I've got a lowered Honda civic and I guess that due to how low the car is overtime my exhaust wore out and pretty much cracked. Called minute muffler for a time I can expect to be there so they can check it out. After I got there they were able to help me out and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They also informed me that my car was missing a bracket for my exhaust however I did let them know that I was planning to get an entire new exhaust which they informed me I could bring back for installation. I decided to call and was able to get an appointment setup to come in on the next day. Scott Jr. was able to install my exhaust system and really took his time to make sure that everything is installed properly. He honored the initial quoted price of the installation during my call, even after realizing he had to remove the rear bumper of my corvette, to actually install the system. Highly recommend! It is so rare these days to find good and honest businesses - these folks are awesome! I started hearing a loud rattling noise and when I called for their availability, they were able to see me same day. Turns out it was a loose heat shield that just needed a quick fix (new nuts and washers) and I was in and out in under 15 mins! He effortlessly retrofited a rare JDM Subaru WRX STI titanium axle back to fit a Foreseter (i.e., fabricate a custom muffler belt, install custom hangers, and install custom mid pipe extension). The only place I go to get my exhaust done. Have taken multiple cars and recommended a few friends to them since the first time I went here over ten years ago. Scott and his son are great people and they do fantastic work for a really reasonable price. I drove from San Jose to have my work done here based on my past experiences with them I won't go anywhere else. I have gone to other shops a few times and regretted not going here. When I went to other places the welds looked like crap and they overcharged me. Minute Muffler gives you quality ABOVE the price you pay and they are super fast. Scott fixed an exhaust leak on my blue box (Scion XB Release Series) that had me as annoyed as a rabid dog each time I drove it, and he also installed a used resonator because mine sounded like an angry rattlesnake. Now my box looks sweet and sounds sweet too. He even spotted a weld on my exhaust that was of poor workmanship from a previous shop and touched that up.
