Easy 5 Stars. I had my catalytic converters and oxygen sensor stolen off of my car. I called in the morning and received a quote within 20 minutes. I dropped off my car not long after and was given a timeframe of a few days to pick up my car (I had no appointment and they are closed on the weekend) Not even half the day goes by and I get a call. My car was ready for pick up as they were able to squeeze me into their schedule for that day! During the red flag warning, 10/12/21, a large piece of wallboard with metal on it blew over Hwy 80. I had to drive over it as I was boxed in on both sides. The metal put a large hole in my muffler and loosened the bands on the catalytic converter. Minute Muffler let us drop in, repaired the hole, and tightened the catalytic converter for a very reasonable price. Weird metal bar falls off from car while parking into garage. After researching what this part could be (and talking to my mechanic and body shop guys) it turns out to be an after market catback exhaust part that just sheared off. Went to Minute Muffler because of Yelp reviews, couldn't get thru on phone line so I took car there at 4PM to see if I could schedule a time to get into shop, i know it's nearing the closing hour (5PM) so I didn't expect to get in. Was informed that they could get me in after a few cars move off to make room for my car, and in 10 maybe 15 min, the metal bar was welded back on, other support brackets were additionally welded, and it was done. I was handed my keys, I asked about paperwork to fill out or amount to pay, and was informed it's nothing. Yeah, he replied "nothing." This is why it's important to support local independent businesses, I doubt any chain automotive store would do this, but if they do, you're lucky. This act of kindness and service has won me over and if I have any exhaust issues or decide to change exhaust systems I'd definitely use them again. read more

Unlike other shops who can only take "complete" repair, they can help on even unprofitable fix such as removing stuck o2 sensors that made me to pass over due smog tests. This place was definitely worth the extra effort to move our truck here for the pipes, hangers, and mufflers put on. The price was great for all the work the owner did on our 64 Chevy C10. I brought my Toyota in to fix an exhaust leak at the catalytic converter. I called and they quoted me $60 for rewelding both sides. When I brought my vehicle in (4:00pm) they jumped on it immediately and found that Meineke, Tracy (the original installers) did a real lousy job. He had to remove converter, cut off old weld job install some new piping and weld it back in place. Then also rewelded the converter on the passenger side as well. More work than what was discussed but still only charged me the agreed price of $60. I ended up buying them pizza the next day and a 12pack of beer for my appreciation of an honest job well done. Highly recommend if you have any kind of exhaust work needed. read more

After 5 years of owning their work, the welds holding the muffler delete pipes broke from rust and just regular heat cycling. I took my Subaru BRZ in because the muffler was making a rattling sound around 2k RPM. I noticed that the muffler had begun separating on one side and Scott Jr helped me patch it up. Unfortunately that didn't fix the rattling and I scheduled an appointment for the following week to replace the muffler. Fast forward a week, Scott Sr is working on my car. He found that the perforated core had come loose so he welded it back up and reinstalled the muffler. While he was working on the exhaust, he also reinforced the second muffler. All of this work was completed within a half hour and for an extremely fair price. Minute Muffler will definitely get my business again and I recommend them for all your exhaust needs. read more

My car's catalytic converter was stolen and I picked Minute Muffler and spoke to Scott (owner) and he was very helpful and did a great job. I'm writing this review several months after when I had my brake rotors replaced since I had the chance to see the underneath of my car and saw that they had welded a rebar along the exhaust and converter to make it harder for the catalytic converter to be stolen.
