The second time I stopped by the person behind the counter told me to come back in an hour because the person who does the smog test wasn't there. I stop by an hour after (and for the third time) and was told they are unable to do my smog check because they are not star certified, however their website says they are star certified. It was annoying dealing with them. I wish they would have told me they couldn't do the smog check because they are not star certified since they did look at my paperwork before telling me to come back in an hour.
