I had to come here for several parts for my vehicle and Tracy was rude. Thankfully another worker heard his attitude towards me and came out to take over helping me as I was ready to walk out the door and go to another store. One of the parts was not in store so Koa had it ordered and sent to the store and called me when it was ready for pick up he also gave a small discount for the attitude of Tracy. Late review cause I forgot to give them props in a timely manner. Watch the Champ Show: "If it ain't the best I don't give it to you." He was right about NAPA. Needed to replace my wiper blades. Called ahead: they looked it up and had it ready in the 10m it took me to get down there. The lady explained what I needed to do and added psychically "If you have trouble, come back and we can help you put it on." I never should have left. Broke-anic that I am, I broke the part (found out later I was lifting the tab when I should have been pressing it, dummy). Anyway came back all shame and told them I broke it. THEY GAVE ME A NEW ONE FOR FREE, THEN ONE OF THE GUYS BEHIND THE COUNTER CAME OUT AND PUT IT ON IN LIKE 2 SECONDS, NO PROBLEM. He did it so fast and easy I automatically laughed out loud! And he wasn't sour faced about having to do it, neither did he make me feel stupid. The guy was real gracious and humble and just quietly explained how he did it. The lesson? So I walked up in here looking for some hood lifts and a motor for the passenger window. They had no lifts in stock but they did have a motor for my passenger window, which at the time I thought was broken, but after a few questions from Jared, an employee there, he tells me why don't I try some "contact juice" before I buy a motor. I was like WTF is contact juice? It's actually electronic cleaner. The motor would cost me approximately $107.00 then I have to have someone install it and you know how that can be over here. I thought to myself, I have nothing to lose, let me get some contact juice. Yooooooooooooooo....that joint worked and it cost under $10.00! Thanks Jared and Napa for hooking me up. Went in for hoses I knew the name and model of the car I was working on. While I was waiting I. Line their phones kept ringing and I was ignored for about 10 mins then they took the other person in line before me. When I got to the counter I told the guy I needed these hoses he asked what size the engine was. I asked the person with me we told him it was a v8 but didn't know the liter size the guy was extremely rude said he needed the size but I know he didn't they are just hoses. Extremely rude. Very good customer service. I called them looking for an item, Redline MT-90, that I had difficulty obtaining locally. The lady I spoke to on the phone (I forgot her name), was very nice and told me that they had 3 bottles of it left. I asked her if she could put it on hold for me and she said no problem, and took down my name and told me to come by when I could and that it would be behind the counter. The next day, the item was there with my name on it and the sales associates were very nice and even told me that a customer came in and wanted to purchase the product (s) but that they declined because it was being held for me. Replaced my timing chain and water pump, amongst other things on my 84' pickup 22r engine, every time I called they were able to help me right away, and when I went in always found what I needed and hooked me up with their discount of 20% off this month with purchase of 3 or more items and a bucket. Came here today to pick up some parts for my wife's truck, and from the moment I stepped in the door, I was welcome b6 their awesome staff, and felt comfortable from the get go. Most parts store you enter rarely go out their way to greet you upon entering their business. I immediately went for the service counter, and was able to pick up my item that I needed, as well as other goodies for my car. If you've been to any auto store, it is sometime easy to get overwhelmed, especially if you're not a mechanic. I personally did not have that feeling here. The staff was very knowledgeable about their parts, and did not push you to buy just so they can make a sale. Oh and on the plus side, they offer a 10% Military Discount for active service members, just show your CAC card . Overall, my experience here was awesome, and will definitely be coming back when I have to purchase anything for my vehicles. read more

I always get excellent service from this NAPA store. I'm writing this because May 12, I took my battery back to NAPA. Now, I had that battery tested by them about 3 weeks earlier. Battery tested good. But still had problems starting. I had 2 mechanics tell me that everything checked okay and their best guess that it was the battery. Now Travis politely explained to me that the battery tested good and couldn't exchange it because it was still under warranty. He called Darwin, the Manager over. I explained to Darwin why we thought it was the battery. He graciously granted an exchange. I really appreciate that because I've been in those situations where the testers or machines point one way, but you get an inkling it's another. So no more problems. Good service with very helpful guys willing to work to figure out what you need. Had a bad fuel pump and needed some other stuff for my Tacoma. They found everything I needed, even went the extra steps to make sure all the o rings and other small stuff was in the boxes for me. Then they recommended a discount program involving a bucket for veterans which if bought for $3 would save me $40 on my bill. Cool guys took great care of me.
