So, the drinks were strong and decently priced; I can say that. But I came in Friday 2/13 and the DJ sucked so bad. Not a good mix at all. Went from rap to old school, Latin, back to new rap with no rhythm or good mixing of music. No one was dancing. We tried to dance when we could but the mix went back and forth the entire time. My daughter and her friend were at an event here tonight. And both were man handled by the security guard inside the event. I will be getting an attorney first thing Monday over this. Both girls are 5 foot and should never be attacked by a man ever even if it's security guard. Both were not doing anything wrong. If I could give a review with no stars I would have done that. I was yelled at, threatened, spit on, and physically assaulted at this Lounge and the security guards and management did nothing about it. The man who put his hands on me actually pushed one of the security guards down so I feel as though security could not even protect me. They actually removed me from the club after my friend's husband spent almost $1000 on a section at this establishment. I showed them pictures and video of the man who threatened me, spit on me, and physically put his hands on me and they all did nothing about it. I asked to speak to the security guard who was present while i was being harassed and they told me they didnt know what i was talking about. I asked for management and they told me they don't know who their manager is. They did everything they could to avoid me and protect this man. I will never ever return this lounge it was the worst experience I have ever had at a club and I am urging all women to stay away from this club as well it is dangerous and they do not defend women. read more

The bouncers are security was so rude . The security amass very rude they made me feel so unwelcome I didn't want to go inside . there is no reason to be rude to people who are not rude to you especially at a club event. The crowd was unpleasant . The vibe was negative. Didn't feel good at this place for a nice night out . The people need customer service training including the cashier. I was present in this club on April 6 to see Joe Moses while waiting for Joe Moses to come and perform at the club I assuming a fight or dispute broke out on the dance floor, which had nothing to do with me. My boyfriend was trying to pull me out of the crowd away from the crowd away from the fight, and one of the girls that were fighting sucker punch me in my face. My eyes is very messed up. The bouncer pulled her out the back of the club and pulled me out of the front of the club, but wanted to call the police on me like I was the aggressor they never told me what this female look like they didn't give me any information on what this girl look like how do I file a claim or anything I would never be back to this club and I'm definitely going to be suing in regards to my injuries of my eye. read more

I don't understand why this place has such bad reviews. I came here on a Saturday night to celebrate a friends bday. I had no complaints other than the toilets were clogged up. I loved that the AC was on high all night. Unlike other spots where I feel they purposely turn it off to make people Buy drinks. It also wasn't so packed that you couldn't move. Good amount of people. Mostly blacks and Latinos here. Loves the vibe. No issues. Lots of security. Oh when I first got there only one bartender there so it was a bit slow but nothing major. Getting there: Located in the plaza across the street from Outback Steakhouse. They have parking in the front of the lounge. Experience: I had seen the sign when passing by so I thought it was a champagne bar, but silly me it's a club. I was invited here for a friend's birthday and they had a line outside the building for no reason as the venue was empty. They are a little to overpriced for being a club in the IE. We stayed to hangout with the birthday girl for about an hour then we went home. If I want a club like this I'll go to Vegas. read more

Horrible place! Didn't feel safe from the employees (bouncers are aggressive!) Our first and last time going to this place. The lady at the front was monotonous and rude. They just want the money and don't care of etiquettes. Once you pay you can't go out. We had a table and paid for entry AND table (that's a first cox usually when you have a table entry is included and so are the guests). They argued that guests have to pay the entry fee too, even though we had a table! Also once your in your trapped until you leave. I couldn't even go to my car to put my stuff away (jacket etc) they were getting bouncers all up on us too, just for asking the front lady if I could go out. The bouncers were rude too. Here's a little tip. Teach your security some manners and how to treat women. Instead of chastising and telling them to "stop whining" or "go whine somewhere else" how about they just just their mouths and do their jobs. I went to the venue last night to check it out for a client. Needless to say, it was EXTREMELY unprofessional and I would not recommend my client do business there. It sucks because it has a lot of potential. But for some reason, the folks that work there think they are the best things walking. The funny thing about it is that nobody was even talking to the security guard. So I have no idea why he decided to open his mouth in the first place. Not to mention, I was charged $20 each for 3 girls at the door at like 1am. Normally that's not a big deal, but damn, after I even complained about the security guards mouth you could have at least gave me one in for free. I would also like to add that I had been emailing them, leaving messages for over 3 weeks in order to book a large party and they barely got back to my two days ago. Do not spend your money here! So I went in with a large group of people and they let most of us in with sandals. When it got to me they didn't want to let me in because I was wearing sandals. Makes no sense! I asked for a martini and they don't have anything to make a martini. Then I bought a $250 bottle. I was in the restroom when they brought my bottle so when I came out half my bottle was gone. If I bought the bottle why didn't they bring it out to ME?! If I could give this place no stars...I would. I rarely feel that way. First, the line outside when no one was there...like what is that about. The security was whatever...all security guards at clubs are jerks. Second, the ambiance is terrible. The place is decorated nice enough but the DJ kept rapping over the music, everyone was squished in VIP and no one wanted to dance. They should pay people to turn up the parties like have professional help start it because this club is dead. Third, I thought I was going to a Champagne Lounge...nope a club. Fourth, the bartender (a white guy) was the WORST. He said my card was declined and I am like impossible there is money...a lot. And he gets this smug attitude like he doesn't want to discuss this with me (I really wanted to be like dude you're a bartender not the president like chill tf out). I said try again and he is like nope declined. My bestfriend paid and I really think he just wanted to flirt with her. Because 1) I had lots of money on my card and could pay for multiple rounds of $20 drinks 2) I received no notice from the bank that my card was declined...and I have notifications for that 3) when I ordered my lyft on the same card...the $20 ride went through. I have no idea what that BS was about and the way he was being so rude about it, I really do not believe him. Finally, the people there were not my crowd. Everyone seemed young. We were all having a good time when my husband tapped the waitress, but she could not hear him and when she tapped him again she went screaming harassment and got us all kicked out after we spent $1000 in VIP. Went here for a bday on Saturday. Venue is good considering the area. Drinks were fine. DJ was straight trash. I was with a lively group that likes to dance and he just kept playing snippets of every trap song he ever heard. I went to make a request that he play some NY music and or Reggae, I also gave him $40 bucks to accommodate the birthday girl. He accepted and said he was from NY too. After 30 minutes of him still playing rap crap I went over like "Whats up?" He got all bitchy making a slight scene and was like "You know what, here take your money" and he threw me 2 crumpled $20 bills. 1st of all as a DJ you need to learn your crowd. Just don't play what you think is hot. When the entire place is standing still with the exception of 4 people you should regroup. 2nd of all we had a table and were spending money so as an employee of an establishment you should at least partly cater to the paying customer. 3rd off as a man you should have some fkn manners. This is not Hollywood where standing at tables looking cool is going to work. You need a party vibe that makes people want to come here and have fun. read more
