They are quick to help you find the items you are looking for so that you can be on your way. When I purchased a battery, they had me pull my car up and had it installed in a flash. I needed to install the front headlight low and high beams today. My daughter was struggling to get it installed and after a couple attempts one of the store representatives came out and got them installed. It was no easy feat for us, but he was able to get it done within minutes. I am so grateful for their hospitality and kindness. There is no way I could have done it myself, especially in the dark. I was ready to shut the hood and drive blind for a couple days. If it was not for the generous and helpful representative, I would be driving around with one headlight. A lot of businesses were forced to shut down. Not these guys. They didn't miss a beat. They kept the doors open, helped customers find exactly what they needed, and when the power went out, they went old-school--pen and paper, manually tracking transactions just to keep serving people. That's the kind of customer service you remember, especially when everyone is dealing with storm conditions. An auto parts store coming through when things break down? Talk about clutch. Skylar was able to find a vehicle I could agree on with an affordable price. The cons is the vehicle does need a bit of work to be perfect , but again it's a used cheap vehicle.
