What a hidden gem! We have lived in the area far too long to have missed out on this restaurant. The food was excellent - we had the Chicken 65 appetizer which was so flavorful, not too spicy, and had a lovely texture - just a little crunch on the edges. For entrees, my husband ordered the goat biryani, which he declared was the best he had ever eaten (and he spent a lot of time in India), and I had the tandoori chicken, which was delicious. We also had two types of naan and both were excellent. As delicious as the food was, the service was just as great. Sudha was warm and welcoming and it's clear she takes great pride in the food and experience. We'll be back!

We stopped here on our way back from the beach and were so glad we did! The restaurant is tucked on the Route 1 side of a hotel, and from the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely welcome. My friend and I ordered the Sizzling Tandoori Platter, Chicken Tikka, garlic naan, and raita sauce--and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We only wish we had room to try more! If you're not sure what to order, check out the photos on their website--they'll make your mouth water. We're already planning to come back to try the samosas, curries, noodle, and Thai dishes. It's such a joy to support a family-owned restaurant with lovely people and fabulous food!

Best Indian food near me!! Top quality service and dishes! I got the Raj kachori, paneer makhni and onion Naan. Was so good and I have been eating Indian food for years! Definetly worth the visit!

This is a solid Indian food restaurant! Don't let the strange location scare you off- it's nice inside! Great menu selection and awesome service! Price is on par. Could be more spice but flavor is awesome! This one will be on our rotation

I've been here twice. The service was excellent and they were helpful with suggestions when I wanted to try something new. The food has always been flavorful and delicious., and they did a beautiful job with the decor - dark and plush blue velvets- in such an unexpected location.

I stopped in here on a whim as I was leaving Wegman's and was hungry. It's located in a sparsely attended hotel complex which used to house a Hooter's. Good burger memories. I almost walked out when I stepped in and saw a small smattering of patrons. But I persisted and was very glad that I did. You don't see many Indian places with alcohol, but I decided to tea tote tonight. Ordered some Naan bread and the lamb kebab. I requested that the lamb be cooked medium as too many times I've gotten well done shards when I didn't make the request. The Naan was melt in your mouth. The lamb Kebab was served table side still sizzling fajita style. It was so tender and has a trailing kick to it. The rice provided and grilled vegetables was a perfect pairing. It was too much lamb for me, which is rare. Brought some home to the wife and she loved it except for the spice.

Cute little restaurant with nice decor, not what I'd typically see at an Indian restaurant. Food was good and service was great. The waiter was very helpful in helping my friends and I select our entrees. We got 3 different curry main entrees with 3 different proteins and shared all of it. The lamb was surprisingly tasteful without that typical "gamey" taste. The shrimps were good in size and texture. The chicken was good, hard to mess up chicken. We shared Veggie Samosas which were very flavorful and the dipping sauce that came with it were impressive, one spicy and one sweet. We also got Roti and Naan for the table. The Roti was not what we expected, it was more crispy and flat dude to their method of cooking it, I'd skip that next time. Overall, great dining experience.

What a pleasant dining experience! The evening that my husband and I came for dinner they had live music and a great singer. It was a nice way to experience the culture while eating the food. I had lamb Tikka which was delicious and my husband had a coconut curry chicken dish. Both were delicious but the portion size should have been bigger for the price (which is why I give them 4 stars and not 5. Also it was my birthday and the host was so kind to bring out traditional fried donuts with a delicious syrup-so good-I can't remember the name of it though! I had the best Mango Lassi ever in my life there too! So delicious and refreshing!

This was really standout food which I wasn't expecting! The restaurant is in a bit of an odd location kind of hidden in a hotel but it was relatively easy to find with signage. I tried it out and had to go back a couple weeks after I enjoyed it so much. I've tried a few different vegetarian items and enjoyed them all. I've only done take out and picked up but the food has been ready quickly and easy to grab and have at home. I'd recommend the saag, really good flavor! Can't wait to come back.

Now I have to find another Restaurant that serves delicious but hot Indian food...... Update March 2026...... All I can say is "What happened???" Food was not fresh. It was not properly heated .... the selection was diminished..... we were the only customers...... I could go on and on but suffice this to say we won't be returning. Why must we go to Seattle or DC for restaurants with good food and good service..... Big Sigh.....

It's been over a year since I was last in the area. I was hungry for a solid diner breakfast and…read moreheaded straight here. Walked in and it felt like I was just here yesterday. The massive dessert case greeted me, brimming with colorful delicious-looking pastries, cakes, and pies. I was seated promptly and handed menus which included their specials of the day; everything from lasagna to moussaka to stuffed peppers to barbecue ribs. My waitress, Dee, came over to ask for my drink and went away with my order. She appeared again quickly with my coffee, which was hot, and honestly - better than the standard cup of coffee in most places. Mmmm As I waited for my order I couldn't help but notice how happy their patrons are. It's 1:30pm on a weekday so I see a lot of people who look like retirees, along with a smattering younger diners and some folks in work uniforms. A couple was leaving and stopped to have a friendly conversation with one of the people who worked there. It's obvious they've known each other for a while, regulars. A table over starting singing "Happy Birthday" to their friend. The 70's and 80's songs were enjoyable without curbing conversation. My food came out faster than expected and was piping hot. Toast options are white, wheat, or rye. I requested it dry as I don't want it slathered with margarine or something unidentifiable. It came dry but they included two mini containers of real butter with it. Heaven! Dee came over and checked on me in a bit, offered me more coffee. More yum. Mmmm. Total cost for a Florentine omelette (spinach and feta cheese), a whole lot of home fried potatoes, two slices of toasted bread with real butter and jelly, coffee, and a comfortable friendly atmosphere: $14.45. I couldn't finish it and took about 1/3 of the plate home for later. I have no idea why they're not between 4-5 stars for a diner. Food is solid, coffee is fresh and hot, service is quick and friendly. I think they're worth every penny.

Strike 1: I would've liked to give this diner four stars, but a few things were off-putting. When…read morethe host seated us at a booth, the cash tip from the party that came before us was still on the table. So when our server came to our table she noticed it, stretched over us and grabbed it, grumbling to herself. I guess she was annoyed that it was still there but the least she could've done is say excuse me, or pardon me. It was awkward and kind of rude. Strike 2: What was I thinking, daring to ask the server a question about something on the menu. Her attitude and answer made it clear that she couldn't be bothered to answer. Redeeming quality 1: The food was pretty good. I had a buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries and a side of blue cheese dip which was decent. The fries seemed hand-cut which is a plus. My son had a cheesesteak sandwich he enjoyed and my husband had a California burger (I think) that he really liked. Quality 2: The cake and dessert selection goes pretty deep! Thinking of returning one day just for dessert. I would say it is worth the visit after all.
