Super friendly staff -- always welcoming and attentive! I've been here multiple times and tried their buffet, which is really good. I also love their dosa. On my last visit, I had the biryani, methi chicken, lamb seekh kebab, and chili chicken --everything was delicious and full of flavor. Great place for Indian food with nice ambience, whether you're going for buffet or à la carte. Definitely recommend!

Wow! What an amazing first experience at this local establishment. Spectacular service, excellent flavor and timely delivery of food. The menu is diverse and accommodating of different dietary styles. When you order, all things are custom flavored and you can choose the spice rating from 1-5. I went with the lamb curry dish, spice level 2, and it was outstanding! The meat was perfectly tender without being chewy and the level of spice was spot on. It came with jasmine rice that was warm and fluffy. One of my favorite parts about the menu is that there is a section that essentially challenges you to consume a dish with the hottest chili peppers on the entire planet. If you opt for this, you do need to sign a waiver in order for it to be provided to you. There is also a designated area on the wall where you can be enshrined into their Hall of Fame if you've actually manage to finish this entire dish. When I visited, there were no people posted on the wall. Our party received exemplary service from our waiter Hims. I also was able to meet the owner named Ulzan who was polite and welcoming. Highly recommended if you're looking for legit Indian food in the Las Vegas area. They have three locations in the area. Come for the flavor and stay for the service. You won't be disappointed.

We tried the buffet at Mint Indian Bistro for the first time and had a really nice experience, especially for the price point. At $18.99, it felt like a great value for what you get. The buffet includes complimentary regular or garlic naan, and everything is self-serve. We arrived right at opening after running morning errands, so the food was extra fresh, which made a big difference. The staff were super nice and attentive, checking in often and making the experience feel very welcoming. Flavor-wise, we really enjoyed the classics like the chicken tikka masala, and there were these spicy fried chicken bites (we think it was Chicken 65) that were so good -- easily one of our favorite items on the buffet. To end the meal, we had rice pudding with a subtle mint flavor (very fitting!) and gulab jamun, which was the perfect finish. Overall, this was a solid buffet experience with great flavors, friendly service, and good value. We'll definitely be back the next time an Indian food craving hits.

This Indian restaurant has such a clean, welcoming space with a really nice vibe the moment you walk in. The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, which made the whole experience comfortable and relaxed. The naan tasted fresh and warm, soft inside with just the right chew. It paired perfectly with the curry. One thing to note: their spice levels are serious. Level 1 is already pretty spicy, so if you truly can't handle heat at all, you might want to start at level 0. Don't underestimate it. Overall, great service, clean environment, and flavorful food. I'd definitely come back--just adjusting the spice level next time.

We celebrated Valentine's Day at Mint Indian Bistro and began our meal with the Lamb Stir Fry with pieces of lamb sautéed with onion, ginger, garlic, and curry leaves. My hubby and I shared the Chicken Biryani made with basmati rice, the Butter Chicken with dark meat simmered in a rich, creamy tomato-butter sauce infused with Indian spices, and warm buttered naan. Our daughter ordered the Mango Chicken Tikka Masala, cooked in a flavorful onion and fennel seed base. We finished the evening with dessert--Gulab Jamun, soft milk doughnuts soaked in sweet syrup. All the dishes were full of flavor, spices and delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive.

Ambience is amazingly comfortable. Very welcoming, clean, and modern. Menu is abundant and everything was absolutely delicious. Be careful of your spice level if you want it hot, it will be hot! Even thought I got 5 out of 5 spice level, I was able to enjoy it thoroughly.

On a Friday evening, we came in without a reservation at around 6pm. The place was not busy at all. We were seated right away. The interior appeared clean and not as spacious. Naan | Soft, fluffy and chewy. ~ Garlic - Brushed with garlic and butter! We should've ordered more! ~ Onion and Cilantro - Not soft as the garlic variety since there bits and pieces of onions and cilantro in the dough, still good though. Could've used more cilantro. It's something different. Mango Chicken Tikka Masala | Sweet and savory with chunks of mango and boneless chicken. We dipped the naan with the remaining creamy sauce! Chicken Saag | A bit salty, the shredded and creamed spinach was good enough. It came with a generous amount of boneless chicken. Butter Chicken | The spices were not overpowering, sweet and savory. The taste resembled mango chicken tikka masala. The chunks of boneless chicken were bigger in this dish. Menu: A lot of vegetarian and vegan options as well. A variety of appetizers and bread options are available to begin with. The meats were soft and tender. Spice level can be adjusted. We chose mild to moderate, it was just right. Service: The host and server were nice and knowledgeable about the menu and each ingredient. There was one magnetic wireless charger on each table and under the table were USB ports. Parking: Plenty in the parking lot.

I am so glad they opened a location in Henderson! This is a much smaller place but very very good. The ambiance is great and the food is absolutely delicious just like the other Mint locations. Staff is efficient and friendly. I love the open kitchen decor.

Let's say this hit every tastebud! This Dosa was crispy and soft at the same time. Very delicious! Not too spicy which I appreciate, I was able to taste the food. Service was great and fast. The restaurant is very clean.

Great Indian buffet with lots of choices and a reasonable price point. Decent service (one day was great, but the next was less attentive).

It's super rare to find a vegetarian prix fixe menu for Restaurant Week and I loved the fact that they have a separate vegetarian meal option as well as one that has meat - so we really wanted to support! The food was absolutely incredible - and very different from a lot of the typical Indian fare in town. We sampled a lot of the Gujarati specialties we have never come across in any other restaurant before. We had an incredible feast of Khaman and Batata Vada for starters, Surti Undhiyu and Paneer Tikka Masala for mains served with basmati and garlic naan, and Sheera and Gulab Jamun for dessert. Wow. This family-owned restaurant that recently opened a few months ago happened to be close to our area. The interior appeared elegant, spacious, and neat. Khaman | The little cubes of steamed gram flour were slighty dry even with the syrup. The texture was not as melt-in-your-mouth as it was advertised. This just fell flat. Pani Puri | Eating pani puri was a whole experience. This is the top pani puri we've had compared to other similar establishments. The pastry was firm enough to hold the spiced chickepea/potato mix and mint water. Street Stype Bhel | Adding pomegranate seeds gave an extra texture. However, the puffed rice did not remain crispy throughout. The sweet, tangy and slightly spicy dressing provided a good flavor explosion. Pav Bhaji | We're unsure if the mild flavor of the mashed potato mix was intended because it was our first time experiencing it. Chicken Tikka Masala | The grilled chicken chunks were tender and juicy. The aromatics came through in this dish. The most enjoyable part was dipping the naan in this rich and creamy sauce. Stuffed Cheese Naan | Generous amount of cheese in this soft and fluffy bread. There were too many options to choose from, we were unable to make room for garlic and butter naan! LOL Laccha Paratha | It did not have the usual flaky layers, it was more flat. Menu: All of the dishes are made fresh in-house. Bread, curry, and rice were all available on the menu, along with vegetarian options. Parking: Plenty in the parking lot.

Now, because of the mixup I'm not sure if the heat/spice level was noted, and if it was, the 5 level didn't have much punch. It was good for unaccustomed taste buds. I have been fortunate to have experienced Indian food in other countries and it just is on another taste level. The papadum was good, snacking on it today, as was the naan. I would go to this place again and would recommend it for good butter chicken. I want to try the family curry that is on the menu. Love a good curry. The place was clean, the young lady was cleaning when I went in, did a mid-afternoon order and there were two others in the restaurant. It is a small area for dining and they offer a lunch buffet. The coconut curry was globby and sweet, the texture of custard and not velvety or smooth. The dish was like a hybrid of fish and coconut cream pie. Very bland. Sweet fish. No no no. My partners chicken tikka murgh was much better. The garlic naan was amazing. I noticed the prices went up quite a lot. 6 months ago when I first bookmarked this place, fish curry was $21.
