The whole interaction left such a bad taste in my mouth that I didn't even want to reschedule afterward. It felt really misleading and just poor customer service. I was also told that Tara's specific cancellation policy would be added to the website, but it still hasn't been. Posting this so others are aware, because there's no reasonable way to know cancellation policies vary by stylist if that information isn't clearly disclosed upfront.
