The latest was this weekend for my Viking refrigerator when it stopped working. I was able to get an appointment on Friday night for them to come out Saturday. Of course they didn't have the part but then again I don't expect them to have every single part for every fridge model on their truck or in their office. The part came in the day after the holiday and they installed it the same day. Hopefully, the fridge works for at least a few more years.
