I fell asleep after the extractions I believe. Oura ring says I slept for 1 hour 15 min. The duration of treatment was from 1:35-3:20 about an hour and 40 min after changing. Her massage techniques were phenomenal. One of a kind. My skin is super sensitive and during facial as she was understanding what my skin habits are, she gave me education not to exfoliate daily as I normally do. My skin was glowing and I was presentable after. I felt refreshed! After service, she provided a little bag of juice and snack with samples of the sunblock she used and an oil. Very nice gesture! Kara was nice and skilled at what she does. She was thorough and provided me with a fantastic facial. This is definitely the first time in a long time, that my face got this much dancing fingers attention. I am pretty sure I twilighted into a little snooze somewhere in my 2+ hour facial. My face felt very smooth and plump after my treatment. She even applied sunscreen before I headed out which I am thankful for. Things that could be improved: 1) Please be courteous and avoid double booking clients. I specifically asked for Linda due to all the raving reviews. I was lucky that Kara was also very good but it did not start on a positive note. 2) Explaining what is going to happen before it happens. She did not dismiss it entirely but there were a lot of quiet, gapey moments where my mind would wonder what is going on. There is nothing worse than having your eyes covered with a tiny wet cloth while all sorts of sounds of devices are occurring in your surroundings. After I paid, Linda also provided me with a discount card for my future visit which was also nice. Even though I was moved by the package deals, I am not entirely sure I am a routine facial type of gal. I expressed my concerns at that time, but they seemed brushed off. When I scheduled my most recent appointment about three weeks ago, I was very clear with Savannah on the phone that I only wanted Dysport, as it has consistently worked best for me. She said she would note this in my chart. On the day of the appointment, Savannah took my before photos, and I again asked her to confirm that I was receiving Dysport. She told me yes and said she would confirm with Lori. Lori then came in and performed the treatment. I left believing I had received Dysport. Three weeks later, after being unhappy with the results once again, I called the office to ask exactly what product had been used. That's when I was told it was Letybo, not Dysport. I am extremely disappointed. I was clear about my concerns, clear about my request, and clear about what I consented to. Yet I was given a product I explicitly asked not to receive. Even more troubling, it was presented in a way that led me to believe I was getting Dysport, which felt misleading and dismissive of my concerns. After three years of trust, this experience felt unprofessional and careless--especially in a medical aesthetics setting where transparency and patient consent are essential. I expected to be listened to and respected as a long-term patient, and unfortunately, that did not happen here.
