I moved from Texas to California and decided to settle with Alivia after all the help I received from Zara and Natalie. They were superb in showing us all the rooms and flexible with the move in. A highlight to Alivia is their superb communication: from attentive leasing office and utilization of the Updater app. These apartments are top quality with alot of thought put into the design and layout. Places at similar price range like Miro doesn't quite hit the mark because it lacks thoughtful design, sunlight, and space around the apartment. Some features that I personally enjoy are the honeywell smart ac system which I can control with an app, plenty of windows for the view and breeze, and the space under the island cabinet. The only downside is that I still haven't figured out how to let people in without having them call me from the front box and the water pressure is low on the 3rd floor. If you're looking for a quiet, gated, and bang for the buck apartment, I would recommend this location. It would be a really good step if Alivia can help create a roommate matching group b/c it would make this place way more affordable. read more

The apartment itself is not bad but it is very loud whenever you open the windows. It is right next to a major road so whenever you open the window, the sound of cars driving past is really loud and the air won't be fresh. Also there is a lot of fireworks going off every other night which is loud. Also there are always ambulances and police cars driving around every other night, which is loud and makes me think the area is not safe. No elevators which means if you live on the second or third floor, you have to carry all your groceries up the stairs. They have a common gym but it doesn't have any useful strength training machines except for some weights. Also the cars tend to speed on the way in/out, which makes it dangerous. The Amazon Locker is next to the leasing office which is annoying because you have to walk all the way over each time you get a package. It's also kind of weird how the gate is always open every day until the evening, defeats the purpose of a "gated" community because anyone could get in. Maybe this place is good for short term living, but don't recommend for long term. read more

I've been a happy tenant since 2022. Alivia Apartments has been an amazing place to live at for my daughter and I. We really enjoy the amenities this place offers; a state of the art gym , a cute modern clubhouse, an outdoor patio, and pool/jacuzzi with cabanas. Truly feels like living in a mini resort. Nancy, the Alivia Apartments manager has always been on top of every request I've had. She's very friendly and respectful and super responsive, and a pleasure to have as a manager. I've been living here for a little over a year, and honestly, I can't wait to move out. The biggest issue by far is the excessive noise from neighbors that management does nothing about. While the walls here are actually well-insulated, the noise from some neighbors is so loud it feels like it's coming through the walls. The disturbances are especially unbearable at night, sometimes going on until 1-2 AM, and in the early morning hours. It's nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. I've reached out to the leasing office multiple times about the noise, but it's like talking to a brick wall. Their response is always the same: "It's normal apartment living," with no effort made to address the issue or find a solution. I'm completely at the mercy of my neighbors' schedules, and it's incredibly frustrating to never be able to rest in my own home. Parking is another nightmare. Guest parking is extremely limited, and it's often occupied by residents who park there. As a result, guests have nowhere to park and sometimes will just park in assigned spots. I spent over a year communicating with the office to resolve this, and it took that long for them to even send the proper paperwork regarding assigned spots, leaving me unable to call a tow truck when necessary. While many of the residents here are kind and friendly, the few disruptive ones make the experience far less enjoyable. The grounds staff are wonderful and do their best, but unfortunately, the office staff are a completely different story. They're rude, hard to get ahold of, and generally unhelpful. One other thing to note--beware of any review written in October 2024. The complex was offering a cash reward raffle to residents who submitted 5-star reviews, so I would question the authenticity of some of those ratings. This is actually my second time writing this review, as the first one was mysteriously deleted. Overall, while this place has potential, the lack of noise control, parking management, and unresponsive office staff make it not worth the hassle and definitely not worth the 3k a month price. read more

HONEST REVIEW about this place We had such a bad experience with these apartments at first it was nice because we were the first ones living there once people started to move in it just went down hill. NO ONE was picking up after themselves or their dogs. The dog park was full of poop and we didn't even bother to go anymore. I saw the maintenance people cleaning up at that and I don't think it was right how they had to pick up poop when there's a cleaning station for your dog. When we got our PARKING ASSIGNED it was super far and it didn't make sense why we had to walk all across other buildings and still walk to the 3rd floor so we kept asking them to assign us parking next to our building when there was so much parking spaces before more people moved in and they told us they couldn't because it was already assigned and it didn't make any sense because we were the few first ones so how was there even people already assigned? We were the only ones walking far to our cars Our PARKING KEPT GETTING TAKEN so why were we even paying additional parking for? We kept complaining and they couldn't do nothing about it. That we had to call towing on our own but we don't want to get into problems with the others and when we called the tow they wouldn't even come because they said they kept towing the wrong cars the persons actual car that belonged there by other callers. Also the WASTE MANAGEMENT wouldn't come by to take our trash anymore because people left a mess and didn't want to put the trash in the second one or smash the boxes. There was so much NOISE and party's super late I felt so bad so the people that lived next to the pool because they kept having loud music staying after hours and DJs We noticed there was a lot of POLICE ACTIVITY inside the complex We weren't happy and didn't feel safe anymore such a bad first time moving out experience with my partner. read more

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 7 months and we love it. I see some reviews that are bad and I can say we haven't experienced any loud neighbors, dogs, people yelling, or being disruptive. This is our first apartment. We live in what our neighbors have told us is the quite side of the apartments as well as our building is quite and everyone minds themselves. We live on the third floor and while the stairs are killer, we love not having to worry about people above us. We haven't heard anyone next to us, only the doors slamming occasionally. Parking was a worry in the beginning with two cars and one spot but we were lucky enough to get another spot. The gym is a nice bonus as well as the pool. Other tenants do park in people's spot sometimes but we've only experienced it once. We can't say anything bad about living here. The staff is amazing, we love the maintenance guy lol. No complaints. I can say we've had a great time living here so far. read more

Came by today on Sunday 2/18/24, online office hours say 10-5. We called all day no one answered. We drove an hour to get here and no one is available. They removed the leasing hours "slot" from the bracket. I'm guessing because the manager decided to just close down? Idk. Very unprofessional. Will be reaching out to the GM for the property. In my opinion, I believe truly they should hire a new manager. This business is missing new resident opportunities for an office not being open when stated it is. read more

Personally, I and my wife loved the professionalism in which the manager treated us and she was very friendly by the way, we like more than anything the attention they give us and the cleanliness of course, I would really recommend to my friends and family Let them come to visit and get to know you and I am sure you will love it. My first apartment experience was terrible so we moved in our new place looking forward to the month to month deal after our 12 month lease was up. But here's the shady part my signed lease stated month to month after our lease was up but in that time right before the first persons lease was up ( because the apartment only opened last year ) the management mysteriously sells the company and then we get an email from the new management "stating we will honor any and all lease and contracts from the former management signed Alicia townhomes ( formerly Alicia apartments) " so we were like okay same old same old but then I start seeing all these people moving out and thinking why? I gave it no thought and then my lease came up and I went in to ask and I was told we're not doing month to month I said I'll get a lawyer which I'm in discussions with and so basically they got a whole bunch of Families to move in with the idea that they'd have a home after paying there years lease but once again they found a way to make our lives harder thanks Alivia townhomes have a good day and to the future residents just know that things like that happen here in my opinion that's way worse then a lot of the stuff I've read about other apartments they have regular stuff like yelling neighbors or smoke smell or you know but here they'll play with your money and set you and your family back BEWARE read more

My name is Nishan and I just want to say that the leasing office staff (Natalie) is very helpful and nice. We visited the apartment and got a tour and did the application and got approved in days!! The whole process was easy and felt non pressured. The apartment itself is beautiful , features a pool, dog park, lounge equipped with a pool table, outdoor bbq all new! We were all set to move in but ended up not needing to move after all. My boyfriend and I have decided to leave this apartment due to poor management. When we initially moved in 16 months ago they were under Fairfield Management, they were great. Unfortunately, they sold the community to a new company called NextGen management. Ever since that transition the community has gone down hill BADLY. First off, many residents don't pick up after their dogs. We have complained multiple times asking the leasing office to hold these people accountable and nothing has changed. There's dog poop at the dog park, around the community and even down the halls in our apartment building. It's disgusting. Secondly, the pool is open to the public. As a resident that pays almost $3,000 for a one bedroom, I can't even enjoy a day at the downstairs pool because it is always packed with unsupervised children and teenagers. On top of that, there's partying at the pool that goes on well after the pool has closed for the day. I've seen people down there at 12am drinking in the hot tub causing commotion. Lastly, we had given the office our 30 day notice with a move out date of 8/15/2023 which is the end of our lease. Now, they are charging us the full month of August instead of prorating our rent. This makes absolutely no sense. If my lease ends on 8/15 I should not be forced to pay until 8/31 when I will not even be living there. As nice as the community may seem, don't let it fool you. The leasing office is a mother and daughter who lack any sort of accountability, communication and management. read more

Honestly we thought these apartments were going to be so nice and everything we would of hoped for but we were very wrong. I gave a nice review at first but then everything started going down hill from there. First off the area that these apartments are in is such a gang infested area for the price they charge. This is pretty much the ghetto to be honest. The only reason we concerned it was because it's gated. A lot of issues since we have lived her and the main one has been people partying till sunrise in these units and nothing is done about it. You will also hear people fighting at night and getting into fights while drunk in these units. There have even been people yelling saying they can do whatever they want and they would harm anyone if something was said to them. The noise echoes through the whole units and you will not get any sleep here. This is not a place to bring children because they will not get rest and you yourself will get annoyed just living here because of all the noise at night. You call security and nothing really gets done the neighbors continue to play music and scream and are in the pool till 3am. Many complaints have been made to leasing office but nothing gets done because they would rather keep getting paid then letting some of these residents go. They will not care about you as a tenant. The leasing staff are great people but the way things are run are terrible for what they are trying to charge for rent because it's like living in the ghetto except in my experience people have respect after a certain time and you would be paying less rent. Also there is very limited parking for guests only like 10 spots so makes it hard when people come visit. The other thing is that they allow dogs but if you are stuck in the middle unit or with any one above you then you will not get rest either because we hear barking all night, morning and during the day. The walls are pretty thin to so you will hear dogs running all the time. People have also allowed there dogs to pee in the halls near people's doors and even there dogs have cleaned there paws on people's door mats. The only thing they do when you have a complaint is send emails out but no one listens or abides to any rules in the contract. These units are not for families. Please do yourself a favor and look for a unit that is less in rent and in a decent area because people will actually respect the quiet hours and you will avoid having so many restless nights and be happy. We are so unhappy here and when we complained they offered us to transfer into another unit on another side of the apartments but wanted to charge us $200-$300 more in rent and wanted us to give another deposit. The units are also not built properly either you can see the floor at the bottom of the walls separating. People also have the tendency of parking in your spot and people are constantly having to call the towing company to get the car towed so they can park in there spot. read more
