This company gets zero stars, zero. I posted a request on Yelp for a Sunday, move out clean, explaining the home would be completely empty, cleaning needed to be done on a Sunday, etc. After several other companies contacted, I decided to go with this one - BIG MISTAKE! First I get an email asking to confirm my appointment then one refunding my 'deposit'. I get to the home at the time agreed and they're no one there. When I call, Lilian tells me they left messages on Yelp (they absolutely did not) and had no way of contacting me (they had my cell number) to let me know they couldn't make it. I'm leaving out of town today, but now I have to somehow squeeze cleaning a 3 bd house into my schedule. Do not use this company. read more

I should have read all the reviews - do not hire or trust this company. I messaged them days ago and they confirmed by appointment for today yesterday. They sent an invoice and I paid the $1 deposit. I got another confirmation this morning for the 11am appointment. At 11:15 I called the company because no one had showed up, and the owner said she would look into it. She called back and said she was not able to reach the crew. I took the day off to stay home for the cleaning so the fact that no one contacted me prior and cancelled ended up costing me more than the service. Super unprofessional & would not recommend. read more

Spoke to them over the phone to make sure there were no hidden fees and arrival time etc. Everything went smooth and cleaner followed all covid protocol. They take pride in their work and charged only when I confirmed everything was per my satisfaction. Took me a few days yo get this review out because I wasn't in town during the cleaning; however, they were amazing! I went out on vacation and my dog got sick before he was taken out to the yard so needless to say I thought the carpet was gone. I sent a few messages to some maid services but Miracle Maids were the 1st to contact me and it was smooth sailing. I talked with them told them exactly what I wanted and they gave me a really good price, which was about 1/3 of what some of the other people were charging! They were even able to get out there that very same day. They kept me in contact throughout to make sure I was in the loop of when they were arriving and they went above and beyond. When I had requested them I had just asked for 1 room to be done but they informed me that for that same price they would clean the restroom, kitchen and dining area as well. All in all I will definitely be using this service again in the future. read more

i rarely would ever use a maid service but was in desperate need of a deep clean. they were quick to respond and answer my question and surprisingly got me scheduled for a same day service which is rare i hear unfortunately the crew got into a small fender bender (everyone is safe) on the way to my home so appointment was scheduled for the following morning they sent not 2 but 3 cleaners to my home and got my home sparkling clean. they cleaned my window sills baseboards and even my cupboards t huh yes cleaned the kitchen the bathroom and vacuumed damn good job done in under 2 hrs read more

This company had potential, but fell through the cracks on communication. It wasn't clear that they required a "2 hour window". I was told various times and clearly there wasn't communication between their own staff. They ended up making me wait the two hours and then 3 cleaners got the job done in an hour, leaving some mess on the floor. They didn't do much in means of customer satisfaction after the headache. I requested a quote on Yelp for move out clean. This company was the only company that gave me a flat price quote (of $179.99.) So I signed up & scheduled for Friday 2pm-4pm. I told them that it has to be done on that day because the escrow was closing on Friday and I was supposed to hand over the keys to the new owner of the house. No one showed up at 2pm. I waited and waited and finally called them at 3:30pm. Lillian said the cleaning crew had a car problem in the morning and asked me if I still wanted the service. I said, "Of course I need the service today! What are you talking about? I made it clear from the very beginning that it has to be done today. Why didn't you call me when I still had time to find someone else?" She said she was going to have another crew come & do the job. So I hung up the phone & waited. An hour passed and no one called or showed up. So I called again. She said another crew is coming from Monrovia (the house was in Torrance) and is stuck in traffic. In the next 4 hours, we were on the phone several times, but it was always me calling her. She never called me. The cleaning crew finally arrived at 8pm. And then, she had the guts to charge me $199.99, adding $20 for refrigerator when in the beginning, I was told a flat fee of $179.99. The new owner of the house was satisfied with the work the late arrival crew did, but I'm giving this company 1 star because I'm not happy that Lillian did not contact me when I still had time to find another company and never initiating the calls when I was worried sick not knowing if the cleaning would be done on that day. You may still want to use the company but not unless you're flexible with the scheduling. It was a hell trying to communicate with them & get the work done. read more

This is not a company you want to do business with. On 4/10, I contacted them through Yelp looking to book their cleaning services for 4/15. They asked for my email address, saying that was their preferred way to communicate. After I did that, I got an email asking for my credit card number. I answered saying I was not comfortable doing that given that they had done no work and If that was what they required, I understood if they no longer wanted to do the job. Later I got an email from Angel Martinez saying "Yes, we confirm your appointment". I emailed them the day before once again confirming they were coming. The morning of the appointment I got a text asking me to confirm the appointment. Unfortunately, I was driving and didn't see the text until about :45 before they were supposed to arrive. I answered but they never showed up. I called and was told I had never confirmed the appointment. I was also told they "were human, not machines and were doing the best they could". They offered to come the next morning at 6AM. I declined. read more

I scheduled to have this company come and do a move-in cleaning. I scheduled it almost a week in advance for a 3pm arrival. I confirmed multiple times with Maria that they would be able to do that time and she guaranteed that would be fine and they would even wait an hour if necessary. They made me put a card on file by charging me a dollar (that's fine, I don't mind that), and sent me multiple emails saying my apt time. Fast forward to the day before my apt in which I received a late night confirmation for our next day apt - for 11am!!!! What?!? I call, text and email them probably a dozen times and HOURS go by before I finally speak to someone who tries to tell me they have someone available right now (11:30am) - I try to explain multiple times that no ones is available until 3 which is why I choose that time. They had no one available and I had to cancel my cleaning - a whole day wasted unable to move into our new house before they wouldn't honor their apt. As a business you can NOT change people's apt times without calling them and confirming they are ok with the change. I was very frustrated by them doing this and the fact it took 5-7 hrs to actually talk to someone in regards to this. Would not recommend. They did give me my dollar back. read more

This service is non communicative and disappointing. Obviously there are other reviews that point out to their poor communication. I've clearly set up this cleaning answering their questions - 4 bedroom 3600 sq feet. they quoted a price only to schedule the next service at a higher price with out advising me why. When i called and emailed MULTIPLE times, they did not respond to me. after several emails - Lily finally responded to me stating which time would be good to call - I immediately responded to this group to saying "I'm available now..." I did not hear from either Lily nor Angel. Finally i called today trying to get some explanation and I spoke with Lily. She explained that to them an office is like a bedroom - I noted that it is an open office and you didn't ask for that BUT i disclosed the entire size of the house at 3,600 square feet - so i'm not understanding. After some back and forth - i simply asked Lily to please cancel my appointment because I need to work with a group I can communicate with and that I will be putting a review. Lily's response was "I will do a bad review on your too!!!" To have a customer service business you need to communicate - bottom line. read more

I had Miracle Maids come out to clean a beach house, which is 5 bed and 5 bath house. Initially, they were professional and responsive in booking the cleaning. I was quoted $270 based on the size of the house. I advised them that a bedroom was being painted and did not need to be cleaned (they did not adjust the price FYI). I left after providing access to the house. When I returned to the beach house, I discovered that they had not cleaned the master bedroom or the master bathroom or made the bed. When I contacted them about it, they offered to come back to address the issue but gave me very inconvenient times (and I am not there most of the time because it's a vacation house). I also was contacted by different people who did not seem to be aware of my issue on several occasions. After one person responded via Yelp indicating that they had completed the job and that the only thing left to do was to clean he fridge (which I never requested), I decided I was over it and would just clean the room myself. I called Miracle Maids on a Friday afternoon desperately seeking a cleaning crew to come in on the weekend because we had a plumbing disaster and needed a good deep cleaning once it was fixed. Lilian got back to me right away, assessed my needs and gave me a quote quickly. Not only did she have a crew available the next day, but her quote by far was the cheapest of any I had received. She had a crew in mind for the job right from the start who she said was super detail oriented and wouldn't disappoint. Rudolfo's team arrived on time, wearing masks and gloves. They were very professional and got to work right away. After finishing the bedroom and bathroom they asked me to come check their work to see if I wanted them to do anything else. When I saw what they had done, my jaw hit the floor! I hadn't seen my place look that clean since I moved in. The bathroom was sparkling! My bedroom carpet had been vacuumed so well it looked like she had shampooed it, I even asked them if she did! The rest of the house was the same. My floors were so clean you could have eaten off them, which is saying a lot because I have 2 cats and there is cat hair everywhere usually. I texted Lilian even before the crew had finished to set up my next cleaning. If you need a super clean house and a VERY reasonable price contact them. You'll be glad you did!! read more
