If I could give them more starts I would! Brought my daughters iPhone 7 Plus LCD to get fixed and chose to go with the manufacturer LCD. Got a call that for some rare reason her iphone wouldn't work with manufacturer but will work with standard LCD and they wanted to update me. I decided to continue with non-OEM. We took our phone to replace a cracked screen which costed a little over $200.00. Everything else was working fine except for the cracked screen. After they fixed it, the phone started to have Black screen after a couple of days. They told us we now broke a inner part of the screen and told us we have to pay $180.00. So we did. After another couple of days it did the same thing and told us we have to pay again to fix it. We declined so they put on a different broken screen which worked fine. We took our phone to a different shop and they told us that the inner part that broke usually happens during installation of the screen!!!! I would never go back to this place!!! read more

I was recommended to Jerry Fung by Joel@drwireless.com who went out of his way to help me. I am so grateful to both these guys! I wasted nearly a month with AT&T and BAD APPLE pawning me off on each other when my 4s suddenly locked itself. I mean over a dozen hours of being told complete BULL. Huge deal as I was not using this 4s as a phone, but just for music and Pandora on my own wifi at home. I had 2000 songs sorted into Playlists that I needed to work and had put most in by hand, with CD's starting in about 2008. I spent so much time on Ebay, every site I could find to get a new SIM, since that is what suddenly locked up. I had not used AT&T as a carrier for two years, never will again! But it was unlocked and working fine until....who knows how? it just locked itself once day. Verizon, who I have now, told me that Apple is purposely updating any old device linked to ITUNES and that there are NO SIMS at all that exisit for the 4S anymore. BEST BUY pretty much told me the same thing. I had a back up of this phone on ITUNES, paid for their cloud, but could not even get it. I just got back from MOBILEFIXCENTER and wanted to write this review right away. It took Jerry about 60 seconds...NOT LYING, to set up my phone again. I bought an iPod from them for my disabled Daughter and of course, after their warranty expired ( 30 Days ) from them the iPod doesn't work and is useless. New name, same owner and great service offering very reasonable pricing. Formerly Touchpoint Mobile at 4214 PCH Torrance, CA has moved about 1 mile East and changed their name to Mobile Fix Center. Used to be located on Anza and PCH tucked in a little corner across from a USPS location, Papa John's and Sprouts. Needless to say a very busy location that made parking a bitch to say the least. The new location is far more accessible with perks. The new location is on the corner of Hawthorne Blvd & PCH in the same Center as Best Buy, but on the far East end. Plenty of parking and for the ladies right next to a nail and hair salon and convenently adjacent to a Thai Massage establishment for the men. Getting your nails or hair done or a nice massage while waiting for your phone to be repaired or unlocked is an added bonus, but the work usually doesn't take that long. Jerry, the owner is a wizard when it comes to phone repair, unlocking and every thing else involving cellular communication devices. They also offer several brand new older phones for pennies on the dollar if you need a back up or phone or one for an irresponsible user. Apparently his current partner specializes in computer and other related type devices. I broke the screen on my GS Series 1 and will probably need a new screen. In the meantime I reverted back to my old Samsung flip phone, one with all my info although with very poor ear volume, I happened to have another, same model that was in better condition. Jerry switched the guts from the bad to the good so I could hear callers again, save all my 500+ contacts and keep my Zep ring tone for $15 bucks. A deal IMO Will be bringing in my other phone for sceen damage evaluation and see if he can remedy the issue for less than my $130 unknown deductible.
