and do their quarterly bug extermination service for my moms house. Great work. Very fair price. Living "near" the hills of Burbank, there are critters of all types. Some are cute and part of the ecosystem. Others are considered pests; mice, rats, and gophers. Having tried Gopher Patrol prior I asked with Mills if they could do the job. In one treatment the gophers were gone. Gopher Patrol is a bunch of young college kids without experience.
