For context, my son is calm and well-behaved, so that reaction was honestly upsetting. At that point, I chose to gather my things and let her know I no longer wanted the service. As I was leaving, she began laughing, which felt incredibly disrespectful. As a single parent, it's not easy to find time to do something nice for yourself.
