Was having an issue with my computer thinking it was just not powering up properly. The screen kept flashing intermittently so I contacted several computer repair shops near me on Yelp and Clem with M & M responded almost immediately. He had me bring it in to take a look and then found out right away it was a bad screen; which was a huge relief and an easy fix once the replacement screen was ordered. Luckily I could take my computer home while I waited for the new screen, and still use it with a USB-C connecter they showed me how to use with any HDMI TV screen. They lent me both cables which was awesome! In less than a week my new screen arrived and I got my computer back good as new. Can't thank Clem and his crew enough, HIGHLY recommended! read more

So I broke not only the front glass (lcd) of my iPhone XS max but the back glass too! I had a friend recommend his guy and he said that he would call him for me. Then the guy didn't respond (typical) so he said here here's his info thru Yelp. You can call or text him yourself. Well Yelp has a "request a quote" so I filled out the information of what I needed and I hit request a quote thinking it was going to my buddy's guy. Well I guess the Yelp app sends out the request to other companies that are close to my ZIP Code as well. M&M was the first to respond within 20 minutes of me pushing to request a quote button. I was kinda baffled as to them responding and not the original guy. So I answer the text to confirm the price that M&M gave and he said if you repair both of the glass screens at one time you'll get a discount off the total price - He told me it's a 2-3 hour job so plan for that. so I said OK I'll bring the phone in tomorrow morning. I took it in at about 11 and requested it to be done before 3 o'clock as I was in/out a lot that day. You can imagine my surprise when at 2o'clock I got a call from Jose saying my phone was done and ready for pick up. said hey your phones ready to be picked up. I can't be more happy cause I instantly started being able to use my phone again (I was getting by using my old 6plus) My life is back to normal thanks to M&M Computers. You guys have now got a loyal customer when it comes to repairs. I forgot to state earlier that I also needed the charge port replaced on the phone too snd he said no prob as we carry iPhone parts in house so they have everything to get the job done quickly. M&M is the reason I am able to write this review from my phone! To my dismay (understatement), yesterday my phone's screen stopped responding to touch. Mind you there's been a crack in my screen that I hadn't gotten around to fixing, so over time it caused more damage. This morning I went into a repair shop in Rancho Cordova that I'd been to before. The price quoted to me was out of this world... The type of price you're better off buying a new phone with. They even offered to cut my a deal but it was still above my expected price range. A friend told me about M&M and gave them a call for me. The store owner quoted him $139 and that it would only take twenty-minutes. I felt like, well, it's gotta be paid and is much more reasonable than anything I've found today. The store owner was awesome! I didn't have to listen to a bunch of jibberish and sign all kinds of paperwork (though I did read over the warranty). Turns out the cost was $135, a couple bucks lower than quoted. Yay! I'd say it took about 30-35min rather than the "about 20" quoted but I could care less! I trusted it was being done efficiently. Plus, the owner made small talk with me and checked on things while I waited. My phone was brought out to me looking brand new! It looked totally different, in part to the new color I'd requested, going from a white Samsung Galaxy to a black/blue metal. The technician jokingly called it "a custom color". I had a WONDERFUL experience with the guys at M&M and I feel SO lucky I was able to find them. Not only were they priced so reasonably but everyone is nice in there. Went there with my iPhone 5s. The LCD screen wouldn't work. They replaced it and still didn't work. They tried 2 more brand new LCD screens. Still nothing. I told them the phone was set on a countertop and may have been subjected to Water. They kept the phone till almost 3 and couldn't get it fixed. No big deal. I pre-paid him $89.00 for the new screen. When I showed up to get the phone he opened the register and handed all my money back. I couldn't believe it. I told the Owner to charge me for some time but he said his policy was no fix no charge! Was having trouble with my PC i had just built. it worked fine for two weeks then just stopped booting. I tried troubleshooting and researching for about two weeks and came up clueless so resorted to a computer technician. Found these guys and initially gave me a diagnosis about replacing my motherboard, I had warranty for it still so I did. Turns out it wasn't my motherboard (or maybe it was and it was an additional problem) but when i returned again they didn't charge me again and said since that didn't solve the problem it still fell under the first charge. I got my iPhone 8 fixed here yesterday and they did an amazing job! My phone screen was shattered but still useable for a while until one morning I woke up and it was pushing buttons on it's own. It eventually disabled itself and everything. I brought it in the next day and they took it in the back and fixed it within 15 mins! For $75! I then took it to the Apple store to have it restored (because it disabled itself) and overheard a woman having the same problem with her screen being broken. They charged her $149 and told her to come back in 2 hours. I felt so lucky to have a great company like M&M to take care of me! I also got a brand new Speck phone case for $8!!! My husband bought me a mini iPad for my 40th birthday and on the day of receiving it, I had broken the screen! I couldn't believe it but internally nothing was broken and my iPad still worked. So for about 3 years I used my iPad for emails, work, gaming and entertainment. I really didn't mind the cracked screen because it still worked fine. However, this past summer, my husband decided to tackle on fixing my mini iPad cracked screen himself. He did it, however, my iPad never turned on. He said he double checked everything and even watched YouTube video to make sure he put on the screen correctly. But still, it never turned on. I was restless without it for about 2 and a half months. Then finally, I decided to look for actual professional help and this is how I found this repair shop. I messaged them in the morning and they responded quickly. The employee stated to come in so that he can look over what happened to my mini iPad. I showed up and he stated he'd evaluate and call me back the same day of assessment. Later that same day in the afternoon, he did call me back and found the solution. This gave me some time to go around and do some errands. When I came to pick it in an hour that he'd last called in the afternoon, my mini iPad was up and running! Took my laptop to Best Buy for repairs but because it was 3 years old, they will not work on it. Fortunately, the guy pointed me to M&M Computers. So great. Jesus was very kind as I explained what was wrong and said there was no charge for diagnostic work but a flat labor fee (plus parts) for any repair work they did. Heard good things about this place. My neighbor recommend M&M computers for computer repair. Brought in my laptop that was dropped and also crashed a few minutes later. The guy over the counter (Jose) said its typical issue when a laptop gets dropped and most likey the hard drive is failing. He took it in and called me a hour later confirming that it is the hard drive and explained my options. He recovered my data from my damaged hard drive and also upgraded my hard drive to a bigger hard drive for additional fee. The next day jose called me that it was ready for pick up! Worst experience with a business in a long time . I took my HP desktop in to get serviced, as it was running very slow . After the " diagnosis " I was told I needed a new hard drive for nearly $200. I agreed to have the work done, but when I got home my compute was running just as slow , if not slower than before. I called them back and they finally agreed to diagnose it again. After re diagnoses they called me back and said I need to have Windows 7 installed for another $100. (I found windows 7 online for $19, since it's very old). I told them NO and asked for a refund. They're solution was to trade my HP computer for an old Dell computer that they said to have updated. I, again , foolishly agree to find that the Dell was no configured to accept wifi . Living an hour away , I've wasted six hours of my life driving back and forth . I also wasted nearly $200 !!! Avoid this place at all cost and learn from my BIG mistake in going to M&M computer shop. read more

The back glass on my phone was broken and I wanted a new battery in my iPhone XR. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than the deductible for my phone insurance. It was finished at the time they said it was going to be done and the battery lasts long again. Definitely will be coming back for any electronic repairs in the future. I was very impressed with this place. I went in 4 days ago to have my daughter's screen on her iphone replaced, they replaced it in about a half an hour. When I took it home to my daughter one side of her screen wasn't working right intermittently. I took it back today fully expecting them to tell me that they didn't do anything wrong and it must have been my daughter or the phone. But they said they would replace it for me, so I left it with then again half expecting them to say they replaced it without really replacing it. But when I picked it up they had really replaced it I knew because it didn't have the screen protector on it anymore. They also replaced that for us. I will forever bring any of my phone's or computers to them. I guess I have gotten really cynical in my old age and I am just so thrilled to see a reputable company. Great customer service! I brought my daughters iPhone 6 to get the screen repaired. Not only were they the cheapest place I called but they were very fast and kind. Two weeks after we fixed the screen she noticed a little chip in the bottom of the glass. I could not give a rating lower than one star (which is too much). I took a laptop into this shop to have the screen replaced. After paying $249.00 for the repair, the wireless connection would not work. I went back and they told me I had a virus on the computer and they could remove it for $79.00. It didn't have a virus when I took it in the first time. I took it a another shop (Circular Systems downtown Sac) and they laughed and said they knew exactly what was wrong. They removed the new screen and connected a wire that was left disconnected. They also didn't harge me for the fix. Needless to say, I am now a Circular customer. Don't go here with your computers. My parents had a laptop checked by them and they were told that the motherboard was bad and would have to be replaced. I took a look at the computer while I came up for the holidays and noticed the ram was gone as well as the hard drive.
