Broke my perfectly working iPhone X. Everything was fine with the phone besides the back glass. They replaced it for $100 and now my phone won't even turn on. For $100 they broke my phone. I will be demanding a refund unless they can fix what they broke. I don't know what they did to it but this is ridiculous. I have had 2 iPhones repaired in the past at Mobile Fix Center. My sister also went there for iPhone repair and also had a very good experience. Yesterday, I took my IPad there that wouldn't even power on. They gave me an estimate of the worst-case scenario which I agreed upon but they kept me informed by phone to update me on the status to get my permission to go further with the repair. When I picked it up later that same day, I was very pleasantly surprised that it was totally fixed and the final bill was so much lower than what I had already authorized. I mentioned that they have been very honest with me in all the times I've worked with them and if they had wanted to charge me the much higher amount, I would never have known the difference. Bought 2 "unlocked" At&t S4´s 4G LTE.... It worked in the store ... after about 5 minutes turned on in Brazil - they stopped working - and received a message - phone not allowed... Looked up the IMEI number on both phones = they were 0... I do not know what to think... If these phones were stolen?, refurbished?, whatever they are - they are not unlocked... I bought a 4G LTE Note 3 online (another store) and it works perfect on the network out here - so I know it is not the sim card or operator... it is the phone... I wiil take them back when I get the chance but being overseas makes that quite difficult.. Between my clumsy room mate and I they have fixed shattered screens, water damage, broken charger ports, and missing chunks. The people working the store were really nice, really honest and really helpful as well. However, it's been a couple months since I had my iPhone screen repaired, and it's been a few weeks since I noticed that it didn't quite fit into the display on the left side. I didn't pay much attention to it, because I didn't think it would cause a problem. However, just now, after accidentally dropping my phone two feet onto a counter, WITH A CASE ON, the screen shattered. The cracks all originate from the left side of the screen, where it doesn't quite fit. Turns out that the mistake was a lot worse than I thought. It even broke the screen underneath a screen protector! (The screen protector is completely unharmed). Now I'm left feeling like I wasted money at this store, because I know I need to pay another $60. read more

Left my phone with them, was told will take a week. I gave them more than a week. When went to pick the phone up, an employee named Alex couldn't find my phone and had an argument with his technician over the phone. He said to me you can take your phone my technician is not going to fix your phone, when asked why he gone quiet and then said because we called you and told you it will take 2 to 3 weeks. When I said I haven't received any call from anyone can you still fix it? he said no we can't because I remember my colleague rang you and told you it will take time, sign here and take your phone. I had no problem waiting for the phone and didn't even get upset, all I said that I haven't received any calls. Didn't make any sense to me. When I called their manager, he got back to me after investigating it and said someone called you but I think you didn't understand him.
