When I explained that it wasn't what I had received before, it became clear there may have been a misunderstanding in how the order was entered, but the interaction made me feel uncomfortable, as though I was being treated like I had caused the issue. I wasn't looking to complain -- I was genuinely trying to clarify what I wanted. On top of that, service was very slow and my order wasn't taken until about 20 minutes after I was seated. My matcha latte was also disappointing compared to my first experience. I made a special trip because I had been so impressed the first time, which made this experience especially upsetting.
