Very disappointed with this salon--it seems to have gone downhill over the past few months. The front desk staff was dismissive when I mentioned the rushed service, and the pricing felt too high for the quality received. Also, maybe an unpopular opinion, but while I love kids, I go to a salon to relax and unwind. I didn't expect the entire visit to be disrupted by kids running around. I usually get the espresso pedicure which included paraffin wax and they removed it and kept the price at $49, why did they remove the best perk??? So you have to get the $69 pedicure not cool. Don't go here. Since the managements has changed the employees are rude, it's over priced for a bad manicure, my technician hurt my finger and she laughed when I said "ow." Two of my best friends have had the same experience (expensive bad nail jobs and rough technicians). I can understand a one time hiccup, but THREE isolated experiences that were extremely negative? Plus, I've never been to a nail salon that straight up doesn't take cards. Between paying for my services and tipping multiple people, the code scanning and code verifying process with a rude receptionist that looks like she hates her job is not an enjoyable experience. To save time, I decided to try a nearby nail salon and ended up at this place. Unfortunately, it was a huge mistake! The quality of the service I received was extremely disappointing. The female technician who did my manicure clearly rushed the whole process. Several of my nails ended up visibly crooked and uneven. The polish application was just as bad -- streaky, patchy, and unevenly coated. This was the main reason I couldn't appreciate the color I had chosen as it looked completely off due to how poorly it was applied. I then politely asked if she could switch to a different shade, but instead of properly removing the existing polish, she just layered the new one on top. This left my nails looking thick, bloated, and messy as shown in the photos I posted. I brought up my concerns with the young male staff in their reception area, but he seemed so dismissive and casually suggested I come back for another manicure, without offering any apology or acknowledgment of the issue. Worst manicure of my life by Nikki. I've only had good experiences with the other girls but Nikki spent all of 12 min doing my nails, filing them all sideways and completely ignoring my cuticles. Instead she used like a drill tool to cut them all off, nicking me twice. I've never used this kind of tools on my hands and my nail beds have been splitting since. On top of that, the woman who did my pedicure did a very sloppy job on my toes, which was really disappointing. Hidden fees. I went to go get my nails done, I request dip powder. I had previously had gel builder on and needed it removed which is why I understand the cost went from $5 to $10 because it wasn't regular gel. When she was shaping my nails I requested round. Then the worker suggested almond and my response was "sure" . She didn't disclose that changing my shape from round to almond was a $5 up-charge. I definitely wish this was mentioned before changing my request from round to almond so they can make more money. This business needs to be more transparent. Also their job is mediocre when it comes to nails. Would rather go somewhere else for the price read more

I went in for a mani and pedi. First off both ladies were rough and rushed through the nail filing. When I told the girl that was doing my nails that I didn't like the shape, she grabbed my hand and filed even rougher. Holly who did my toes was very rough, used her nail to wipe the polish excess but also hurting. She then showed me the timer w 5 min for massage. Once the timer was done she's like "ok done" didn't wipe the oil excess which she had just poured and didn't offer any help in getting off of the space. Very rude attitude. read more

I called earlier in the day around 12-1 PM to ask if they had availability for a fill and a gel pedicure, and I was told to come in at 6 PM. When I arrived, I had to wait quite a while before anyone helped me, and from the start, everything felt rushed and unorganized. I asked for chrome with glitter and cat-eye, and that alone seemed to be an issue. I also asked for my nails to be trimmed slightly, but I was charged extra even though they were barely filed, no real trimming was done. Then when it came to my pedicure, I requested a French style, but they kept telling me my nails were "too short," even though I always get them done the same length. I asked them not to cut my nails, but they still did. Eventually, I was pushed into choosing something else. Overall, I felt rushed and dismissed. It honestly felt like they were over it for the day and just wanted to get me in and out. That's really disappointing, especially since I've been here before and never had an issue until now. The total came out to $148, which is not cheap, and for that price, I expected better service and communication. I left feeling disappointed and unappreciated, especially since I made an appointment and came in with clear expectations. I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience really missed the mark. It's my first time here and i came in for a walk in appointment on a weekday for two pedicures for my boyfriend and i. It's quite a big lounge with comfy seats. I got the signature pedicure ($39) and my bf got the classic pedicure ($25). There was no wait time since i came 30 minutes after opening and was taken cared of immediately. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly! I got my pedicure done by Lily. I asked for gel polish which was extra $10 and i did french tip ($15). Lily was very attentive to details, making sure my nails were at same length, she didn't leave no grown out cuticle behind! She had told me what she was doing for each step and made sure that everything looked okay for me. The music that was playing was 2000s music which i enjoyed.
