While I was Pet Sitting in Allen-Parker I wanted to take advantage of Domino's Pizza 50% Off Promo while it lasted. I ordered a Medium Handmade Pan Specialty Pizza in the People's Pizza-Deluxe with extra cheese. As a Rewards member I also had a free 16 piece order of Parmesan Bread Bites that I added on. I was able to get a free Slice Sauce Dipping cup as part of the Promo, but sadly when my order was delivered the sauce was missing. The Pizza and Parmesan Bread Bites were nice and hot and tasted amazing. Domino's Pizza has come a long way over the years and is also one of my favorite pizza places now! read more

We tried this new Slice Sauce at Domino's, it was good. It has a zesty ranch flavor, and I think it goes really well with fries too. We also used the April 50% deal, and they gave us another 50% deal valid for a week, which is nice. We had a half-and-half build-your-own pizza It's a good chain, and this location was really good. The order was ready for pickup, we ordered online and it was fast. Overall it was a good experience, but Domino's is not my favorite pizza in general. read more

I haven't had Domino's Pizza in a couple of years. I didn't even know they sold Oven Baked Sandwiches now. I happened to see a post with a photo that looked delicious and intrigued me. I hopped up and ordered a sandwich for pickup. Excited to try something new. I chose the Italian sandwich which has pepperoni, onions, banana peppers, green peppers and ham. It's on a toasted bun and comes in a neat little box. Well it fell short for me. I was disappointed in the presentation. I also thought they were stingy with the toppings. It was like one onion, one banana pepper, one green pepper and a few pieces of ham and pepperoni. The sandwich is dry and so I added the sweet mango habanero sauce. This was an additional $1.00 cost. This is also more like pizza bread. It's a NO for me. It was fun to try and definitely a new experience. I will stick to the original pizzas. 3 STARS Service was decent. The staff were polite. My sandwiches were ready at the promised time. It was clean inside and outside. So the ambiance was good. Overall average experience. It's worth trying because it may not be for me. However, you could love it. I would ask for extra veggies as the sandwich for the COST is lacking in ingredients. read more

Is Domino's the best pizza? No. Is it a very economical choice? Definitely! We were a group of four seniors that split two medium pizzas and we had some leftover. Our bill was $18.35 for the two or more special at $6.99 each. Our supreme pizza was $9.99 but it came with eight ingredients. Service is always friendly and they always deliver a hot and speedy product. My SIL lives in a small town and always requests ordering Domino's when visiting us in Allen. read more

Ordered takeout during the first college football Saturday of the season. So did everyone else, apparently. The online app quoted 15-20 but ended up being about an hour until the food was ready. The staff churned orders out despite the pressure, and management was communicative and friendly. I saw the franchise manager hop on the line as well. I have ordered from this location for the last two years. I've never really had a problem out of the usual until recently. A couple weeks ago I ordered two pizzas and a brookie online and it said it would arrive in about 25 min. Over an hour later I called the store over and over and got repeatedly hung up on so I decided to drive the 3 min to the store to find out what happened. It was raining so I wasn't happy about having to get out hence why I ordered delivery. When I got there I had to wait a bit to even talk to someone about my order because of the line of people. They were busy, I get it, not a big deal. When I did finally talk to someone (he was very nice and pleasant) he said he couldn't help and I had to wait for someone else. Someone finally came over and asked for my name and looked up my order. She then told me that the order has just been delivered and then just stared at me like I was supposed to go back home and eat pizza that had been made well over an hour prior. Mind you, the pizza was not at my house when I left to go to the store. I told her, "I want a refund because I waited over an hour and drove to the store when I had ordered delivery". I got a refund. NBD. So... I decided to give them another try tonight. Never again. After 45 min the pizza FINALLY showed up and the guy just left it on the doorstep without a knock or ringing the doorbell. After 45 minutes and with it being 43 degrees outside we got cold pizza. Then the pizza had no sauce. I'm done with this location. Every time I order online it's in the oven with in 5 minutes and at my door in 30. Although I do live close so not a dreaded drive.

Imagine coming home after a girls night out to your hubby and his friends also just getting to your home after a night of drinking. I guess we were all hungry, so that's okay. Domino's was the favorite pizza chain between the 4 of us so we ordered online: 3 two-topping pizzas, chicken alfredo pasta, and cinnamon twists that ended up being free. The total was a little over $22. Not bad! And this order ended up being too much as most of the guys passed out before the pizza came (under 15 minutes smh). I appreciated that the delivery came in pretty quick, and the online order was very informative in terms of letting us know which step the order was at (placing order, baking, in transit, etc). The pasta and the cinnamon twists were amazing! However, the pizza was not what i'm used too. It didn't have the usual quality that I always get with Domino's... the pizza crust was hard and the garlic seasoning was barely there. I'm hoping it was just an one-off because I really do love Domino's and this is the home location for us. Anyways we ended up eating pizza that whole week, haha. read more

We were sitting in the patio watching the basketball game this evening and supposedly his driver showed up and they called me 3 times. He told me he didn't care about my business and was happy to refund me my order because my house is too far for delivery anyway. My husband and l always enjoy their pizzas and they are always very polite, but last night l went in to pick my pizza up and l couldn't believe what l witnessed. They had an assembly line of about 5-6 workers making pizza, and only one of them was wearing gloves on their hands. There is no reason why anyone working in the public handling food should not be wearing gloves. read more

I got to have cold pizza for dinner tonight. My delivery driver took 45 minutes to get to my house that was only 10 minutes away because he somehow got lost. Things happen, I get it. I called the store to check on it and the guy that answered the phone said "I don't know what to tell you, it is out for delivery." Umm, hello...how about call the delivery driver while I hold to see what happened? He told me there was nothing he could do, so I asked to speak to the manager. I was told he couldn't help me either. I told him that the manager could at least provide customer service. He told me the manager was busy, but finally put me on hold while he got him. I had to wait 7 minutes for the manager (I think his name was Enrique) and he never apologized for the delay. He did tell me they were unusually busy, which wouldn't affect my delivery unless the driver was doing multiple deliveries in one trip. (He wasn't) I told him I got my food while I was on hold and that it was now cold. He gave me a credit to my account, but that doesn't fix my cold dinner. A couple of pointers from someone that has been in customer service for almost 20 years....1) Actually attempt to look into the situation and find a solution 2) Replace cold food by offering to redeliver it 3) Apologize for the inconvenience 4) Act like you care, at least a little bit! I considered giving two stars for the "credit" to my account, but I'm not totally sure what the credit is. As I ate my cold pizza I decided to stick with 1 star. Disappointed. read more

Good fast service and good, but as a severe gluten intolerant person there is a large amount of cross contamination with the flour and gluten free crusts. I've tried the gluten free pizzas several times and have always seen the employee as I go to pay with large amounts of dusting a of flour on their aprons which is a clear indication that this is not a safe gluten free restaurant even though they offer gluten free options. Best Dominos pizza in town! The manager is very professional and has managed to train his crew to be clean, polite, and they make the best quality pizza thats possible in a Dominos store. I did have the misfortune to observe the store during a heavy halloween rush. Some guy was in charge (not the manager) who was screaming and berating the staff, slowing everyone down. The Dominos has moved to a new location...It looks great; but what a wait! I was spoiled by the old place where they had a $5.99 3 medium pizza special...Alas this time their prices have gone up to $8.99 for a medium and even more for their cheesy bread. Besides the price hike the time hike is UNBELIEVABLE!!! I placed my order for 5 pizzas and cheesy bread which would run me over $50 when the cashier told me it would take them over an hour to an hour-and-a-half to complete the order. I saw the times on their board being anywhere from a half-hour to 45 minutes. If I have to wait that long I will go SOMEWHERE ELSE. Also I noticed they had stopped even answering their phone. What do you think you should do the next time? Check out the other places. Cici's in Allen did an order for me in less than 15 minutes and for $20 less. read more
