I put in an Ordered online via their app, bc I had a free reward for a free pizza (we usually love their pizza and order their a lot, enough to have points for a free pizza ) but, when I get they completely forgot to make my pizza! When I asked the manager just to give my free reward back, The mgr just said it "should be there after I close today" and if it doesn't to "call the phone number on the app" but there is no phone number, still haven't received my reward back so that's a wash... First and last time customers. My family went last night instead of going to Pie 5 due to convenience --never again. We did a take out order for 4 pizzas. It took over 40 minutes because the burned mine and had to make another one. The menu says they have over 30 toppings but doesn't list which. I ordered the Caspian. Asked for banana peppers. Not on the hidden list of toppings. My family didn't complain about their meat lovers or pepperoni orders. My husband said the ingredients were fresh. My order tasted like they only cooked the crust and then added the toppings. Chicken was undercooked, BBQ sauce was overpowering. With red onions. Needless to say I woke up with diarrhea-- possible salmonella poisoning? If others like the it for the staff and you order on line go for it. We will stick to Pie 5 and don't waste money on the no name cakes. They are just ding dongs taken out the wrapper and re wrapped in foil to up charge gas station snacks. No thanks. read more

Walked in and ordered 1 pizza at lunch. Certainly not that busy in restaurant with moderate amount of pick-traffic. The in-store line was like 1 person maybe every 5 minutes. Somehow with 5 staffers they lost the order. We waited probably 20 minutes before asking. Then 2 of the staffers are laughing at us. One was a teenager and the other a much older woman. My daughter said she would never go back to that location again. I don't know if I will go back to that location but this staff today was poorly trained and rude. read more

When I contacted MOD they blew me off and didn't get back to me. After months of not ordering I decided to try it again. Today I find a black hair on my pizza. Mind you I have blonde hair. I have always loved MOD Pizza...the pizza is spectacular...however, the level of customer service at the Allen location makes me never want to come back. The past two times I've made a Curbside pickup order, the experience was the same: not good. I do Curbside pickup because I usually have my young kids with me, and Curbside is super convenient with young kids. However, both times I've ended up having to go inside anyway because they "don't see my car" (when I'm literally parked in the front, waving at them). It's not ideal to have to get out and go in, but the worst part is the reaction/attitude/disrespect I get when I go in and ask for my order...the kids working there are rude and act like their job is inconvenient to them. Advice to the manager...find respectful people to serve your customers so you don't lose your customers. read more

I called MOD to explain the situation and apologize and see if they had our (3!) pizzas. I love what this business stands for and the McKinney location is amazing. This Allen location is the worst thing to happen to Mod Pizza. Employees are rude and lazy. They yell across the restaurant to each other. They don't acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter unless you say something first. They wear headphones on the job. They don't refill the drink station or clean tables. I have literally been handed my pizza on plates that had sauce on the bottom of the plate like they only rinsed the top. Absolutely disgusting. Love their pizza but they really need to give correct times for pickup . Every time we've ordered , I've had to wait at least 30 minutes past the pick up time. I know they are busy but that means they should keep that in consideration when providing a pick up time. 5-10 min delay is tolerable but a 30 minute delay every single time is a bit much. I had such high hopes for MOD but these past experiences have me put off for life. I ordered a pizza with roasted vegetables and dairy-free cheese and received the disappointment attached. The cheese was, for some reason, sitting atop all the other ingredients, none of which appeared cooked through. The cheese was strewn on only about half the pizza and didn't have a chance to melt. Despite specifically asking for roasted vegetables such as broccoli and corn, nothing seemed to have been thrown in the oven at the same time or for more than a few seconds. As visible in the second picture, there were entire cloves of garlic tossed in, several entire heads used throughout apparently. Not only did they not care or were unable to adequately build a pizza, the staff couldn't be bothered to do so in a timely manner. Online order was placed at 4:13 PM with estimated pick up time of 4:30. Arrived at 4:35 and waited 10 minutes before approaching cashier to ask about the online order that wasn't yet ready. They then proceeded to throw the order together, only after being asked about it. We had tried their other location in McKinney and were met with ingredient availability issues and orders being made and delivered ahead of ours despite waiting. Contacted corporate and local office back then but heard nothing about the feedback submitted. Decided to give them a second shot and it turned out worse this time around. With the options available around, Blaze, Pie Five or even Little Caesar's are a much much better choice. read more

"Superfast" more like SUPER SLOW. My order had an estimate ready time for 7pm and after 45 mins it still wasn't ready. The system they have is really horrible. There's no order in which they put the pizzas in the oven. It seems like the company will accept an unlimited amount of PREPAID orders, but won't have it ready on time. The first time I went to MOD was in Seattle about 5 years ago. I had no idea this was a chain. I did remember the pizza being amazing. I am happy to say the pizza is still amazing. I had the mad dog and loved it. The crust was perfect. They have a menu with suggested toppings for your pizza or you can build your own. They don't charge extra for toppings which is nice. If pizza isn't your thing they have salads too. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Can't wait to see more locations in the Dallas area. read more

Ok so my significant other and I tried this place out about three weeks ago. We placed a pick up order for starters. First of all, the pizzas are personal sized pizzas, which is great because you can pick whatever you want without having to negotiate with others about what toppings you want. Second, they have a great selection of toppings / sauces. Third, they are extremely friendly. My only objection is... the pizza was undercooked, SPECIFICALLY the dough... the very center of the pizza was SUPER doughy... not appealing.
