Been going here for a few years and had no problem until they broke my cup holder and denied it. I called someone over to ask about it, the guy tried to fix it but he broke it even more and said that they didn't break it and told me it was already broken. I found this car wash on Yelp and based on the reviews and its proximity to my work I decided to give it a try. My truck was absolutely filthy, I got the Luxury wash, and overall they did a decent job. They did miss some spots on the hood and the tailgate though. Not sure if I'll go back. So I needed my 2015 Dodge Charger washed. I dropped my wife off at a Dr's appointment and used Yelp to locate a car wash in the area. Yelp pointed me to Mission Car Wash, I read the reviews, and they were 1 star and 5 star reviews. Me, being a business owner myself, figured, why not give this place a try. As I pull up to Mission Car Wash, it's approximately 845 in the morning. There is no other vehicles at the car wash and it's still a little hazy from the moisture in the air from the night before. I pull up and the older Hispanic male greets me and asks me which wash I wanted. I opted for the $16.95 one which they vacuum, clean your car, apply a wax (through the car wash), dress your tires, and give you an air freshener. I watch as a middle aged Hispanic male approach the older male and begin helping him to vacuum the car. I take my 4 year old son and sit on the chairs outside. As I'm watching, both males begin washing my car, not pulling it into the car wash (they said it was too low), so I figured, every part of the car would be clean, right? WRONG!!! I asked about the wax.. the middle aged guy stutters and tells me, "The wax is in the soap." Ok, sure.. yeah, uh huh.. After they use the air to blow off excess water, both males begin wiping my car with damp towels. The middle aged Hispanic tells me my car is done. Of course, with me watching both of them the entire time, I was like.. "Dude.. you're not done.." As I walk up to my B5 Blue, 2015 Dodge Charger R/T, there is bug splatter, still on the hood and bumper, spots of bird poop/pee (or whatever those little yellow dots are) on the hood and trunk area. I point it out to the middle aged Hispanic and he shrugs it off. I then grab a damp towel and begin wiping off the splattered bugs and bird droppings. I pointed out the trunk area where the "DODGE" emblem was that there was still dirt.. he just stands there. I asked him to wipe off the chrome exhaust tips.. he just stands there... I was like.. WTF is up with this guy? I asked, "Excuse me Sir, are you the owner of this car wash?" He's puffed out his chest and stated, "Yes." Ooohhh.. that made me even more upset... again, being a business owner, he should take pride in what he does and especially his customer service.. I could understand if they were slammed with a bunch of cars and there was only two of them there... but I was the only one!! I told him he needs to have a better sense of customer service.. I then asked, "Is this what you consider a clean car?" His response was, "This is what you get for $16 my friend.." I again pointed out the dirt spots, bird droppings and bug splatters.. he tells me.. "It's OK, its only still a little dirty. You pay me $20 more and I will detail it for you." WAIT, WHAT!!?? Only still a little dirty, $20 more to have it cleaned correctly????? I then told him I found his car wash through YELP. I told him SOCIAL MEDIA is very important for businesses and I would highly recommend him having a little more pride and customer service in his work. HE THEN TELLS ME, "THEN DON'T COME BACK!" I WAS SHOCKED!! THIS IS THE OWNER OF THE CAR WASH TELLING ME, "DON'T COME BACK!" HAHA.. TRUST ME.... I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER COME BACK TO THIS CAR WASH AND WITH THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE TO HIS CUSTOMERS... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. It took over an hour to get my car washed..and there was only one car in front of me. The cashier had her little girl with her and alternated between allowing her to run around all of the cars, almost getting hit several times , and screaming at her and dragging her around by her arm. I tried to get a carwash but the estimate was over 2 hours or more. I came here because it has good reviews. This place was overly crammed as I tried to get out but had to wait until the line coming in to get a car wash died down. Also they got frustrated because I don't know how to speak spanish and had to get their only employee that knew English. Maybe I came at a bad time who knows. Also there were two cars parked right out of the only exit and I waited behind them not knowing there were no drivers in there. That irritated me even more. read more

Went to drop someone off at the place next door, and one of the Car Wash's employees (driving someone's vehicle) proceeded to reverse and honk at me knowing I was dropping someone off, he was so close to hitting my car on purpose too, I can't imagine leaving my car in someone else's hands and have them drive recklessly like that. Then some older man started yelling at me to move saying I was blocking the car wash, even though I was parked in front of the restaurant next door, so technically I wasn't on the car wash property AND they didn't have any customers but that truck the employee was driving that almost hit me. 5 stars for their great work! Took a while longer than what you'd usually expect for a hand car wash but the quality shows! I'm not going to lie, this location looked a little janky but I try not to judge a book by its cover. The curb appeal isn't there.. But I'm here to get my car washed, not to judge on looks. Anyways, I was a bit confused as to where to start, since the car wash is located next to a restaurant and when you go into the lot there's not much room to drive to if there are other cars being serviced. Moving on... I got the #3 "the works package" which came out to $22 (and I gave them a $7 tip) I'm dumb, I dont remember what the package offers but I'd say it covers all the bases and more! They even wash your floor mats! (Which in my case is great! I work at a salon so I tend to bring in hair-gross, I know- on the bottom of my shoes and it gets caught on my floor mats. Vacuum gets it out but there's nothing like getting your floor mats washed and getting them back to a solid black color!) Summing it up.. Since I'm getting close to writing a book here.. Ha! After moving to Riverside it took me awhile to find a decent carwash. Went to this place mainly because of the Yelp reviews.Took my 2006 Prius for a full service (mainly for shampoo) for $130. Have to say I was very impressed! Don't let the outer appearance fool you, I geeky these guys did a much better job than the "high class" corners you see on busy streets corners. This place was awesome. I was totally not going to do it because it looked pretty shabby, but for $25 they made my car look better than it has since I bought it. They even took my mats out and cleaned them. Seriously though, they know how to handle the inside of a car. They got in all crevices all the other places usually miss. On the outside though, I had some water stains from having parked next to a sprinkler system that didn't go away, and there was a bit of muck on the back, but my Kia Soul still looked fabulous. Super friendly , professional and 100% hand car wash. Usually go w a regular car wash with no air freshener. Prices are affordable. Been coming here for about a while and never had a problem. You get what you pay for. Make sure you pay attention and check for water spots. I found some water spots on windshield once after leaving the place. Not a fan of car washes that put your car through the machines, i prefer hand car washes and this place does that. Also the pupusa place next door is good. read more

Very poor customer service and their quality of work just as poor, my sister took her car to them paid $140.00 for a detail car wash, she went to pick up the car and the car had looked the same as when she took it in, also the bumper was loose ,she asked the person working there about what had happened to the bumper, he said I don't speak English and kept insisting he didn't know, she showed him everything that had not been cleaned and asked him if he can clean it as promised when she paid him, he insisted that they were closing and he cant help cause he doesn't understand English, so the next day she took it back another man came out (I think he may be the owner ) we showed him all the things they had not cleaned, but he refused to clean the car ,we didn't want problems ,so we asked for some of the money back ,so we can go to another car wash and get it done right, he was angry and yelling and refused, we told him we were going to call the Better Business Bureau ,he threw $40.00 into the trunk and said "only your kind and the other kind, give me problems (I don't know what he meant by your kind )but his racial remarks and raging attitude just showed his ignorance and bad business ethics. in all fairness ,there was a younger gentleman that came out and took a look at the car, he saw the poor quality of the detail, and he did apologize, People even though sometimes you think your saving some money, remember ,its QUALITY NOT QUANTITY. read more

I just visit the place, I read previous reviews and said to myself it looks promising, a hole in the wall kind of thing. When I got my car I was very disappointed with the results. I had to get a wash clothe from the guy cleaning my car and had to finish cleaning it. The back bumper still had dirt and you can see the spots were they missed. First and last time I go there. The guy look like he got pissed off cause I took a wash cloth and finish doing he's job. I would not recommend taking your car there, specially if it's WHITE. Just left this place for the first time. Best car wash I've ever had. It did take awhile, but they were constantly busy cleaning a different part of my SUV the whole time. Outside shined, inside shined and for the first time my air vents were cleaned. :) Everyone was friendly and next time instead of just waiting I'll try eating at the restaurant next to it. Food smelled good I just didn't know how long it was going to take. As far as looks, if they had a better/bigger area they would be bringing in a ton of customers. I was in this area yesterday and found this place on Yelp to get my car washed. It's a small place so it could be easily missed if you're not familiar with local streets. The building could use some cleaning and maintenance but the staff is very friendly. Their prices seem to be reasonable... I have an SUV and paid $27.50 for full-service hand wash including extra cleaning for leather seats and tire dressing. Air-freshener is included but I personally don't like any. They don't really have a "waiting area" for customers (just a couple of chairs by the door) so I went to an El Salvadorian restaurant next door called Pupuseria Miguelenas for some pretty good food. I waited about an hour for my car to be finished--longer than expected but figured (hoping) the guys are just being extra detailed. When my car was ready, I noticed that my leather seats did not look very clean. I asked the guys to clean it more and they were happy to; however the dirty marks we not coming out. I didn't have time to wait longer so I tipped them and left. After I got home, I used some cleanser and cloth to wipe my leather seats and was able to remove the dirty marks...hmm, no idea why the car wash staff was unable to do it. In addition, they cleaned the 3rd row seats but weren't very thorough with vacuuming the floors under the 2nd row seats on BOTH sides. Looks like they moved one side of the seats and vacuumed underneath but skipped the other side. Overall, I think this place is OK. I'm sure they would vacuum the areas they missed without hesitation, but their expertise is auto interior and exterior cleaning, right? I shouldn't need to point out where to wipe and/or vacuum. Quality of work and attention to detail gets 2 stars and the 3rd star is for pleasant customer service. read more
