We were lucky to get Pablo and "John". Not that it matters but they both spoke perfect English, Arabic, and Spanish. Pace was break neck. They didn't take a break and only stood around minimally after preparing a big item, waiting for their partner to help lift. Truck packing was super. We provided our own 16ft truck and the filled out safely to the roof, protecting the delicate things and maximizing space within. Above and beyond....They didn't start the clock until they looked at all the things they needed to pack. They even packed the truck with things that we were still putting into boxes as they worked. Pablo did the truck packing. John did a lot of the desk and furniture disassembly. Aside from showing up a little later than I anticipated, they are the hardest working fellas I've dealt with in all of Virginia. A+

I'm glad I did, because they were trying to tell me that it was between 12 and 2pm. I mentioned that this would not work because my new building has strict rules, and that they would have to be done by 5pm. The movers arrived the next day at 1pm. Upon arrival, they seemed professional and started to move my stuff out of my old apartment. Some of the movers did not speak English very well, so our communication was a little off, but things seemed to be working out. Even though the majority of my items were packed in boxes, one of the movers seemed to have a bit of an attitude if certain items were not packed properly (like my desktop and monitor). I have an IKEA entertainment center that they would not move because they would have to take it apart. I had to go back an get it at a later date. Its a good thing that I chose to move before the end of the month. After they finished getting the items that they would take, they followed me to my storage unit. They said that they would not be responsible for lamps, and made me put them in my car. They loaded up all of my furniture that I had in storage and proceeded to my new apartment. They put all of the items into my apartment and made the 5 pm deadline. If I had to do it all over again, I would have just used them to move all of my large items. I wish they would have explained thier lamp policy among other things when I made my reservation.

As the daughter of a Marine, I I consider this to be on the level of stolen valor; you're exploiting the veteran status when all you did was hire people off the street. - the management and customer service team won't return my emails or phone calls. Today I'll be calling the Spotsylvania County Better Business Bureau as well as the Fairfax County Better Business Bureau to figure out log a complaint. I also tried to reach out to NOVA to file a claim for the insurance coverage that comes with your moving expenses, and never received the information to place a claim. A company who doesn't take these situations seriously, is not a company you should trust. I am still waiting on a response, years later! This has not only been emotionally damaging, I have still not been able to replace/repair valuable furniture that was destroyed in this move. The owner was engaged on multiple occasions and chose to ignore the situation. The harassment I received during my move was Disgusting! As I checked, they had just updated their ad 40 minutes prior so it was very current. I called that evening on Mothers Day, they answered, I explained what I needed and they gave me a price. I booked an appointment for the next day. Next day, they confirmed, arrived, they were very professional, and got the job done in a short period of time. Highly recommend. They are also a moving company so they do moves AND removal of unwanted items.
