So this is my third time here and maybe my last. The food is fine, prices are on the high side but it's fine. Problem is every time the guy behind the counter gives off bad vibes. Almost belittling me because I didn't want sugar on my cheese dog. And then asking for a dollar tip three times and I just paid $38 for 2 donuts. 3 cheese dogs and a shake. Three times!! read more

Great experiences! The staff here are the best and are always willing to share how fresh they make everything. I've had just about everything here, even the novelty corndogs, and honestly, you can't go wrong with anything here. I love the boba too - super chewy. I love how creative they get with the different flavors of each donut too. The best part about this place is how you get the nice view of Pomona/Diamond Bar/Walnut, especially in the late afternoon. The sunset ties it all together and makes for a great time. Highly recommend. read more

Came in an hour before close. When we ask to order boba, guy says "Sorry, we're about to close in a few minutes so we don't have any boba." Last I checked, a "few minutes" wasn't 55 minutes lol. On top of that, guy wasn't too keen on explaining how to order. Just kinda grunted and pointed at the glass hoping we'd understand what he's saying. To add to that, place looks run down. There's a board covering up the shattered glass door on the front and the place needs an overhaul in terms of cleanliness. Honestly we shouldn't have gone in, but the kiddos wanted some mochinut and this one was the closest. Considering the time of day, the mochinut tasted the same not stale, so there's that. Edit: oh, forgot to add, the ratings are probably inflated here. They have a deal where if you rate this place they'll give you a free mochinut. I should've had the presence of mind to take a pic of the little flyer, but sadly didn't. read more

I love mochi donuts. But these really missed the mark. They were extremely oily, you could to pick one up without a thick oil smear left on your hands. When you bite into them, oil came oozing out. It was pretty gross. On top of that, the flavors were pretty bland. The cashier was attentive and friendly, but the store itself seems a little dirty and run down. I won't be returning here the next time I am crazing mochi donuts. read more

PARKING: Lots of parking to choose from. The lot is big as it's in a plaza packed with businesses. Unfortunately, getting in and out of the plaza is a bit of a mess at times. SEATING: There's a couple of tables you can sit at, if you like. I was taking my order to go so I had no reason to sit. It's decorated very cutely with donuts on the wall. There's even a mirror where you can take a selfie with a cute plush bear. SERVICE: The employee was super nice. Asked me how my day was. Asked if I had any questions about the menu. I had no questions as I've been to a Mochinut before, just not this location. FOOD: I got three donuts today for $10! My box was filled with Strawberry Funnel Cake, Pebbles, and Original. They were so yummy! The Strawberry Funnel Cake was my favorite with the dusted powdered sugar and strawberry glaze. The Pebbles had a fun fruity kick. And the Original is just what it is: the OG which is glazed. I was satisfied with my choices and liked the topping texture differences varying with each one. They were just sweet enough that you could indulge without regret. So chewy and light as expected in a good way! I also got a drink! I got the Ube Brown Sugar, no boba ($6.25). It was a bit thicker than I'm used to in a drink, but the flavor was bursting! Loved how the brown sugar complemented the ube. The cup they sealed it in is so cute! Like a soda can! I am going to get the corndogs one day. I didn't this time as I got pizza from the Little Caesar's next door. OVERALL: Really friendly and comfortable atmosphere! I could have seen myself hanging out here when I was younger. Definitely good prices for a great product! Love the rotations of flavors, but I do get sad when the ones I'm craving aren't available! read more

I'm genuinely shocked mochi donuts are still a thing. But that's not what this review is about. I came for the korean corn dogs. Got to try two, the ugly potato and the hot cheetos. The Ugly potato was ok, really nothing special. Big take was that the outside was crispy, and it wasn't too greasy. The hot cheetos one was terrible. For some reason it tasted super greasy. Maybe it's the combination with the cheese with the deep fried batter? It tasted like it was cooked in oil that was not hot enough. So the double was saturated with oil. I thought to myself "how come the other dog wasn't as greasy? They must have fried it together right?" Who knows. My big take, don't get the hot cheetos corn dog. It's really nothing special(flavor wise). read more

So this next part goes out to every Wienerschnitzel that is still operating: You need to do better. Wienerschnitzel is an American classic. It's an icon. You've been around for more than half of my lifetime, and you've been loved by generations of people. I understand that times have changed. I understand that food costs, labor, and everything else have become more expensive. But please don't lose sight of what made people love Wienerschnitzel in the first place. When someone orders a pastrami burger, give them a pastrami burger--not a burger with a couple of strips of pastrami. People are willing to pay for good food. They just want to feel like they're getting what they paid for. Wienerschnitzel has been around long enough to know what an American classic is supposed to be. Please bring some of that old Wienerschnitzel back. We're still here, and we still love it.

The worker here today was very welcoming and patient. He was very attentive and when we told him we needed a moment, he was very understanding. Once we were ready he told us we could ring the bell for assistance since we told him we would be a moment. Also he offered us a sample of the blueberry mochinut, which I personally liked! It's a small humble shop that's family owned and operated. You will always be greeted by them whenever you come in and if you go enough, you may even get to know them better and have a conversation. Their doughnuts and pastries are made fresh daily and some of them even sell out within the beginning of the day. My coworker always order a heated cheese danish but sometimes they run out. They're just that good! I, myself, am not so much of a doughnut guy but I love their cake doughnuts with sprinkles and old fashioned doughnuts. They even have made to order breakfast sandwiches and you can choose either a croissant or a bagel to use. They also have coffee available and other drinks like milk or juice to pair with your breakfast. Additionally, they have other sweet treats such as ice cream, smoothies, and teas you can add boba to! My go to order when I clock in for a long day is a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. The sandwich comes out to $5.25, which I think is a great price. Sometimes I like to add jalapeños depending on how I feel for an extra 25 cents. Either way, this could be the best breakfast sandwich I've had. Shoutout to Tiger, the owner's son, for always making it fire! I also add on a vanilla iced coffee for $3.50. Keep in mind that they do charge 75 cents for debit/credit card use so in total my go to breakfast comes out to $9.50 or $9.75 depending if I get the jalapeños. For this day and age, any meal you can get for under $10 is a great deal. I would definitely consider myself a regular!

I've been to this location before but my recent purchase at this establishment left me disappointed and wanting to go to a different location. We ordered a large order of chicken and sides via mobile order since I was treating friends for helping me out. When we arrived at the pick up time, the store was packed and had a ton of customers waiting, around 4-5 other orders including us. It was also hot inside as I think the air conditioning was broken or there was way too many people packed into the small establishment. We arrived early and luckily had an early enough pick-up time that we waited around 10 mins for the lady at the counter to bring the food out, ~5 mins after the expected pick up time. A lot of customers were angry that day though as I noticed their pick up time said ready but their food wasn't out. There was also no one at the counter for a long amount of time as I think they were low on staff back of house. When we drove back to our location to eat (5 mins drive), we were disappointed that we were missing one of our sides of cheesing fries ($8). We were on a deadline so it would've been a waste of time to drive back and they were way too busy to call to complain so I lost out on both the food and money which I was a little upset about. The soy garlic chicken was solid and good. A nice balance of sweet and tangy. The hot and spicy wings were alright. The flavor wasn't bad but it didn't suit my tastes. I do wish the establishment provided utensils as it was difficult to ask since they were so packed. Overall, the food was just alright and I personally would just stick to my own local spot near me. Not sure if it was just this day that the poor staff were overworked but it definitely affected my and many other's experience. Will not be coming back to this location any time soon. :(
