Once the order was placed into the bag, the employee threw the bag toward me across the counter. When I asked for the condiments that were supposed to be included with my order, I was told to go to the back of the restaurant and get them myself. I then asked why I was instructed to pull to the side door if staff had no intention of bringing the food out. I was told they were waiting for food to cook. However, it was clear that my order had not been monitored or prepared at all during the 30 minutes I waited outside, and no action was taken until I entered the restaurant myself. Throughout the interaction, the staff was unapologetic and acted as though my concern about food I had already paid for was an inconvenience to them. It is important to note that my order was not large or complex. I ordered only two meals: * One three-piece wings combo * One three-piece tenders combo Given the small size of the order, the excessive wait time, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior are especially concerning. Furthermore, the fries were cold and the biscuits were hard. Considering the wait time, I should've been given fresh fries and biscuits. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had!
