The service was great and I do commend them for their support for our troops. But the meal was very average, my husband got a meat combo with pulled pork, brisket and a sausage. However they got the order wrong and gave him pulled chicken instead of pulled pork, it wasn't a big deal. That would be our only complaint in terms of service. I got the brisket myself as well, all of these were a resounding meh. Not entirely flavorless but severely lacking, the sauces help, but they can't hide the lack of flavor from the meat itself. If you get your brisket moist, it means that it will be drenched in fat. Almost to the point that it becomes unappealing. The Mac and cheese and corn bread are pretty good, the baked beans don't disappoint either. My husband likes this restaurant, I'd say it's ok depending on your taste. read more

Good morning, Been from the restaurant industry running the French Pavillon in Epcot at World Disney World Orlando as a manager for over 20 years. I would say i know the restaurant world pretty good. Let me tell you about this amazing service and food we add yesterday.... I never or rearly wright reviews. My dad visiting from France love American BBQ... on or way to the mall we stop for quick lunch. First they make us feel like home the kitchen manager Josh took extra time to explain everything to my dad, I just add to stranslate :) Food was incredible..... and good value. after seat down and starting or meal a smilling energetic woman came to talk to dad and my selk to check if eveything was find. Miss Kerri took the time and spoil us with few extra side, and took also extra time to spoil us. If i was running my restaurant i would employed Kerri in a hard beat. Five Start employee. First time hubby and I tried mission bbq since we were next door at Home Depot and we were hungry and too lazy to cook. The cashier was the most sweetest and nicest person we have met since our move to Florida! Our food was ready by the time I got my drink. When asked what sauce we wanted, we said it was our first time so he gave us a nice sampler and explained everything to us. It was such a great customer service and experience! The food was great with the addition of the sauce (we for got pulled chicken and brisket), the mash potato was pretty fatty and the cobbler suuuper sweet! We definitely will come back but have to make sure we choose carefully so we don't add too many pounds lol. Again, shout out to the cashier! Go ahead and try to find a better BBQ place in S. Florida....yes I said, it! The location is perfect because its nestled between SW Ranches and Weston and brings in a nice mixed bag of a crowd. I went on a Saturday, and the line was nearly outside. The girls at the counter are quick and the food was cooked fast and ready to devour. I did not try the ribs, but felt like buyers remorse for not having them. I opted for the Brisket, but that was not the star of the show. The star is the pulled pork. Forget chicken, beef, salmon, anything. Pig is in!! OMG! I cannot write anything that describes the soft tender melt in your mouth feeling of eating this meal. I came to this place years ago and i remember liking it but for some reason i never came back. Today I came with my friends and was blown away! I can't believe I spent so much time without coming back to this place! The atmosphere is amazing, the service is quick and the guy at the counter was so nice. The bus boys would come up to our table and ask if we needed any refills with was amazing. I had the Pulled Pork with Mac and Cheese and Fries. It also came with cornbread and a drink. For 15 dollars i was pretty happy with the food i got! The max and cheese was delicious and the fries were fresh and yummy. The pulled pork was great and i love how each table has 6 different bbq sauces you can try. Each sauce modeled after a different state. They also have lemonade and sweet tea. I'm not a lemonade girl but my friends say it was the best lemonade they've had. Overall it was an awesome experience and I can't wait to go back!!! read more

Delicious food and very hospitable environment! My boyfriend and I came here for the first time today and it did not disappoint. I have to give a special shoutout to Ivette, she was very tentative and we had great conversation with her. I got the pulled pork sandwich NC style, baked beans and mac and cheese. My boyfriend got brisket, green beans, and fries. The meats come "dry," meaning they don't have sauce on them. At the tables are 6 different sauces, mostly barbecue, and there are some more sauces that the staff keep refrigerated in the kitchen that you can ask for. Try out all the sauces to find your favorites, it's a great way to change up the flavors in your meal! P.S. If the caramel apple cobbler is still in season, GET IT! read more

The food is AMAZING, the fact that the meats come without sauces makes it better for this that prefer a sweeter/spicier BBQ experience. They have 6 different sauces, 3 sweet and 3 spicy, all tasty. We had brisket (lean but still moist), pulled pork, baby back fall-off-the-bone ribs (comparable time some we had in Tennessee), turkey, and sampled their sides - all delicious. I ordered ribs and chicken for pickup. The food was good, but I was missing a order of fries. I called to let them know and the manager said he would refund the cost of fries. After talking to him we discovered we were also missing half a chicken! Didn't bother to call them since I would have felt strange complaining on missing items on a second call. So the warning here is you cannot trust them in getting a simple order together. I never got the $3.00 refunded on the fries! read more

The rudest and most disrespectful server I have ever encountered. I never even got a chance to complete my order. I went with my wife and 3 year old son to try Mission BBQ for the first time. I've heard nothing but good things. So I wait in line and when it is mine turn I walk to the register with a young girl to take my order. I order the 3 meat meal for me and my wife to share and I ask the girl what sides does it come with. She responded with a noticeable attitude in her voice. That was the first rude response. The girl then asks what I wanted to drink, so I turn to my wife and ask what she wanted to drink. The girl then says "I'm not asking her, I'm asking you". Which is a rude thing to say at all but the attitude in her voice was even more obvious then the first time. I looked back at my wife and again and asked what she wanted to drink, this time the girl reached her arm over the register pointed in my face and said "hey I'm asking you not her". At this point my wife and I just looked at her in complete disbelief and disgust with how we were being treated by this girl. So I picked up my son and we walked out. I will never go back to this or any Mission BBQ. Very disappointed! read more
