Great shop! Super fast, best prices, and excellent quality work. My first experience with M&M was when my iPhone Xs was having problems with the display. A section of the screen stopped responding to touches, and I was experiencing "ghost touches", where my phone thought I was touching the screen when I wasn't. I tried working with Apple Support, but they were not very helpful. Eventually they said they could try replacing the screen for $389. My phone was barely over a year old! So I requested price quotes on Yelp!. I got three or four responses. Most said between $150 - $200. Then I saw the quote from M&M for $109. It was a little further away than the others, but for the price difference, I decided to take a chance. When I called to schedule the repair, I was told that I could just bring it in anytime. At that point, it was about two hours before they closed. As such, I totally expected to drop it off and pick it up a day or two later. When I got there, I was immediately greeted and asked what I needed. They took my phone and said it would be done in about 30 - 45 minutes, and to just be sure to be back before they closed. I decided to check out some shops near by and then return. I lost track of time, and barely made it back a few minutes before they were supposed to close. I half expected them to say I would have to come back the next day. Luckily, they just asked my name and what device I was having repaired, then went to the back and returned almost immediately with my phone, looking like new! I realized that I needed a new screen protector, but I hesitated to ask them, being that it was time to close. They saw me pause, and asked if I needed anything else. So, I asked. They picked out the right one for my phone, and put it on for me, for $5. About a month later somehow, something hit my phone while it was in my pocket. It happened to hit directly on the very tiny spot at the top, the only spot that the screen protector doesn't cover, and it shattered my screen underneath the protector. I decided to stick with M&M, and had the same great experience, only this time I found out that they have a Yelp! offer for a FREE screen protector. So, even better! I'm sure there are plenty repair shops closer to my house, but I will continue to make the drive to M&M for repairs that I am unable or unwilling to do myself. read more

I brought my mother's laptop in when I could no longer fix the issue with the display myself. I explained all of my attempted fixes to Jose and provided him a replacement LCD just in case. He had to order a replacement cable which delayed the service a bit, but the turn around time was reasonable and he was very professional. I was looking to have my Samsung TV repaired. M&M, along with four others, got back to me shortly after posting my problem . As it turned out M&M was the only one that would commit to making the repair and they gave me a quote that sounded VERY reasonable. Within a couple of hours I had delivered my TV to their shop and they said they would let me know what the problem was and what it would cost. When they let me know that they could do the repair job and come in at the cost they had quoted I was delighted. I had my TV back in only three days. Could have had it back in two if I had gone in and picked it up when they had called to let me know they had finished the job. I was VERY happy with these guys.
