WOW!!!! I think I just found my go to spot! Their mochi doughnuts are sooo yummy! I had the churro, churro chocolate, & chocolate (10/10!) They are the best ones I've had in my life! Same goes for the corn dog! The corn dog is like something I've never had before! The crunch is so AMSR and the inside is so tender and delicious and warm! The customer service is great! He was super nice and helpful and even suggested that I try my corn dog with either their sweet sauce or ketchup so I chose both and let me tell you!!! I loved them both! I had to wait about 5 minutes for the corn dog; it was worth the wait! Came in an hour before close. When we ask to order boba, guy says "Sorry, we're about to close in a few minutes so we don't have any boba." Last I checked, a "few minutes" wasn't 55 minutes lol. On top of that, guy wasn't too keen on explaining how to order. Just kinda grunted and pointed at the glass hoping we'd understand what he's saying. To add to that, place looks run down. There's a board covering up the shattered glass door on the front and the place needs an overhaul in terms of cleanliness. Honestly we shouldn't have gone in, but the kiddos wanted some mochinut and this one was the closest. Considering the time of day, the mochinut tasted the same not stale, so there's that. Edit: oh, forgot to add, the ratings are probably inflated here. They have a deal where if you rate this place they'll give you a free mochinut. I love mochi donuts. But these really missed the mark. They were extremely oily, you could to pick one up without a thick oil smear left on your hands. When you bite into them, oil came oozing out. It was pretty gross. On top of that, the flavors were pretty bland. The cashier was attentive and friendly, but the store itself seems a little dirty and run down. They were so yummy! The Strawberry Funnel Cake was my favorite with the dusted powdered sugar and strawberry glaze. The Pebbles had a fun fruity kick. And the Original is just what it is: the OG which is glazed. I was satisfied with my choices and liked the topping texture differences varying with each one. They were just sweet enough that you could indulge without regret. So chewy and light as expected in a good way! I also got a drink! I got the Ube Brown Sugar, no boba ($6.25). It was a bit thicker than I'm used to in a drink, but the flavor was bursting! Loved how the brown sugar complemented the ube. The cup they sealed it in is so cute! Like a soda can! I am going to get the corndogs one day. I didn't this time as I got pizza from the Little Caesar's next door. OVERALL: Really friendly and comfortable atmosphere! I'm genuinely shocked mochi donuts are still a thing. But that's not what this review is about. I came for the korean corn dogs. Got to try two, the ugly potato and the hot cheetos. The Ugly potato was ok, really nothing special. Big take was that the outside was crispy, and it wasn't too greasy. The hot cheetos one was terrible. For some reason it tasted super greasy. Maybe it's the combination with the cheese with the deep fried batter? It tasted like it was cooked in oil that was not hot enough. So the double was saturated with oil. I thought to myself "how come the other dog wasn't as greasy? They must have fried it together right?" Who knows. My big take, don't get the hot cheetos corn dog.
