I will deal with my consequences because I HAD to try the Fruit Loop Mochi Donut!! It was like eating a bowl of my favorite childhood cereal!! I also got an Original Milk Tea with half sweetness. It was PERFECT!!! My final take- if you have Celiac, maybe not for us, but their mochi donuts ARE to die for! I visited Mochi Cafe on a Saturday afternoon around 5 PM, at my 10-year-old son's request. I noticed the cafe's updated aesthetic--gone is the pink decor, and the menu now features many new items, including ice cream. The cashier greeted me immediately and was very accommodating, encouraging me to ask any questions. Our food arrived in just five minutes, and we enjoyed playing Jenga while we waited. Place was previously MochiNut. Although MochiNut had an esthetic, very pink looking interior, this new design is MUCH More pleasing esthetically, more of a cafe look with a calming atmosphere! Let me start off with the establishment decor is beautiful. Unfortunately, the customer service does not match the beauty of it. On April 26th, Diya who works behind the counter attitude was let's just say meant to be a dishwasher not the cashier .... We ordered the hot Cheeto corndog with the mozzarella to go. Before we could even leave the parking lot, we realized it was just a plain corn dog that could've been made at home.... So we walked back into the establishment, hoping to get the correct corndog remade. When explained that diya had given us the wrong corn dog. She says I have the receipt to show you I didn't make a mistake .... Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding . We would hope she would have the receipt so she could see the mistake she had made says "mozzarella", when it should had been the hot Cheetos on it. After seeing her attitude and wanting to go back-and-forth, I politely asked for a refund and she could keep the corn dog. Diya stated " I can't do any refunds and she could charge us again for the correct corn dog " I communicated to her that I would like to speak to a manager. She then said there was no way to reach one ... wow! So with that being said, we kept the corn dog, and I expressed to the cashier that I would be leaving a review hoping they will work on her customer service skills and the refund policies . I got a regular Korean corn dog, funnel cake mochi donut, and iced Vietnamese coffee. All were delicious. The corn dog was freshly fried and crispy. The donut didn't leave a greasy film in your mouth like other places. The Vietnamese coffee had me absolutely wired, as it should. There is a user-friendly self-service kiosk to order. There was one person on staff, and she was very nice and quick with the order. Also, the interior was clean, pleasant, and welcoming. They had nice faux plants lining the walls. I would hang out here with friends or family. My main complaint is the surcharges. Every add-on or modification had a surcharge. Some, such as boba and other drink toppings, are acceptable. But others are unreasonable in my opinion. For example, ordering light ice for the coffee was an extra $0.25 if I recall correctly (it might have been $0.75)... A bit outrageous to be honest. Another minor complaint is they only have the large boba straws, no smaller ones for drinks with no toppings. Overall, Mochi Cafe has great food and drinks. But, the owners should take another look at their surcharges. And please offer smaller straws! read more

My kids and I come to this location a lot and realized that it was new ownership. The menu is much more organized and clear. They also added a few options like the canned cold brew. We ordered the mozzarella corn dogs covered in hot Cheetos and they still have the great taste, tasted fresher with a better crunch. Ordered Ube and brown sugar boba -- also still amazing. The customer service is friendly and professional. The new owner, Gurk, introduced himself to us and offered us a few drinks after having photos taken of the products. He also mentioned they would be making more interior decor changes which will be nice to see some updates, can't wait to see and visit again! read more

When you walk in the space is very open they have a few seating areas and overall it's a cute space, you can do self-service on a tablet or speak to the employee to help you with your order as they have many sweet treats and savory things to choose from, the macaroons were absolutely delicious!!
