I can't recommend Eddi enough as my mobile nail spa technician. First off, the convenience is unbeatable. She came right to my office, which saved me so much time and hassle. The setup was clean, organized, and surprisingly calming since this was my first time doing it at my office. I was not sure how the vibe would be. I showed Eddi a picture of what I wanted and she knew exactly how to make my nail dream a wish come true. She actually takes the time to shape each nail perfectly (my favorite shape is almond), and the gel polish was flawless. Five stars all the way for Mobile Nailista! My mother lives in assisted living and was in dire need of some TLC for her nails. I reached out to several nail salons for help as mobility is a real issue but got no response. Finally, I found Mobile Nailista on Yelp and decided to schedule a mani/pedi for Mom. Eddi was extremely accommodating; booking the appointment was a breeze. She met me at my mother's home and I was able to introduce her to my mother. I cannot say enough good things about Eddi and her patience/thoroughness as a manicurist. The appointment took over twice as long as expected since my mom is in her nineties and a bit jumpy, not to mention that her nails needed a major overhaul. Eddi took it one step at a time, explained what she was doing, and the result is that my mother's nails have never looked better. Eddi is an angel. DON'T USE THIS PERSON! Eddi Yom told me she'd be at my home at 5:00 pm on Thursday for a pedicure. Later she called and said it would be closer to 6:00 pm. It's now 6:30 pm. I've tried to call her twice but her voice mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. It's 6:40 pm, I just spoke to her. She said she forgot about our appt. She responded right away and scheduled the appointment at my mom's assisted living facility. She was very courteous, friendly, professional and thorough. She was also very hygienic. She used a disposable bag to soak my mother's feet, she massaged them and proceeded to do a complete pedicure. She did not rush and made sure my mother was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. As I am recovering from a stroke and am non ambulatory I was searching for a mobile nail technician. It has been over 2 years since my last pedicure, I began to feel like a animal, long toenails, looking like talons it added to the depression that has stalked me during my illness. I found this business a few months back, emailed the owner, explained my situation. A few weeks passed with no response. I figured that she didn't want to tackle someone like me, additionally I had advised I don't use credit cards only debit and wanted to know if that was acceptable. I followed up, no response. I was ticked that there was not the slightest vestige of customer service and left it alone. Though it has been 2 months, I was very surprised to get a response say that really wanted to address my needs and apologized. As it were she had been out of state for several weeks with family matters. I called her, she was very apologetic and very sweet. Eddi came today and I couldn't be more pleased., she was prompt, prepared, personable, focused, professional, taking care while cutting the toenails because I'm diabetic. She exfoliated my legs and feet, massaged them as we easily bantered back and forth. Eddi made me feel like I mattered, she made my limbs feel human again, I almost didn't recognize them when she was finished.. I have tried to locate the bad review I left so I could remove it, finding out what happened the review is not a smidge accurate.
