The server loaded up our grill with brisket and would leave and come back to flip things or turn things although we were pretty capable of doing it ourselves. They very nicely cut our ribeye into bite-sized pieces with the kitchen shears and also snipped up the short rib. The meat was delicious and the banchan and rice soon filled us up. We used the green leafy lettuce to make ssambap. I also liked the sauce with the sesame oil and salt. The bulgogi was last and we had to dig deep to finish it. What I liked was that nothing stuck to the grill and nothing burned either. I've had kbbq before at other places where it was too hot and the meat was burned. Everything was cooked perfectly.
