My friend & I both ordered the sippi bowl which includes a choice of meat, plus mac salad & rice; add an extra side, i.e. green beans or baked beans for $1. Our meals, including drink, were under $9. I opted for the pulled pork which we both thought tasted better than the beef brisket. I'm more of a pulled pork fan anyways so maybe I'm not the best person to judge the brisket. There was a generous portion of tender & flavorful meat with excellent BBQ sauce. The mac salad & rice were delicious as well & there was so much food I couldn't eat it all in one sitting. Best food cart on PSU campus! Friendly operators, amazingly yummy food, and great sized portions for the price. My favorite is the smoked chicken bowl with the macaroni salad! I like to eat the chicken first and then mix the mac salad and the Cajun style rice together. I've also had the beef brisket sandwich, but be forewarned that its good BBQ so the sandwich can be a little messy! Something I hadn't considered when ordering this at my security post. The pulled pork is where it's at; I recommend getting it with both spicy mustard and spicy BBQ sauce on top. Juicy, tender, big flavor, the pork hits every note.
