Now that's a tasty greasy spoon cheeseburger. Simply made but with care..Soft bun, exceptionally juicy patty, lightly seasoned. Just oily enough to enhance flavor, made the wrapper shiny but no dripping or running. Only issues was sauteed onions are too few and their added flavor is minimal. I could barely even taste the marinade they brag about. They don't burn them into the patty here, which many including my husband say is not authentic. Still it's a very good burger. Especially with added pickle slices. Fries I didn't dig as much, too limp and overdone, tasted oily. Service is cordial enough. After a long hot day we stumbled on Sun Cattle Co. From the friendly greeting at the door to the sincere good byes, the staff was on point. A chance meeting with the owner, Matt, who told us that he raises the cattle used in the restaurant. This makes this a true farm to table place. I had one of the best burgers ever, with all the fixings, called The Big Jack. And I got to meet Big Jack himself. I also got the most mouth watering chili on the side and it was excellent. Sitting at the bar with the friend bartender who helped us, visitors to OKC figure out what to do next was most fun way to send the afternoon. This is a must visit to OKC. I gave it 4 here's why. I had the mob sliders and loaded fry's. Both really and you get your moneys worth. The atmosphere is really cozy and the music is at a decent volume to where you can hear the people in your group and the crowd is drowned by the up beat music. There's no wait staff which is good for me it means it less people coming up to me while I have a full mouth of food asking me a question. The sliders are fantastic but the onions over power the taste of the meat and the sauce. I recommend getting them on the Side or asking for nun at all. The meat is not dry at all the cooks definitely know what they are doing when it comes to the grill but again the onions over power the meat. Was excited to try another version of the 'ol Oklahoma onion burger. Was shocked to find out that it's not actually a restaurant. It's a food court. The cleanliness of this vendor was atrocious. Stood at this uninhabited location and no one took our order for minutes. The "help" was very bothered to take our order. Other reviews stated this as well, must be part of their prerequisite to be a food preparer/server at MOB. On to the food, my onion burger was disgusting the burger looked delicious, but the first bite said NO! There was this HUGE pile of onions on my otherwise decent burger. Do not call them caramelized! They were more the texture of boiled onions and way to wet and weirdly seasoned. Mustard didn't seem to help the matters either. Fries were delicious combo was very pricey at the end of the day. Overpriced... It was pretty expensive for what you get. Patties were small, cheese fries is just some melted American. Taste of the burger was good, but for close to 20 each lose the paper plate and don't give me packets of Mayo and ketchup. Try making some Aoli or jazz up the cheese sauce. I was super excited to try Mob Grill after reading the reviews online. In fact, I was so excited that I drove to Mob Grill in the middle of a thunderstorm, parked my car, and got drenched by torrential rain in order to try this place. I actually love the location and concept of the Parlor, but this place is seriously lacking in the service department. We were the only two people at the restaurant and were blatantly ignored by the guy taking food orders despite standing a foot away from him. He was clearly very busy on his cellphone. I said "hello!" as I walked near him to place my order. He then shot me a quick glare. He appeared visibly annoyed by the inconvenience of having to take my order. Or the look I received after I changed what i was going to order after looking at the menu some more. Or whenever I realized i never ordered my drink, he interrupted me and said "No you need to go down there" and pointed towards the direction of thebar. I only wanted a coke. I think i could be more understanding if there were actually other people ordering or eating there at the time. Totally rude! However, I must admit that my burger was amazing and soooo good! And to be honest, so were the tater tots. Although the food was stellar, I unfortunately will not be coming back to Mob grill. Mob grill is located in "Parlor" on 11 east 6th street just east of Broadway. This is part two of our Parlor experience. Our party couldn't decide on where to do patio dining today, everyone wanted something different. Parlor to the rescue. The Mob grill is a little burger plus joint on the first level. One of our group decided to check it out. They ordered two sliders, one pulled pork, & the other a burger. He is notoriously picky but was won over by the sliders. He said the burger slider was one of the best he had ever had. The only draw back was the fries. Overdone and underwelming. Other than the fries he raved about his meal. We had a chance to try out the wonderful food from MOB Grill at an event in downtown Oklahoma City. This was a little scary for me as I am allergic to onions and not normally a fan of food from trucks.... That said, it was wonderful!!! They didnt look at me like I was crazy for asking about making a burger without contact with onions! The burger was great and real juicy. My favorite part was the cheese fries though! I got to try their burger when they stopped by our hospital. I got the regular burger with fries. The people who was working that day were very friendly, but the wait was a bit long. I feel like the patty needs more seasoning since it was very bland. And you can't really taste the onions. I wasn't a fan of the fries, it was hot and crispy, but mildly burnt, and seasoned with tons of salt and pepper. I'm glad I got to try them, but I'm not impressed with their burgers, sorry but not sorry. read more

Maybe it was their off day, but I was not impressed with my burger and fries. We placed our order and paid and went to the side where you pick up your food, One person was grilling the other was putting the burgers together, I don't mind that he wasn't wearing gloves, but to be eating and wrapping up the burgers at the same time is unsanitary. The burgers were the size of a slider, although it had slice cheese and grilled onions, there wasn't much flavor and very greasy. They where generous with their unseasoned over-fried fries. One of my friends ordered the pulled pork sandwich and said it was good, my other friend ordered the grilled cheese and she really liked it. I love food trucks, but not this one. read more

The food was delicious! Lots of great options. Some things to understand: this is in the Parlor, which is a building that hosts multiple restaurants. It can be a bit loud in the seating area; it's fine if you're aware of that and ok with it going in but some people might not like that type of environment. MOB has a wonderfully flavorful burger. I don't super love hamburgers. I like them once in awhile, but tend to be disappointed when I actually order one somewhere. However, this food truck smelled good one day so I stopped by. And I was NOT disappointed. I actually don't like onions, but they easily offer them without. The flavor of their meat is well done, although I don't know specifically what is different. And their burgers are cooked to a nice medium, not burnt but not red.
