Purchased a pair of cowboy boots for stagecoach last year and when the weekend ended I never ended up wearing them. I called to ask about their return policy and all I got was a big fat NO and an unwanted lecture about how small shops are losing money but sir not my problem you have terrible customer service and on top of that they OVERCHARGE their products incredibly. Just bought a pair of 75 dollar moccasins here wore for two hours inside the house and they began to rip and fall apart. I wanted a pair of Dije moccasins I had purchased about 3 years ago there, great quality but the owner said they discontinued that brand and that the Minnetonka version was even better. Not. At. All. I was born and raised here in the desert and I've been coming into this store forever. I find myself coming in every 6 to 9 months and it's always a lovely experience. Beautiful artifacts. Always knowledgeable and very helpful with crystal questions. Today was one of those days I just needed a break from reality and had my feelers out for an aquamarine to work with. Lexi was so welcoming, smart, kind And selflessly helpful with one of my own existing bracelets giving me trouble. I learned a lot from the time I spent in there and I am so grateful. It was a really good vibe going on w/ the other shoppers. The only buzz kill and reason I am giving 4 instead of 5, is the mask disclaimer as you enter the store. Let's get over the commie crap already. Especially in such a high vibe setting. I bought my 2 year old infant in the middle of February. She loved them instantly and wore them constantly. After two weeks, the stitching came undone near the toe, so much so that you could see her foot. I called the store and the representative asked me to bring them in because they have a shoe repair service that can help. I was not able to make it in until about a week later. When I finally arrived, I was told that there were no exchanges for used shoes and that I should not have let my child wear them outside. I informed the clerk that I was told that there was a shoe repair service by the person I spoke with on the phone. She asked me to wait for the owner who was on a personal call. Another representative came to assist and insisted that there was no way those shoes were 2 weeks old (it had been about three weeks since time of purchase). I did not have the recept but showed her the date of transaction on my bank statement. She continued to say, "I've never seen shoes this worn out before." They asked me to leave the shoes so that they could get a quote to fix them. When I was leaving the parking lot of the store I got a call from the owner repeating that there was no way the shoes were two weeks old and that he did not want to get involved. They referred me to shoe repair person that they knew. I was very disappointed with the way they made me feel. As if I were lying about the date of purchase and trying to scam them. I understand that toddlers wear out their shoes but not after just two weeks! If you are interested in buying moccasins I would recommend that you buy directly from the manufacturer online for better customer service. read more

I'm astonished to see all of the 1 star reviews here! I've shopped here about 3 to 4 times now and I must say that it is an impressive shop! I'm personally a huge fan of gemstones and crystals and this place seriously has everything under the sun. The owner Steve is just wonderful, he gives you old-fashioned, trustworthy service every single time and is always in such a positive mood (how could you not be when surrounded by energetic crystals!). Most recently, I purchased a crystal and had them do a custom order for me to wrap it into a pendant. Super friendly service, and I even get a handwritten hard-copy stub of a receipt to hang onto while it's being made, I really love that you get that personal touch instead of an informal receipt printed off of a machine. I'm only 25 years old but I completely appreciate how warm and old-fashioned the store is. Will continue to shop here for sure. read more

Be careful this store is most likely doing dirty business. Bought a ring on the 7th of July, had it resized and didn't get it until 3 weeks later which was fine except 3 days later the stone on my ring chipped. It is now the 8th of July and I just walked out of the store with all my receipts after being told that the owner will not give me store credit, allow me to return it or even repair it. I would have to pay to repair it. I will just have to meet with him Saturday and see what he says in person. Oh and I live an hour away so getting here is not easy for me. read more

The store offers great items at an overpriced amount. I bought a gift certificate for my wife to buy her self a new pair of moccasins. The owner told her it would be about a two to three week wait as they order there items in bulk no big deal on the wait I understand. 4 weeks have passed no phone calls no nothing. So we went in and the guy told me that there was an ordering issue and the order just got placed. He didn't have the balls to give us a courtesy call about the issue... So it's going to be another two to three weeks for something I could have ordered online for a cheaper price. I support local business as much as possible but this store should is a joke. Went here to look at jewelry for a friend in FL and started taking a picture. The elderly lady in the store told me no pictures allowed. I tried to explain that I needed a picture so my friend could see and tell me which to get. She cut me off said no pictures it says it on the door. (There are three to four signs on the door and its the smallest one.). I said I'm not buying anything without showing the wares and left. I looked at their site online and all the jewelry has pictures so what the heck is the problem with pictures!?! I think giving one star is too many for this store. I shopped at this store with my family today, and I haven't never being treated so badly and so racist. The sales lady who was in her 60's lady was extremely rude to me. She told me " you have never being served before. This is called service not self service." All I did was holding one of the boots was one the shelf for guest to see and I was checking on price and next second I knew was this sales lady insulting me. I asked her if she had smaller size so that I could tried on. Next second I knew she insulted me and told me if you would like exchange later and you had to make sure everything has to look exactly the same when I return them. She insulted me and said to me," don't think you can shop Cyber Monday and bring to store and change them later." That moment I was so mad because i am not one of this kind of shopper and how rude she insulted me this way. I replied her that I've not a Cyber Monday shopper. The whole time I was in that store while she was SERVICE me(according to her) and I was yelled and insulted by her with my family and my little son there. If not because my sister loves one of their boots I wouldn't buy anything from them just because of horrible service. I don't think being Asian or any racist should be treated this way. I would never go back this store to waste my money any more and I would definitely tell my friends how horrible and racist this store is. Scammers !! Blatently selling fake Meteorites even after admitting they didn't know if they were real. Owner refused to remove them from the showcase. I have 10 years experiance in hunting, buying and selling Meteorites along with being a member of the International Meteorite Collectors Association. Owner just stared at me and got defensive about it. I was very respectful to her. Rocks were identified as Magnatite or simply lava rocks from the Amboy Crater area. This business has NO ethics and only cares about making money. They sell only ignorance. read more

What a cool shop. Have been shopping here for all occasions since they opened and have always been treated right. Good service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and the best quality merchandise. Very disappointed in how unprofessional the staff here is. I went in for a jewelry repair (which I have gotten on the same item here twice before) and was told it would take one day for such a simple fix. I called the next day and was told it would take 3 more days. I called back at the end of the week and it still was not completed. I was leaving town and needed my piece back, but was told they did not have it in the store and would have to ship it to me. I very clearly let them know that I wanted my piece returned and was no longer wanting them to do the repair. I called them weeks later (having not received my necklace back) to find out that they repaired it and expected me to pay full price for the item or they would put it on the shelf and sell it to someone else. After telling the man I would not pay for a repair that I let them know I no longer wanted, and that I would not allow them to steal my necklace, he called me a liar and a stupid fool. I had someone else pick the piece up from them (since I was not in town) and they said they were treated very rudely even though they were not a part of the problem. I opened the envelope that he had written "BAD KARMA" on to find that he ripped my necklace in to a worse condition than what I had originally brought it to them as for repair. I was told to not show my face in their store next time I'm in town. Needless to say, I don't plan on it. read more
