    Harry's berries strawberry cake
    Hali Y.

Lovely cafe with light lunch options, pastries and cakes. Street parking on Sunday is free and a few outdoor seating. The peanut butter latte is divine if you love all things peanut butter. It adds just a touch of saltiness and nuttiness to a regular latte and is not sweet at all. We also got the Harry's berries strawberry cake. Best strawberries and the cake itself is quite dense but also very smooth, feels luxurious. Will be back!

Apple pie and do also notice the basque cheesecake behind it. I bet that is good.

I might describe this place as a more practical cafe... not much ambiance but has small tables and one sofa area. We ordered flat white with oat milk. They are 10 oz and served in paper cups. So no "here" coffee mugs. Yet we came here to sit for a bit. So more of a take away feel. The coffee was not my favorite but it could be my tastebuds ... it just had a slight edge to it at the end of each sip. I think it is an after taste that I don't like... Service was quick! And while we could not enjoy the pastries, they looked delicious. Check out the whole apple pie! Whoa.

Updating the review with a picture :) delicious drinks and tiramisu! The owner and staff are friendly too. And the cafe is cute and small -- but not in a cramped way!! The interior design is very clean, fancy, and cozy. Would definitely return again!

Still as amazing as ever. Got a crème brûlée donut, and this French pastry with pistachio cream in it (Pistachio Paris-Brest). So good. Again, everyone working there is so nice, and the food came out very fast. The peanut latte still rocked. Probably one of my favorite cafes in MoCo if not my overall favorite now. The atmosphere is chill inside.

Orange cardamom madeleine -- YUM. Coming back for everything else soon :)

This was SO good! Seriously the best madeleine of my life -- the citrus and cardamom notes in madeleine were both perfect and overall not too sweet, which is highest praise I can give for a treat :) The espresso is excellent too -- strong but not bitter. The folks behind the counter were so nice and overall place is cozy, cute and spacious at same time. Can't wait to come back, just wish I were closer!

What a cute little cafe! Located by a metro stop & apartment complex, this cafe offers caffeine, sandwiches, sweet treat & tons of pastries! There's limited seating inside and parking is paid and on the street (a dollar for 30mins). My favorite thing to get here is the ham and cheese croissant and the chocolate croissant. The service is fast and the baristas are friendly. I recently tried the shortcake and it was sweet & delicious! The prices are a bit steep but it's fun to treat yourself!

Lovely coffee shop a little off the beaten path in Rockville. Solid selection of coffees and a great selection of absolutely delicious pastries. Service was friendly and quick! Worth stopping by. Parking on street and a garage right across the street.

Loved the decor of Mirabeau! I ordered a cappuccino and a slice of their quiche. It had mushrooms and spinach (and lots of cream/cheese)! It was incredibly rich and delicious. My cappuccino was also fantastic. A bit pricey, but worth it for a weekend treat.

12.13.24 I looked at previous reviews and photos and had this bakery on my list to try for some time. I specifically wanted to try their almond croissant. Unfortunately, coming at 3 PM one hour before they close was a mistake. I was disappointed that their inventory was very limited. I only had a few desserts to choose from. I decided to go with the tiramisu. It was very good. They have limited indoor and patio seating. They also have street parking and a parking garage across the street. If you park in the garage, there is a phone number to dial to have the gate open. The first two hours are free. I enjoyed my tiramisu, however, I wouldn't return given that it's not too accessible to where I work. I would be more inclined to return if they had an extensive menu and greater quantities in stock so that I could try a variety of desserts.

I can't believe I hadn't heard of this café before!! it's truly a hidden gem. I was told the peanut butter latte here was delicious, and since I've been on the hunt for a good one in the DMV area, I had to check it out. The café was peaceful and quiet on a Saturday morning, with the comforting smell of freshly baked goods filling the air. I loved the seating options, especially the cozy window spots and outdoor tables. We ordered the peanut butter latte, a ham and cheese scone, and a fig cake. They offer to warm up the pastries. The fig cake was recommended by one of the staff members, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The peanut butter latte was smooth and not overly rich or heavy. I did enjoy the latte, but I would probably try a different drink next time. Prices were reasonable, and the service was warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back to try more of their desserts.

Matcha latte, iced coffee, crème brûlée donut, ham and cheese croissant, bacon and chive scone

A cute, hidden gem! I didn't realize this was right in Rockville, near Twinbrook station. A quaint cafe, there are a few tables, and a couch sitting area. The display had baked goods, signage for sandwiches, and a chalkboard with coffee and drinks. The matcha latte was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved the ham and cheese croissant! I would love to go back and try one of their sandwiches.

Original little coffee spot with bespoke pastry offering. Quiet, Quaint, Hip, Friendly service. Worth a stop if you're passing through.

Just stopped into this cute little cafe to get some coffee. Small little shop with pastries and sandwiches. I didn't get any food items but they look really good! I'll have to come by another time to try. The pumpkin spice latte is really good! Very flavorful and perfectly sweetened. The service is really fast we didn't have to wait too long to get our order. There's street parking but there is metro parking nearby if you come on a weekend.

I also want to try their Virginia location since that recently opened as well. I'm also still waiting on their rainbow/chantilly filled croissant because it had to be the best pastry I've ever eaten. The Blackberry Pistachio Croissant was flaky and full of a sweet-tart house made blackberry compote and rich pistachio frangipane. For the hot tea, I got Island Mango just on the description - sweet bits of mango, pineapple, orange, safflower & hibiscus. It was served as decaf. Once I let it cool, it had a citrus taste, but not sweet. I am still glad to have tried it and did not have to wait long for the order. Within a block of leaving the business, while holding the hot cup with one hand (the sleeve only helped a little), some of the hot tea spilled on me suddenly (I now have a burned scar on my knuckle). I don't know if the cover was on right, or if my movements made the top come off. I couldn't blame anyone. I did go back and had them replace the top since the other fell on the ground outside. When they say "hot" tea, they are not lying. Moving forward, no more hot drinks for me.

When we visited the first time it was very busy - on a Wednesday afternoon. No one is working and everyone is out drinking coffee? LOL! All the pastries are in the middle cases, mostly sweet ones on one side and savoy on the other. The price was very reasonable, unless you get the few selective croissants with special ingredients, such as the pistachio one we tried. The highlight is the latte. These days when you go to a cafe they give you a paper cup regardless if you are dining in with no latte art. We got the cute cup with lovely art. This along deserves 4.5 stars. The pastry were just OK if you ask me. You are able to heat it up yourself with the little toaster by the counter, but you feel rushed as there are others standing around waiting to heat up theirs, or want to get water which is right next to the toaster. overall it was a cute little place, I think it was owned by Korean as it give me a very korean cafe vibe.. LOL. If we ever go back to Maryland and stay near by we would re-visit.

Some seatings were comfy (the ones in the back) and the others was a bit hard. Most of the pastries are in the middle with sweet ones on one side and savoys on the other. The price was really reasonable. I saw so many savoy ones I would love to try if I ever visit at BF time. I saw they have Cronut (Croissant and Donut in one). I had had Cronut in Vegas (at the Paris Hotel), but the ones here looked a little different so I wanted to try. Mistake. It was extremely greasy. The oil soaked through the paper plate and I had to squeeze the pieces I cut with napkins to get as much oil out as possible. I would give it a 2 star, it would have been good if not so oily. The egg tarts on the other hand deserved a 5 star. Love it. The latte tasted fine, but it took them a while to make it (almost 10 mins) and served in the normal paper cup, I was hoping for a nice latte art since it took so long. The tofu steam bun -- easily my favorite lunch item in the area -- really didn't work. The interior of the restaurant seemed like a good meeting/date spot. Although they had Wifi, I wouldn't call this a great place to come and study or get work done, although I saw people doing that. I've had the Vietnamese coffee twice, the first time was great, the second time was just okay. Food items are very unique, so much so I didn't like some of them but I still enjoyed the experience. Try something that sounds weird, it's half the fun of coming in here. CONS * Allergies - it wasn't clear what all everything was made with so if you're trying to avoid gluten or peanuts or eggs, I didn't see much on ingredients. I know for some people that's a red flag. * The tea. We just thought it was above average but not amazing. I mean its right in the name, come on. * Collecting items - you gotta look for the little trays and the salad tongs. That's what you use to grab stuff out of the cases. I know for most people that was super obvious but it wasn't for me. * Summertime note: during the hotter months I've noticed they seem to have some issues with keeping things cool.
