quiero um MAS TACOS!!! uhh muy bien...mamacita??? forgive my spanish i quite like these tacos they…read moreare consistently great and nice. not bad pricing and generous portions! parking is difficult to find since its in an auto shop so you can smell the wonderful meats along with a subtle strand of wd40. yum! i snort transmission oil like a rabid dog service is quick and nice. they have a big menu but i just tried their tacos. they come with lemons instead of limes WOW what a crime but in this era of inflation i get it. carnitas are pretty good! a tad oily but the natural flavor is good and tender 8/10 tripa is tender, not as crispy as i'd hoped but good flavor 8/10 i like the onions on top and all the salsas which are tangy. they aren't too spicy at least for my taste. WELL it's up to your own judgement; refer to my transmission oil inhaling and decide for yourself how spicy is their spicy. overall muy bien te amo tacos los tres reyes

Firstly, be very careful when you enter this location, the turn is very small and kind of hidden. I…read morewent with some family and everyone missed the turn on right and had to U turn and try again just FYI Depending on when you go parking can be difficult, if it is packed I would recommend parking the street over and walking. Most of the food is prepared in a food truck where you line up and order. Seating is next to the sauce bar and they have first come first serve seating. Typical culture is to put the sauce directly on the tacos when you receive them. They give sauce cups if you order to go otherwise they are reluctant to give them out. Currently they are constructing a building around their seating area which is new. This implies that they are generating enough cash to turn their food truck and seating area into an actual establishment. Onto the food review! Carne Asada 7/10 Lengua 7.5/10 Carnitas 8/10 Cabeza 8.3 /10 Suadero 8.5/10 Al Pastor 8.5/10 Suadero and Pastor were top contenders with the most flavor depth. Personally I liked the cabeza as it was very soft, but the flavor can't compare to the suadero. The carne asada lacked flavor in my opinion and was the least tasty out of the meats we tried. Carnitas had that great crunch you're looking for in a taco as it is seared excellently. Lengua was flavorful and super soft just like the cabeza which indicates that they were both braised to perfection. All choices are very solid albeit be prepared for a very greasy meal. The star of the show is their avocado salsa! They offered 6 other sauces in their sauce bar but the avocado salsa was superb compared to the others. This was the only option that had me coming back to sauce bar throughout my meal. They also offered pickled carrots, jalapeños, and onions at their sauce bar to help balance the flavors. Finally the best JD big back tip is to get the large strawberry horchata! It was so good we finished ours before even taking a picture of it! The flavor profile on that beverage is superb, imagine a creamy strawberry yakult that is the perfect option to balance greasy tacos. This is a hidden gem item as their strawberry horchata is significantly better than other restaurants version of it. They also offer other flavored horchata but the strawberry remains top tier.

Ambience (5/5) - Pinoy Karaoke + the smell of Ihaw, what else could you ask for? Beer, siguro sunod…read morena yan hahahaha. Food(6/5) - Any Filipino will tell you, it doesnt matter if Ate is in South SF, San Jose, and now Hayward, people WILL drive to eat her food. Isaw, Pares, Sisig, the Elusive Empanada na palaging paubos na, pati yung Inasal masarap walangya. Amazing food, this is coming from someone born and raised in the PH. Best Pinoy food in the Bay! Owner (10/5) - Nako pag may nakita kang palibot libot na sexy, alam mo na si ate yun. Jokes aside, ate actually is at her location all the time, mapafood truck pa or Brick and Mortar na. Very humble, and I cannot be more happy for her, she gets to take her shot at a permanent location now! tl;dr - Pumunta ka nalang, you wont regret it.

I think it's their soft opening, they don't have their logo outside the building. It's still a little chaotic. Comparing from Toto's Grill , their food wasn't as precooked . You have to take a long time making sure the skewers are cooked. The grills were dirty and the flames are low. Took so long to cook the 4 isaw I bought. Prices varied depending on what you have. Chicken isaw was $4.25 each . Vinegar and sweet sauce was good. They provide basting sauce for the BBq's which is good. Will definitely come back to try other things.

Pro's: -Great quality Mexican food…read more-Quick & friendly service -spicy salsa's -Huge burritos I actually ran into this taco truck randomly when I was leaving Eastridge mall & decided to give it a try. Their prices for food are very fair and reasonable compared to other places. I ordered the Carne Asada Supreme Burrito and that thing was HUGE. You can tell all of the ingredients were fresh and the taste did not disappoint one bit. I'm hoping I can try out the other items on the menu and see how the tacos and quesadillas are. In terms of location, it's not in the most visible area since it's in the empty parking lot across from Olive Garden. So you really need to be driving by close to see that there's a food truck nestled over there. I'm sure if this was in a high traffic space, more people would be coming here.
